Whether you’re looking for a little getaway or traveling for work for an extended period of time, this is the perfect spot for you! Located in downtown Boone, IA, just minutes away from Seven Oaks Recreation Ski Resort,  Ledges State Park, and Boone Speedway. The space was completely renovated in 2023 and has everything you will need for a perfect stay. The unit is located in central Boone and within walking distance to several local restaurants.


The unit is about a 10 minute drive to Ames, IA, home of the Iowa State Cyclones. In Ames you will find many activities, restaurants, and if traveling on a weekend, you may even be able to make it to a game!

Lovely little get away spot! Conveniently located for the rail ride, high trestle bike trails and Ledges State park. Highly recommend the Dutch Oven Bakery and ice cream shop both within walking distance. Would definitely stay again!

Great location for stay in Boone we rode the Rail Explorers It could of had more items for kitchen use, like a measuring cup pizza cutter spices,etc.

This is a nice clean property. Easy to walk to downtown. Parking was easy and near the property. The only drawback was the alley entrance. We did not have any issues but it did feel a little uncomfortable coming and going late at night.

This place was perfect for my two week stay! The host was very responsive and even shoveled snow for my stay. The place is nice and very quiet. I will stay again when I am in town for work.

What a wonderful spot! This place is well located with shops, restaurants/bars, banks, grocery & hardware aĺl within walking distance. Parking was safe & close and would love to stay again if we make it back to Boone.

This was the perfect clean space for my young family to stay in! Lots of different shops and restaurants nearby and tons of parks nearby for the kids to play at as well. It was stocked with everything we could possibly need and we loved the coffee bar. If we’re ever in need of an overnight stay in Boone again, this would be where I’d book!

Perfect little place -- well equipped with laundry, dish soap, dishes, Keurig with pods, etc. Excellent communication from Eric, too. I recommend this place and hope to stay again when I need to return to Boone.

The size of the property worked well for 2 people who spent most of their time outdoors during our stay. It was clean and modern looking. Bed was comfortable. A few minor improvements would be to have an extra bathroom washcloths and hand towels available. In the kitchen perhaps Pam spray and salt shaker. Pepper was available. Also, we did park in the space available near entrance however was overgrown. Overall enjoyed the property and location.
