Not very responsiive: the owners lived next door and didn't answer some basic questions. Luckily we are all adults and figured it out on our own

Great location for the races!

Me and some of our crew guys stayed at this property while visiting for a racing event at circuit of the Americas. It is a great place to come home to for the weekend, it’s close to downtown, good restaurants, and not too far from the race track. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location

Cute, clean bungalow in an excellent location to restaurants and shopping on Congress street. Property manager was always available, friendly and very helpful. Would love to stay there again next time I go to Austin.

Visit during SXSW

The host is very friendly and easy to get in touch with. The property is very clean and the beds are comfortable. It's a quick bike ride to a number of stores and restaurants. Also, the downtown area is easy to reach by bike. The only little downside about the property is the proximity to the freeway - which you can hear the noise of it from the bed rooms and the patio.

Hanging with your adult kiddos

Two of our kids and a girlfriend traveled to meet us to visit their sibling and boyfriend in Austin. This location was convenient for us and spacious. We appreciated the hosts friendly hospitality. We’d stay again. Thx!

Great stay in travis heights

We had a great stay at Frankie's place! The residential area was quiet and beautiful. It is an older home but comfortable and very clean with everything we needed and plenty of space. Loved the outside area to relax. Appreciated Frankie's great communication and easy, flexible check-in. It's a great value.

The Travis Heights neighborhood is one of the older Austin Neighborhoods, located just south of downtown with easy access to many restaurants, bars and shopping along South Congress. Stacy Park - an even shorter walk from the house - boasts a free-of-charge, heated lap pool that is open 12 months a year. On the other end of the park are tennis courts, basketball, a children's playground, and a summertime wading pool. Blunn Creek winds through the park connecting the pools and providing a great walking experience in the heart of Travis Heights.

Austin's beloved Hike and Bike Trail which circles Lady Bird Lake, sits just north of Travis Heights. Bat-watching, kayaking, paddle boarding, walking, biking, and people watching take place along this 10-mile loop.
