Our home sits on 2.5 acres, is surrounded by aspen and pine trees with mountain views from the back yard, and offers plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable, have fun, and create incredible memories. Short stay

Stayed with family in summer time. No ac so it was really hit inside. Manager brought a portable ac unit but that only helped in one of the upstairs bedrooms. Toilets, pull out sofas and hot tub were very dirty. Home is very large and spacious but for the money we paid we had higher expectations. Hot tub was so gross we couldn’t use. Stayed with family so we made the best of it but definitely won’t be returning.

Suitable, but not stellar

This VRBO suited our needs, but barely. I don't normally write a review of bad experiences, but something should change, and reviews are necessary for that to happen. 1) Cleanliness: The backyard area was littered with pieces from a renovation that were left outside, pretzels and bags of snack foods were found in the couches when you lifted the foot rest up, and the beds had toys, hair ties, and other miscellaneous stuff when opening the sheets or moving a pillow. There were also wet sheets left in the washer that smelled while the ping pong table in the game room was covered in dry sticky beer. 2) The house had several things that were just plain broken. Light switches and outlets missing covers (extremely dangerous when having kids there). Closet doors were falling off their hinges when you opened the door, the main pellet stove wouldn't work so heating on an entire wing of the house was only done by space heaters. Not to beat a dead horse, but a lot of fixtures, such as faucets, toilet paper holders, as well as every game in the game room was busted as well. (A lot of things in this house just seemed like they haven't been looked at ever, or the homeowner just doesn't care to replace it). 3) Privacy: The bathrooms that are shared didn't have a door for the toilet, as well as one of the bathrooms faces the main road and had a very thin white curtain covering the window. At night, you can see right through the window clearly. For these 3 reasons, I removed 3 stars.

worked great for us

this home was large enough to fit us all, Game room was fun. Host was GREAT to communicate with us. Having 2 living rooms worked out great. Large dining room table and breakfast bar fit us all. His cleaning crew needs a little more attention to details but would still recommend, and would stay there again,
