Or you can relax around our backyard fire-pit and enjoy a sunset, listen to music on our Bluetooth speakers next to one of our two fireplaces, or take in a show and nature at the same time in our brand NEW hot tub with 55” outdoor TV.

Entertainment aside, your comfort is of the utmost importance to us and with 4 clean and UPDATED bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, plus a sleeper sofa and trundle, this house has more than enough room for everyone. Gather around our large dining table or sip a hot cup of coffee while enjoying the wildlife that you’re sure to see just outside the windows. We’re also one of the few homes in Estes with air conditioning!

We are very family friendly with a baby gate, high chair, pack n’ play, sound machine, and baby monitor included with your stay. We want your littles to be safe and happy too. They even have their own little box of toys that they can play with while you relax.

This home also boasts a fully equipped kitchen, large laundry room with washer and dryer, and best of all a garage with a COMPLIMENTARY EV CHARGER.

Amazing Vacation

My husband and I stayed here with our 4 older kids. We had such a fun time. There was plenty to do just in the house and plenty of room to spread out. The hot tub was amazing. Thanks for a great stay!

Beautiful Getaway

We enjoyed relaxing with our adult children and grandchildren. We appreciated the multiple bedrooms and the game room! Only wish we could have played pickleball but it was too cold!

Wonderful house, great location

This house was perfect for us for a quick weekend trip to see Rocky Mountain National Park. The house had plenty of room, the beds were super comfortable, and there were lots of fun things to do there. I also appreciated that the host provided plenty of little things like trash bags and laundry/dishwashing detergent, as well as coffee! We had a great time and would stay here again.

Great Location and Experiance

Our Friend group really enjoyed this property. Basketball/pickelball court, enough seating for 8, all while elk herds walk through the yard and neighborhood everyday. We had a great time and would stay again.

Family Fun House and Great Location

We had so much fun enjoying all the family games. Each day after hiking - we would come back and everyone just wanted to stay at the house and enjoy all the games and cook on the grill. The beds were super comfortable and appreciated the central air in the summer. I loved the location. We were 6 min drive to town and short drive to the entrance of the park. Yet tucked back off the road In a nice quiet neighborhood. Would stay again for sure!

Great stay

Enjoyed this great home with friends. The house was exactly as described and we enjoyed all of the amenities including the hot tub and game room. Kitchen was equipped with everything needed to cook and host was very communicative. Would recommend for a great place in Estes Park!

Perfect Weekend Cabin

Fantastic cabin for a small bachelor party. Really cozy aesthetic in a fantastic location with plenty of room for multiple people. The game room was a cool addition that really separates this location from the rest.

Great house in Estes Park!

Beautiful house centrally located in Estes Park. The amenities are exceptional with a pickle ball court, hot tub and a fun game room. The house was clean and well taken care of. Highly recommend!

Great family home!

We had so much fun here! We had 17 people of all ages staying in the area and we could easily host them all for meals and play. With pickle ball, basketball, a hot tub, and a terrific game room, all ages were happy! The free parking garage by Estes Park Visitors Center was minutes away and we enjoyed all the river walk has to offer, plus hiking in the mountains. The owners even provided local foods as a gift. We would definitely come again!

Great property & location

We loved our short time at this property & wish we could’ve enjoyed it more. Location to downtown & the park was perfect. We all loved the game room & we enjoyed watching our boys play basketball while sitting by the fire pit. We also loved the visits from the elk & mule deer.

Winter family getaway

This house was amazing. Great location, clean, well stocked, comfortable beds. We had 6 people and it was comfortable. The infinity game table and 2 other gaming units was a hit!! Would definitely consider this house again when visiting

Nice home for a mini vacation.

Everything was great except check in i had to message the property owner to send me the code to go in the house i sent the message at 4pm i didn’t get a response till 5:00pm so we ended up checking in till that time. Other than that the house is super clean we had a great time and we all felt super comfortable.

EVERYTHING AND MORE!!

This rental was for a group of 9 adults and it was tucked away from the business of the downtown area but was close enough to be within 5 min of anything you would want in Estes. The part that excited us the most was the cleanliness and the adequate seating and space for a large group. We stayed 4 nights and the hot tub was maintenanced two of those days. The extra attention of cleanliness was very important to us! Would be back in a heart beat!

Wonderful!

This home was everything we could have hoped for and more! We had elk and mule deer in the yard daily. The hot tub was perfect for cool evenings and mornings. The only suggestion I have would be to add curtains to the kitchen windows to provide for more privacy at night. The property manager was very easy to work with when we had issues with the door code and the issue was resolve instantly. We will definitely be staying here again. Thank you!

A good value

Our experience was reasonable. The accommodations were spacious and met our needs. However, the bed mattresses were subpar. Also, I received no response from the property management company after 3 calls in the same day. We found work arounds for not having sufficient towels and toilet paper.

Great memories

Perfect location. The proximity to the national park and the town were are great. Peaceful neighborhood! We took full advantage of the hot tub, pickle ball court, and all the basement entertainment. The kitchen is well equipped and convenient to cook, the place was very well cleaned, the bathrooms were very nice and there is plenty of space for a big group. Paul responded immediately to our communications and was consistently helpful and courteous. We enjoyed daily visits from mule deer and elk walking through the yard. Thank you for providing a relaxing atmosphere for us to come back to each night after a day of adventure in the park.

Spacious

Very spacious, lots of room for 7 adults. Clean, nice big beds, living spaces, bedrooms. Super large kitchen table. One person slept on the brand new sleeper sofa in a common area and then there were four other beds. No air conditioning but it wasn't an issue at all after we opened a few windows and cooled it down. Only gave four starts because it could use some attention to detail in regards to the necessities (ie. more towels, toilet paper and dishwasher pods - especially for a group staying for 5 nights.) Also communication was lacking, no response from property manager to multiple messages.
