Inside your 12th-floor condo, you'll find all the comforts you need while away from home. Start your day with morning coffee on the furnished balcony that offers picturesque views of the water. Adorned with beach-inspired decor, the living room has plenty of seating that surrounds a TV. Indulge your inner chef in the modern kitchen, outfitted with stainless steel appliances and ample counter space to prepare favorite recipes. Water sports gear rentals are seasonally available.
Guests will need to directly pay the resort a $50 registration fee upon arrival, which covers parking passes and armbands. Guests may purchase one additional parking pass for $30.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
