Labor Day getaway

Property was very nice and comfortable. Location was great. Walked just about everywhere we went. Staff was great and always cleaning. Everyone we encountered was very nice. We would definitely recommend this unit and would stay here again ourselves.

Beautiful condo and perfect location

This was our first time staying in the heart of Gulf Shores and we loved the walking distance of everything. We didn't move our cars all week. And we can't say enough about how beautifully decorated this condo is. Welcoming in every corner. We truly enjoyed our week and would recommend to our friends and family.

Great unit and great location

Really impressed with this condo - it is well furnished and very comfortable. Our family of 6 had plenty of room to relax and decompress from long days on the beach. The location of the unit was close to a lot of restaurants.

Beautiful!

Beautiful condo and beautiful view! Right on the beach and perfect for our girls trip. Condo was clean and we had no issues. Spent lots of time on the beach and were able to walk to several restaurants. Also enjoyed seeing dolphins from the balcony!

Beautiful condo but the san carlos complex was filled with adults acting like it was spring break.

The condo was beautiful and well furnished, amazing views on the beach. Not a negative, but just FYI for the owner that the shower drains in the guest bathrooms were not draining well. The pool area and beach were wonderful most of the week. However, halfway through the week a bunch of people came onto the property from the beach. Some were staying at the San Carlos, but most were not. They proceeded to cause havoc, partying in the pool area. Someone got sick in the pool and there were cigarette butts floating in it the next day. The security folks ended up having to call the police to get the people to leave. The San Carlos seemed to have a lot of rentals and renters that did not respect the rules. The property probably needs to enhance security at busy times to avoid situations like this. But, we enjoyed most of the week, we just couldn't use the pool on our last 2 days because of this.

Worth it

The property was great, clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. We were able to walk to a couple restaurants and drove to others. The beach was easy access and wonderful! Mel was so quick to respond for anything we needed. I would highly recommend!

Lovely stay in Gulf Shores

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful property. There was plenty of space for our family(2 adults and 4 children ages 8-16) We loved the location(within walking distance of many restaurants and shops) and the owner Mel was very pleasant and helpful. She really put a lot of thought into having everything you would need to enjoy your time in Gulf Shores! We loved our time there and you will too.

Great Spot!

This property was great. The elevators were extremely fast and carts were always available if needed. The security officers were awesome and always quick to assist in opening doors. The condo itself was perfect - tons of hot water and everything worked as expected. Well appointed with everything we needed - the only thing i would recommend is plates for kids because all the ones there were super heavy and breakable. Mel checked in after our first night and was super nice! 10/10 recommend for both the condo itself and the building!

FIRST CLASS

The furnishings in the condo are high quality. From the kitchen, to the bedroom, and the bathroom. Even though it is a rental it didn’t feel like your typical rental.
