Welcome to the beach. This beautiful space has everything you need including a full kitchen. Enjoy sunsets on the spacious deck overlooking the lake and access to hundreds of Buffalos finest destinations!

I respect diversity and inclusion. All guests are welcome here. My home is a safe place for all folks. I am available by phone or in person to help make your stay comfortable. Pets must be registered at time of booking. Pet fee applies.

My boyfriend and I had the best time! We stayed for only one night but everything was great. Thank you, Polly!! I grabbed a card and will be coming back soon - we have family that live in Hamburg so it’s nice to have somewhere wonderful to go!!

Polly was very welcoming and helpful. We stayed with our dog and the property was extremely dog friendly (he loved hanging out on the deck). Lake views were stunning and bed was comfortable. Unit is well maintained and we lack nothing! Highly recommend you stay here!!

This was such a wonderful final stop on our cross-country drive from CO to NH. Our host was so proactive in communicating in advance of arrival that we knew we were in great hands.The unit was immaculate, really lovely and well stocked with great coffee options - what a delight? The neighborhood is beautiful and relaxing and we loved walking down to the lake to enjoy the gorgeous sunset! A must stay if you are in the area!

Perfect Place to Stay for Bills Game

Great location to stay if you are coming to town for a Bills game. Convenient to everything around Buffalo as well.

It's a beautiful space away from home. Clean, spacious, with beautiful views of the lake. We were even able to go home with clean laundry.The host was lovely! Recommending restaurants, where we could find activities we were interested in, as well as checking to see if we needed anything.

Perfect weekend getaway

The property was perfect for a sisters weekend getaway. Close to East Aurora, the perfect size and space with a beautiful outdoor deck overlooking the lake Erie.

This was the perfect spot for a few day’s stay. Loved being able to stand on the deck and see Lake Erie. It was nice to only be a short walk to the beach area and close to some good restaurants. It was a real treat to meet the owner/host…she was amazing!

Amazing stay

Perfect stay for myself and my fiancé. The entire apartment was very clean, smelled great and was supplied with coffee and toiletries. Was greeted by the owner upon arrival and she was so sweet. Will definitely stay again.

Polly was the best host for our stay in Buffalo! Not only did she welcome us upon arrival , but she made sure to provide everything you need while vacationing from out of town, including a Nespresso machine that we really enjoyed, along with a cozy and clean atmosphere! Beautiful location, close to the Highmark Stadium, not a bad drive to get to Niagara Falls, and overall highly recommended. A bonus was her cute rescue fur babies that stayed with her.Thank you Polly for a wonderful stay!

Perfect stay

Polly’s place is a perfect place to stay. It was super clean and I wish we weren’t so busy so we could’ve had more time to enjoy the deck and the location so close to the beach. I would recommend it to anyone looking!
