Take a 5 min car ride to the buzzing Wynwood area for some of the best nightlife and restaurants. In just 10 minutes you can transport to the elevated Design District for shopping and lunch.
Our marina is only a 15minute walk away where you can take boat tours or go for a walk through Margaret Pace Park.

This property has it all. The amenities are the best around and the location is central to everything while still allowing you to be a few steps away from all the hustle and bustle. When you vacation or work remote you should be able to relax and this allows for you to reach the beach, the design district or the airport all in under 30minutes. I usually walk to midtown, wynwood & edge water and take the metromover 1 stop to the museum or a Broadway show.
You can walk to the marina and arrange a boat excursion for the day.
You have three food options downstairs -

3 Esotico (dinner and drinks)

Beach chairs and towels are provided.
