Great place but a couple things to know.

If your flying it might not be the best place to stay. They don’t have anything for you to take to the beach. No chairs or towels or anything. If you want them you have to pay to rent them. Also no laundry detergent. The location was good close to a lot. There were a lot of noisy teenagers that would roam the streets at night. But other then that great location!

Great location and house has everything we need. If we have a question, phone call is all it takes to get an answer. Can’t wait to rent next year.

Property was clean, easy access to the beach and we loved that there were two rooms with two sets of twin beds.

Awesome beach retreat

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our ho to place when we come to Newport. Kitchen fully stocked to cook for the family. Grocery store is a few minute walk. We park the car and never leave. Can’t wait to come back!

Needs attention

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit was very dirty . Build up of dirt on all the windows and shades . Some of the windows were not functioning. Appliances were dirty . Needs attention especially at this price range . Poor condition .

Perfect house for family vacation!

Great location. The house was perfect size and layout good for family. Beds were comfy and Kitchen was fully stocked so we could enjoy making family meals. Grocery store 2 blocks away. Easy to find parking. We can’t wait to go back next year!

Wonderful location!

House is very nice, clean and location is amazing. Plenty of the room for the family. Definitely recommend, we will stay here again.

Great place!!

We stayed here for part of our Spring Break and it was the perfect place for our family. It’s close to all the shops and restaurants at Newport Pier and 1 house off the beach. We will definitely be back!!
