This was an exceptional place to stay. Our kids loved the heated pool and we enjoyed all of the included extras like beach towels and chairs. Duck key was a nice quiet place and centrally located in the Keys. The host Miguel had great communication, from directions to the property to details about our stay and things to do in the area. We were very happy with this booking and definitely would book again if we visit the area!

Weekend Getaway

A Taste of Paradise

Nestled in the beautiful little island of Duck Key in the Florida Keys, this charming house is a true gem waiting to be discovered. The house itself is a masterpiece of design, seamlessly blending modern luxury with the laid-back charm of island living. Whether you're lounging by the pool or dining under the stars, every corner of this property exudes relaxation and tranquility. This house offers the perfect combination of privacy and convenience. You can explore nearby beaches, snorkel, fish or simply unwind in your own private paradise. As much as we loved the house, I can’t say enough good things about the host. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the attention to detail. He clearly thought of everything to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible, from the fully stocked kitchen, to the plush towels and linens and the thoughtful welcome baskets. Our family stayed here for a few nights before our daughter’s wedding in the Keys to relax and unwind and we definitely did. Thank you to our wonderful host for an amazing stay!

Great Stay!

Extremely clean, check-in process was a breeze. Equipped with everything needed. Layout was perfect for our family of 6 and the master bedroom balcony was beautiful, surrounded by lush palm trees. Miguel - Thank you for the great stay!

Loved it!

This was the perfect home base for exploring Duck Key, Marathon and Islamorada. The house was super clean and had plenty of space for 6 adults and a toddler. The host could not be more responsive! That, along with the thoughtful amenities, made it a pleasure to stay. We spent lots of time in the pool and had fun watching for iguanas and geckos. While we could not use the amenities at Hawk's Crest resort, we could go to the restaurants, shop in the stores and watch the dolphin training, which was was amazing! Absolutely wonderful experience!

Duck Key Get Away

Our stay was perfect! The home is beautiful, extremely clean, and in a lovely neighborhood. The pool was such a nice feature in the private back yard. The host provided a very nice binder with all the information we needed to make our stay comfortable along with lots of great ideas for meals and exploring The Keys! We will return!

Wonderful layout and very welcoming

1. The owner left lovely baskets in the kitchen and each bath with useful toiletries for guest 2. The living/kitchen space was open and bright with several comfortable seating options; made gathering easy. 3. The kitchen was large, clean, open and very well equipped. The lighting in the house was well done but unfortunately there were no dimmers so the LED lights were just too much. Would recommend installing dimmers in first floor common area. We also struggled with water pressure (light) in the primary bedroom and the water temperature in both baths (like lukewarm)

Wonderful!

The home was so pretty and clean . The check in process was so simple . The sweet touches inside such as snacks and toiletries were very thoughtful. The pool was very clean and I LOVED that we had the freedom to heat it . I would highly recommend this home and will definitely stay again when back in the area . ***this is a *smart* home … we laughed that it was probably smarter than us ❤️

Tropical Paradise!!

This was a beautiful property with every amenity you could ever need!! They even provided snacks, toothbrush, toothpaste etc You were also able to heat the pool to your desired temperature and enjoy!!! I can’t wait to go back!!

Amazing House

This house was amazing. When we walked in the door we were so pleased. It was immaculate. We were left a basket full of snacks and waters. Each bathroom had a basket with extra things that we may have forgotten to bring. We had 6 adults and we were very comfortable. It wasn’t really warm here while we were here but we did swim a few times. Kitchen was fully stocked and we made dinner and breakfast almost every day. We would definitely stay here again. Very Happy We Picked This Place!

A perfect location for us. We had business in Marathon and Islamorada and this was the best mid-way point we could find. My first time to Duck Key and enjoyed it very much! The place was perfect. Really nice sized living area with comfortable modern furnishings. It was a little cold this week for the pool, but the private backyard and pool area were great. The pictures are nice, but it is much better in person. The neighborhood is beautiful! I picked this spot because it was so close to restaurants. They did not disappoint! Angler & Ale is great and so is Sixty-One Prime! The management was on top of everything and very easy to work with. We will definitely be back!

Fantastic Property

Beautiful property on the grounds of Hawks Cay Resort. Very clean and well appointed. Loved the welcome baskets of snacks and other necessities. A dolphin encounter at Dolphin Connection, just a short walk from the property, is a MUST (ask for Emelio the trainer)!

Fantastic Family Vacation

This house is amazing! We had our family vacation which included 6 adults an 2 kids. The home is in a fantastic location that is centrally located in the Florida Keys. The special attention to details such as snacks, water and extras in the bathrooms was wonderful. The pool was a big plus. It allowed us to come back to a place to lounge and relax after daily outings. Very easy checking and checkout. Miguel is a wonderful host! Thank you for sharing this piece of paradise with us. Spectacular Home!

We are blown away walking in the front door! It was even nicer in person! The neighborhood was adorable and lots to explore. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you need and it was so clean! We enjoyed the pool everyday and loved seeing the Iguanas up in the trees! We did the Dolphin Experience at the resort…WORTH EVERY PENNY! We also did a fishing charter with “I’m Hooked” and that was a blast! Thank you Miguel for your hospitality, we were even surprised by the snacks and toiletries you had for us! Above and Beyond! We will be back again!

The perfect getaway at Duck Key

We can’t say enough good things about this property! An absolutely beautiful home, conveniently located in Duck Key and furnished with every possible amenity and attention to detail. From booking, to driving directions and instructions for arrival, our stay was perfectly smooth and Miguel couldn’t have been better to work with. We absolutely enjoyed the pool, well-stocked kitchen and pleasant neighborhood, all while being able to conveniently travel to area attractions. You won’t regret staying here! Highly recommend.

Outstanding VRBO Property in Duck Key!

Without a doubt, this was the best VRBO property we have ever stayed in! The cleanliness was top notch, the location was perfect, the beds were super comfortable, the extra toiletries in the bathroom were a nice surprise (especially since we forgot a couple needed toiletries 😉) and our host Miguel was super responsive to any and all questions. Don’t miss out on the opportunity to stay in this home! We can’t wait to stay here again when we return to Duck Key!
