This 1950's old army barrack home has been newly renovated and is ready for guests to make themselves right at home. there are two bedrooms on the main floor, an eat in kitchen that seats six, and a comfy living room with lots of natural light spilling in.

This was a cute and clean little house. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was adequately stocked with dishes and the complimentary coffee pods were appreciated!! It worked out wonderfully for our Sioux Falls stay!

The house itself was decent! It was comfortable, the beds were comfortable! The living space was cute! The neighborhood was sketchy, but thanks to a neighbor who saw my trunk open, they came and let me know. They also told me that was not a neighborhood that you'd want to accidentally leave your car unlocked or your trunk open. It was pretty close to a lot of things, so that was nice! Be careful of the back stairs, as they're very uneven.

It’s a cozy little home in an area which has enough traffic to feel safe, but not so much that it feels busy. Check-in was breezy, and the house inside was clean and tidy. Being that I’m only one person, I can only speak to one bed, but it was like sleeping on a fluffy cloud. Parking on the street was ample. The thing I would advise to keep in mind is that it’s not a new house, by any means, and so it comes with some of the features of an older build, like uneven steps or doors that don’t quite close. That said, the last time I came to town for the same convention I stayed at the Sheraton, and I liked this much better. I would probably stay here again next year.

This was a very nice little home but the boys were not able to get the Wi-Fi or tv to work even with the code provided by the host.
