Located just 10 minutes from the Premier Center & the Sanford Pentagon, it provides quick access to the airport, I-90, I-229 and downtown Sioux Falls.
Staying longer? You will quickly feel at home with the comfortable common spaces (upstairs & down), private deck & large backyard, 3 electric fireplaces, new appliances, and heated garage.

This house was the perfect place to host my graduation party. Joan was very responsive and helpful prior to and throughout the stay. We look forward to staying again!

Great place to stay in Sioux Falls

Really nice place with updated amenities. Super hot weekend of baseball so it was great to come back to a nice cool place to relax and recharge. Plenty of room to accommodate 4 adults and 4 kids aged 11-16. Easy check in and super easy check out. Communication with owner was great. Even found a couple clothing items left behind and helping get those returned. Looking for a place in SF, book this one!

Sweet Birthday Stay

This was an absolutely adorable getaway and stay for my daughter’s 18th birthday. We celebrated in the quiet community while enjoying the close proximity to the Falls and our favorite point in Sioux Falls, the Rausch Brothers monument.

Spacious and comfortable time with fsmily

Property is new, clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The hosts have thought of absolutely everything! It was a fabulous place to gather and reconnect before the Thanksgiving celebration with extended family.

Home Away From Home!

My family was impressed with this modern 5 bedroom new home! It is very spacious and we enjoyed the upstairs family room in addition to the living room on the main floor. The kitchen had all of the necessary cookware that we needed and it was a great space to cook a Thanksgiving meal. I highly recommend this house especially for large families!

Perfect house for perfect occasion

BEAUTIFUL! We couldn’t have stayed at a more perfect place to be in Sioux Falls to finalize our adoption for our two beautiful girls!! The house was extra clean had every thing u needed and then some. We had family over celebrating and still had plenty of room to move about. I would highly suggest staying here!!

Nice and new

Property was nice and new and very well maintained. The owner met us when we arrived which was a first at any vrbo. She was friendly and very accommodating. It is located very convenient to the airport which was a plus for us. We enjoyed our stay just was a little too short . Thanks for the hospitality from Nashville TN !

Perfect for a mini reunion

Our group had a last-minute change of plans for where we would meet. The owner was more than accommodating, taking our reservation the day before our arrival. The home was easy to get to in a quiet neighborhood, clean, and fully equipped for all our needs. It is beautiful and spacious. I highly recommend you give it a try if Sioux Falls is your destination.

Beautiful, New & Clean Home

Everything about this home was as promised. We did not prepare any food but the kitchen was well stocked with all the things you would need to prepare meals. The only downfall so to speak is the neighborhood. When first turning the corner to the street there is a very dilapidated property that initially caused me to be concerned, but there were no incidences and I and at no time did I feel unsafe.

Last minute

We decided at the last minute to take a quick getaway to Sioux Falls. We had several glitches with our booking since it was very last minute, but Joan was so accommodating and helpful!! We were in constant communication with her and we are so glad it all worked out. The house was beautiful and fit our needs perfectly! We came with 4 kids and they each had their own room. I think we loved the upstairs family room the most! The house was very clean and had everything we needed. We would definitely book this house again!

Family Weekend

The home is a beautiful new build. Beautifully decorated. Loved the 3 fireplaces. Dreamy master bedroom. With 4 bedrooms up, the bathroom is not super accommodating. Could use a towel/coat rack in bathroom. Extremely small sink, but with a two night stay we were ok. We found some construction dust. When we turned on the microwave fan, lots of stuff flew out of top vent. The outdoor space was not complete, washer/dryer not installed, and no internet installed yet. We were made aware of these a couple of days prior to arrival. All in all, we were pleased with the accommodations and the communication was great. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

We live nearby and can respond quickly if guests have questions or a unique request. We want every guest to say that they enjoyed their stay.

It's a quiet, mature neighborhood. Neighbors know each another and look out for one another. There's off street parking for several vehicles, as well as that trailer, boat or super-duty pickup. Message Joan if you have questions about parking.
