This was a great house, very clean and a lot of usable space available! The host was great, answered all our questions in a timely fashion, and was very welcoming. We would definitely choose this home to stay in again while visiting Boone!!!!

The house was neat, tidy, and clean. The host was responsive to communication before, during, and after. They even attempted to get us into the house earlier than the standard check-in time. I would definitely stay here again!

This was an awesome property! I highly recommend it, especially if you have two families or teens. The floor plan is really neat -- each side or wing has two bedrooms, a living room, and a bathroom. They share the kitchen. The kitchen was well stocked as far as utensils and cookware. We brought our own cookware because we've had problems in the past, but we didn't need any of it!The house was immaculately clean and the air conditioner worked well! Any time I communicated with Shea, I was answered promptly. Again, if you need a place to stay in Boone or Ames, this is perfect!!!

The entire experience was awesome. Everything so perfect. It does not have a recliner but the furniture is comfy. If walks could talk, you would hear a lot of family laughter going on.

Updated and spacious 4 bed home with 2 distinct family gathering spaces and a large kitchen w plenty of storage if you need to cook for a crowd. Loved the firm mattress for a great night’s sleep and 2 large baths. Appreciated the doggie box of extra supplies, if needed. Nice semi-private deck to enjoy good weather. Locally, this home is conveniently located near the Boone RR museum, Rail Explorers and Ledgers State Park. Check out the High Trestle Bridge in Madrid for an evening stroll. Shea & Amy provided a relaxing home away from home to explore the area.

We had a wonderful stay! There was plenty of room for everyone, and the home was very clean and well maintained. The decor was homie and made the space feel warm and inviting. The location was also excellent—convenient and close to everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!
