Family-friendly vacation home in a highly desirable neighborhood Calabay Parc (CP) in Davenport which is a highly desirable suburb of Orlando.
"Welcome to our Florida warm weather retreat. Our home is a luxury 3 bedroom, 2 full bath villa with a heated pool and spa (with optional Pool Heat Surcharge). Enjoy the heated pool and spa with its southeast exposure. The perfect place to relax, unwind, and soak up the Florida sunshine. There is a furnished lanai ideal for outdoor dining.
There is a separate utility room with washing and drying facilities, iron and ironing board. Highchair and stroller is also available. The home is fully air-conditioned for your comfort and provides heating for those rare cold days. The prestigious Calabay Parc is set in peaceful surroundings of pine trees and nature reserves. This villa is the perfect getaway for any family to relax with easy access to Disney World, Universal, and a fabulous golf course."
Air-conditioned accommodation at this vacation home offers a private pool and spa (to order optional pool heat please contact the owner). Master bedroom opens to patio. Accommodation is furnished with a dining table and kitchen island. Kitchen offers a refrigerator, stovetop, dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker, electric kettle, toaster, blender and cookware (pots/pans/baking dishes)/dinnerware/utensils etc. Bathrooms include shower/tub combinations and hair dryer. Master bath has a soaker tub.
Guests can surf the web using the complimentary wireless Internet access. Smart televisions are featured in guestrooms.

We had a wonderful 4 weeks in this house. It is super cozy, very clean, and it felt like we had a ton of towels available. They also provided a high chair, a stroller, and a crib. The rooms were beautifully decorated – my daughter absolutely loved the Frozen-themed room! The outdoor area with the pool was also very large, cozy, and inviting. Every room had a TV and a streaming stick, and the kitchen was equipped with all the appliances you need for everyday life, including an air fryer that was delivered during our stay. The neighborhood is great too, and the couple next door was super friendly. We really enjoyed our stay, and Harry is very nice as well. Thank you for everything, wish you all the best.

Great stay! The kids enjoyed the pool and it was close to Disney and a reasonable drive to Epic Universe. The house was clean and there were some nice touches such as board games and pool toys for the kids. Great stay!

Amazing host. Very easy to communicate with and very responsive. Property was clean and as pictured. Host was more than accommodating. Property is perfectly located to access the theme Parks but out of all the chaos. Stores and restraunts withing 5 to 10 minutes away. Highly recommend this property!!!

Thank you for the valuable feedback. First of all the pool and spa heat was optional which is clearly mentioned on the listing description and it wasn't ordered in this booking, so that wasn't available for yout stay, otherwise the normal pool was available 24x7 without any restrictions. Secondly, our staff comfirmed that none of the closets were broken before your checkin but it was found that someone (kids) may have tried to hang on the shelf as a play and it was hanging down after your checkout. A picture frame and glass was also found broken during your stay. We understand that these things can happen especially by the kids, otherwise all else was ok. We again appreciate your feedback about your stay, but we reaffirm that there are no restrictions on the use of regular pool as long as guests stay quieter in the quiet hours in the neighborhood.

This was a great house perfect for families. A little far for people trying to make this a disney vacation but perfect for everything else. About 20 minutes away from Margaritaville and all the entertainment there. Very receptive owners , very clean, and a great heated pool.

You do have to pay for the heat to use the hot tub and also will have to rent a grill if you need a grill but otherwise it was a great place to stay in a great neighborhood!

The location of this house is great if you are going to the parks. Easy access to the interstate and alternate route incase of traffic make navigating the area easy. The pool and hot tub are as advertised if you pay for the heating of it. The host was prompt with replies and communication to address any areas of concern.I will definitely look for this home on return trips to the area for future stays

Was advertised with a heated pool and hot tub and then had to pay extra for it and then it still didn’t heat up so I wouldn’t recommend this place here at all

