We had a group of six adults stay at this property and loved it! Great view, convenient to everything in the area, really easy access to the beach, perfect getaway for us all! We would definitely visit again!

This host is amazing and very responsive! Great unit with more than just the basics. The property is clean and well maintained throughout. Comfortable and felt like home!

Great stay at San Carlos 1705

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Reserving, checking in and out were all very easy. The place was really great and the view was spectacular for our group of 6. We would definitely stay there again if we come back to Gulf Shores.

Very nicely appointed unit with fantastic view and convenience. We particularly enjoyed the living and dining room layout, newer kitchen appliances, and awesome deck chairs.

The rooms were very nice the balcony was excellent with excellent seating. The kitchen and all was very nice and perfect for us. We just eat breakfast and quick lunch in the room. No major cooking. The condo was clean with plenty of towels. Very beautiful and beachy decor. Very nice full size washer and dryer. Great for family of 4. The elevators are so fast and nice, parking underneath condo was a huge bonus. The mattresses could use an upgrade but were still comfortable. The ceiling fans in the guest rooms were needing an upgrade. The shower heads in the guest bathroom could use an upgrade. We would definitely go back. The pool and walk out to the beach was great! I would definitely recommend if you are looking for a nice condo with great views.

Wonderful rental property in ideal location!

Property is ideally suited for family staycation. Close to food, entertainment, and right on the beach. It doesn't get much better!

Lovely condo!

Clean, modern/up to date decor, and within walking distance to so many good restaurants! The walk to the beach is short and sweet. We love our stays at San Carlos!

Great spot!

My family and I enjoyed staying at San Carlos. It was a wonderful week with great weather. This rental was clean, easy to access, and great spot for The 51st Shrimp Festival. We would love to return here!

Wonderful Property

We all thoroughly enjoyed this unit and the entire property. The kitchen was well stocked with lots of space. The property is in a great location within walking distance to the Hangout and other locations. Plenty of parking and very friendly staff. We will definitely stay here again.

Great location, amazing beach!

We loved our stay, building has good amenities, excellent location, walking distance to a lot of fun things and restaurants, but far enough to be quiet and calm. Beach is wide and clean right in front of the building. All the basic necessities in the bathroom and kitchen.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I really enjoyed this condo! It was beautiful, clean, and the location was great! The pool and beach access are very convenient and easy to use. It is in walking distance to several restaurants and stores. My only complaint is that the description stated there would be a single serve coffee maker(Keurig) as well as a traditional coffee pot. We brought tons of coffee pods, expecting a Keurig, but there wasn’t one. There were two regular coffee makers. It wasn’t a huge deal, just a bit inconvenient since we had planned and packed for the Keurig.

Last minute luck!

This was a last minute booking that we lucked out on. Condo is very nice, clean, great location on the beach. Three elevators, excellent property management communication, and we LOVED the condo. Thanks for an amazing place to stay!!
