Great House for get together

We had our daughter’s 16th birthday party/sleepover at this house and it was perfect for the get together! A nice big tv/gaming area with foosball table, and dining area where we played lots of card games. The rooms were big and lots of bathrooms. We’d stay again!

Family Holiday Gathering

We had our belated family Christmas get-together and chose Sioux Falls as the central gathering place as we are 3 families traveling from 2 states. We enjoyed our stay in Matt's home very much. It was clean and had plenty of room for us to gather our group of 10 people (6 adults and 4 kids) We loved the family room with plenty of space and seating for us all to be together. The beds were all very comfortable!Communication, check in and check out were a breeze and the owners were very prompt in answering any questions I had. I appreciated how easy they made this for us!We will definitely choose to stay here, or in any of Matt's properties in the future!

Great family space!

We loved our stay with our family! We had lots of room for the everyone to play games and just hang out together. Hosts were great at communication & it was a nice place to settle for a weekend.

Great property and wonderful hosts. We chaperoned kids for Nile NxR and the hosts were terrific and the house worked wonderfully for our group.

Owners were very responsive whenever I inquired about anything! We needed extra towels and they had new ones to us in a half an hour! Great location….everything is pretty much 10 mins away!

Nice place, good location

The location is great, close to downtown and the Zoo and a number of other attractions. The house itself is very nice and can accomodate a lot of people with comfortable places to sit and socialize.

Outside space

Only bummer was the deck was small and the area outside left wasn’t great… we did end up spending more time at the house than anticipated so those outdoor spaces or lack there of was a bummer.

Although it appears to be small from the outside view, we were surprised at how much space was in the house. Very roomy and comfortable and plenty of room for everyone. Everything was new and clean. Owners were very responsive. Fantastic home. Would definitely rent again if passing through town.

Cute House

It was prrfect for our family. The house was clean, had everything we needed (inluding baby items) and the location was perfect as it was centrally located. Everything we did was within a 10 min drive. Hosts were welcoming and great with communication. Highly recommend!

I am a huge foodie and golfer, if you need any recommendations just ask! I love spending time with friends and meeting new ones. I love serving people via VRBO, nothing makes me happier than people stopping by Sioux Falls, staying in a Lounge, and leaving happy and refreshed!