Dear Guest! Pool/spa heat has always been optional on our listing and was never advertised for free. May be our valued guests missed the listing details during their last minute booking. After we allowed them to check in much earlier on their request, they sent a text that pool water was icecold. We explained that pool heater wasn't turned on as they didn't order the pool heat. Then the guests ordered the pool heat and the pool heater was turned ON. As it was taking time to heat up 8000 gallons of icecold water which made the guests anxious and unhappy. By evening, the pool water warmed up and the spa water heated up. It was explained to guests that the filteration system stops intermittently as a safety mechanism to avoid damage to the pump motor, but the heater runs non stop during the stay. But they thought that there was something wrong when the pool filteration was shutting off intermittently. We even sent the pool tech to check the system and explain guest working of the pool/spa heat and filteration system. The pool tech found that system was working fine, but the guests were gone out in the town. Even our neighbor confirmed the same. Our valued guests were coming for two nights, so we honored and happily accepted their request of much earlier check in for free. The current back to back guests has also confirmed proper working of pool/spa system. In the end, we feel sorry about this situation due to misunderstanding of spa operation. Thanks for your understanding.

The house was nice and nicely furnished. There were several instructions around the house for different things such as laundry use, check out instructions, etc. Check in was pretty easy with the info that was sent the day before our check in. Check out was very easy as well. All of this, I appreciated about the property. The 2 problems I had was when I needed to pay for heat for the spa/pool. I believe it should be noted, in the pool information listed in the site, that if you choose to pay for heat of the spa/pool, that the payment must be made through Zelle. I unfortunately had already made the reservation and we were headed to the location by car when I finally received this info. My banks do not use Zelle and I had to scramble to find a relative who does use it so that we could have the pool/spa heated. Once we arrived and followed the posted instructions on how to use the hot tub/spa we found that it did get nice and hot but the spa did not “bubble” at all as you would expect from a spa/hot tub. I did message the first night and they said a tech would come look at it but there was no further follow up from the management regarding the issue. The jets never “bubbled” for us. Upon checkout I sent photos of what we thought the issue with the lack of jets were and they advised that it must have been “user error” and implied that I was unable to follow the simple and posted instructions on its use. I wasted 175 for the use of the spa.Otherwise, the property was good.

Thanks for your valuable feedback and we apologize for the inconvenience in using the hot tub. Actually there's a clearly labeled switch inside the house on the wall. If someone flips that switch to OFF position accidentally, then the jets in the hot tub won't work. Our recent guests accidentally turned off that switch inside the house and after reading the label clearly they flipped that back to ON and spa jets were working perfect. They were very happy after that. Once again we are really very sorry about the situation you got into while using the hot tub. Otherwise jets in the hot tub have been working fine.

I recently stayed at this vacation rental and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. While the home itself had potential, several important details were overlooked that impacted our stay.First, there was a noticeable lack of basic essentials—specifically washcloths, which we had expected to be provided. It may seem minor, but it’s something most guests rely on and shouldn’t have to bring themselves.Additionally, the listing described a hot tub, but this was inaccurate. What was presented as a “hot tub” was actually just a separate section of the pool with the same temperature as the rest of the water. It did not function as a true hot tub and did not provide the heated, relaxing experience we expected. This was especially frustrating since it was one of the main features that influenced our booking decision.Finally, the bed cover was visibly dirty, which raised concerns about the overall cleanliness of the property. Clean linens are a fundamental expectation, and this fell short.Overall, the home could be a great place with better attention to detail, improved cleanliness, and more accurate descriptions. I hope the host addresses these issues for future guests.

Dear Valued Guest! First of all thank you for your feedback and we apologize for any inconveniences you felt during your stay. Cleaners have assured to be more careful about minor details for the convenience of future guests. Cleaners said there were enough wash clothes in the house before your checkin; and during cleaning after your checkout they found a few of them thrown in the trash thinking someone may have trashed them after cleaning. We also noticed that the weather during your short stay wasn't favorable due to thunderstorms which may have restricted you and kids to go out and enjoy the heated pool and spa in its true sense. Otherwise, spa works perfectly as mentioned in the review we are pasting here by guests who stayed at our villa with same spa settings from 14th to 28th Feb, "Posted Feb 28, 2026 House was well equipped & clean, but what stood out among other rentals in this area was the pool heat and spa heat was absolutely perfect."
