Very clean, comfortable, and roomy. Everything we needed was there and worked. Nice outdoor space and having a garage available and laundry onsite were definite pluses. The quiet neighborhood and pool made for a relaxing stay. Convenient location to easily access parks, activities, and Moab. We had a great experience!

Wonderful place to stay in Moab!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Sunset Moab. Close to everything we wanted to see while there for our visit. We would love to stay again in the future!

The house was conveniently located to many hiking areas. It was clean, plenty of room for 4 women. Kitchen well equipped. We enjoyed our stay. Did not use the pool or hot tub as the weather got cool shortly after our arrival

Perfect Moab Stay!

This house was perfect for our family of five! Great location to access Arches, Dead Horse Point and Canyonlands. The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

The home was in a great location. The host and owner were both very responsive when I contacted them with minor issues. The home had everything we needed to make our stay pleasant. The location was the prefect location for our visit to Canyonlands and Arches.

Perfect- Can't wait for next time

This property was home base for a work retreat with colleagues looking to debrief this year's efforts and decompress via a host of outdoor adventures in Moab. Wonderful location, beautiful house and exactly what we were looking for. We cannot wait to go back!

The property is nice. It is about 6-8 minutes outside of downtown Moab and 12-15 from Arches. It is a decent value for the area and what you get contentwise.

Perfect accommodations

The property was perfect for what we needed! We had an amazing trip! The home had everything we needed for our stay! The kitchen was perfect! Parking for our trucks and trailers was wonderful! We would definitely recommend this property to anyone headed to Moab to vacation!

Great place for family vacation

House has everything you need for a family vacation. Plenty of room in common areas & bedrooms. Good communication with host. Great location to parks & downtown Moab. Nice quiet & cute neighborhood.

Very impressed with this property. Everything was as stated. Very clean. Everything clearly explained in the paperwork on all the appliances, TV, anything you would need to know how to use. Close enough to all the surrounding parks and activities. Quiet and peaceful. Pool area with amenities, neat and cleanBeautiful development. Truly enjoyed our stay. 6 of us ages 74 to 10.

Quiet Neighborhood

We enjoyed the quiet’ neighborhood and the location. The fenced in backyard with fire pit and table large enough for six was a nice addition and it was put to good use.

Moab spring break

We had a great stay. Lots of room. Perfect for our small family. We had some plumbing issues while we were there and they took care of the issue super fast. We had everything we needed.

Pleasant stay

We had a family trip to Arches for Memorial Day long weekend and stayed at this property for 3 nights. Houses is maintained very well as listed and very nice neighborhood. Close proximity to the national parks and downtown. Views from back yard is very nice. We really enjoyed our stay. Owner Todd was very accommodative for our late check out request. Thank you..

The location of the house is good- a bit south of Moab town center, near most of the subdivisions of the Moab area. Very quiet street, excellent views in every direction (from above other houses and fence lines). The house was spacious for 5 adults and 2 kids (one couple in main room, kids and a couple in 2 queen room, one adult in 2 doubles room). Fenced in private back yard with nice grass good for kids to roll around. Neighborhood playground a short stroll up the road about 4 houses. Kitchen equipped well (I would say perfectly adequate). Two full restrooms. Adequate street parking and the trailer parking lot is 2 houses down. We had a great time.

House was amazing and perfect size for our large family of 6! Love all full size beds! Super clean and easy check-in. Todd and Sandy made sure we had extras for typical needs. Just outside of city limits in beautiful little subdivision. Views and pool were amazing! We enjoyed your home so much! Thank you for making it a wonderful trip!

Clean, Relaxing, Easy to Communicate

We had a wonderful time staying here on our visit to Moab. The home was Neat, Clean, and had all the items needed to make our stay enjoyable. Owner was easy to talk to, and very accommodating. Would recommend and would stay here again. Thanks for the great experience!
