Casa del Sol is the perfect home away from home situated in the quiet neighbourhood of Indian Creek. It has a fully equipped kitchen with an adjoining dining room and living room area. The living area leads out to a covered lanai with a 10,000 gallon 5ft pool and attached spa (Heating is an optional extra for both. Please see terms below). The lanai back out to a private conservation area. The home has a BBQ which is free for guest use.

The master has a king bed and attached full bathroom (shower and separate bath) and is located to the rear of the house. The first queen and twin bedrooms share a shower/bath combo bathroom. The second queen is on the other side of the house and has its own attached shower/bath combo bathroom.

PLEASE NOTE that the spa is not a hot tub which means it will take a lot longer to heat up and in the winter months may not reach desired temperatures. Note further that the pool can only be heated for the duration of your stay and needs to be paid for upfront. (before your stay).

Schöne ruhige Lage

Unser Aufenthalt war so weit gut. Leider waren die Stühle im Essbereich schmutzig und schmuddelig, das Sofa im Wohnbereich war abgenutzt. Teils hatte es kaputte Trinkgläser. Es hatte eine schöne Küche, 2-3 Pfannen wären toll gewesen.Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und reagierte sehr schnell auf unsere Anregungen.

Great stay

Another great stay at this house. It had everything that we needed - plenty of space, close to parks, shops and restaurants and very comfy. We particularly loved the large pool. The hosts were very responsive to our queries and requests

Wonderful vacation home

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this home. The layout of the home was perfect and just as described in the photos. Home was very clean, beds were comfy, pool was wonderful to relax in after long days out at the parks. We were so pleased to be close to all of the parks as we did Universal, a few Disney parks and Discovery Cover and it was conveniently to all of them as well as so many restaurants and shopping. If you're looking for a great place to stay this is it! And thanks to the owners for their constant communication throughout the booking process as well as answering questions before and once we arrived.

May want to look for different accommodations

The AC does not work in two of the bedrooms. The pool only ran 3 days out of 8 that we were there. Kitchen is not well stocked. Needs bowls with covers, kitchen towels, and pans for the oven just to start. beds were dirty and full of something (crumbs or sand) so all sheets and blankets have to be washed before you sleep. The pool area is sinking so you cannot use the bar area that it shows in the picture. The water from the rain is just stagnant there. I feel that maybe the owners are not aware of everything. The cleaning crew definitely needs to do better and spend more time cleaning. The pool and back yard is in desperate need of upkeep. I cannot say it was awful (we did make the best of everything and had a good time) but it is the worst home I have rented and we rent homes every year for vacation.

Amazing and relaxing

This property was everything that we were expecting plus some. The place was extremely clean and had everything we needed. We were very comfortable staying there. We were able to relax indoors and outside. We were very impressed with the outside pool area. I would definitely recommend this property and if I’m in the area again, that’s where I would want to stay.

They perfect getaway!

We had such a great time at this house! The perfect location to spend a week and a half with our big kids before they leave for college in the fall. The owner was so kind and willing to help with any issue we had. I would absolutely stay here again.

Okay, but definitely not 5 stars

We recently stayed at this home, the pictures must be from a few years ago as the back patio doesn't hardly look like this. Most of the chairs & loungers are broken or torn. We could only use the patio table with 4 chairs. The other chairs were broken & fell back when we tried using. The screen on the lanais all had huge rips as well as the side door to the patio not keeping anything out. It also is the side that seems to be the catch all for all broken items & very high weeds- a whole patio table, old cornhole boards & chairs were dumped there rotting away. The garage was stacked full of broken & damaged items too & we had to dig out the pak n play from all this. We also paid for pool heat which did not work - property manager did however communicate quickly on this & refunded for the heat issue. There were a few other issues we addressed with property manager. Cleanliness was subpar, as well as obvious outside maintenance. Beds are worn & not comfiest. Pillows are definitely in need of replacement! We love the Indian Creek neighborhood & came back for a Disney vacation with family, with a few days in between to relax at the house, so we picked this house. Was disappointed the outside was not what we expected. The house is so close to restaurants, Disney, Walmart etc. This house could be SO nice with some much needed TLC, however it seems so many things are overlooked & pushed onto the next guests stay. We sadly wont be back to this one...

Disney vacation

We spent most of our time at the local parks, but the home was comfortable and a very good location for visiting Walt Disney Parks. The pool area was very nice. I would recommend this for anyone traveling to the area.

Disney vacation

We stayed here for a week to go to Disney. Perfect for two families to share. 20 min drive to Disney and easy to get to. Super close to Walmart and many other stores. Loved the pool for our rest days

Nice quiet house

Nice quiet house, good location relative to theme parks, close to shopping, after a full day at parks super to come back to the house and relax, plenty of room for 6 adults, would book again

Peaceful and Private

We had a great stay at this beautiful home. The location was close to everything we love to do in the area. The property backing up to wilderness along with the privacy fencing made our stay so quiet and peaceful. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you.

Great location. The ducts need to be cleaned out, minor cosmetic issues, cleaning team needs to be checked on. We had to replace the Ethernet cable otherwise we would of been without internet/tv. No one returned my call from the POC listed in the book. Great location.

A good stay and close to the Disney Parks

Our family stayed at the house for 2 weeks (June 2023) and overall had a great time. The house is very close to the Disney Parks, even with traffic it was at the most a 20 minute car ride. It is also not far to LegoLand, SeaWorld, and a large outlet mall for shopping. I-4 is also close by to easily access either coast if you want to go to the beach. There is a Walmart Superstore right around the corner less than 5 minutes from house which makes getting groceries and essentials very convenient. The layout of the house worked very well for our group - My wife and I, 2 kids, and a set of grandparents. The house is all on one level, but the bedrooms are spaced out nicely, with only two of the 4 being close to each other and sharing a bathroom but that was fine for the 2 kids. Communication from the property managers was great The outdoor screened area is very large, bigger than most in the area. behind the pool is a sizeable astroturf area and another seating area off to the side. While our stay was perfectly fine, the house could definitely use some good TLC in a lot of areas, and some things are starting to show their age. The kitchen could also be better equipped. Lots of little things that could be easily addressed. Nothing enough to the extent that it didn't make for a good stay, but enough that I would look for a different property on our next visit. We appreciate the owner's sharing their property with us for the 2 week period, again it was a good stay overall

Girls Trip

We enjoyed our stay at Casa del Sol; property is toward the back of the Indian Creek subdivision and the area was pretty quiet. Location is still close to the amusement parks, Margaritaville, restaurants, and shopping areas. We really enjoyed spending time outside in the pool area, grilling and playing cornhole. Place is clean and well taken care of. Kitchen has plenty of pans and setups for meals (a little short on spoons-we like ice cream!). Would stay here again.

Spring Break

Property was great, ready for us when we arrived. Everything was clean and exactly as described. Property set up is great, close to shopping and attractions. Property is also set up for a relaxing pool day at home. Would definitely rent again.

Outstanding Experience

This house was absolutely perfect in every way. The bedrooms are all well spaced out so it feels very private for every family member. I’d be happy to live in this house forever! The outdoor space was excellent. A lovely large pool was surrounded by plenty of play space for the kids. This is unusual for the area I believe. One of my favorite things was that the property backs onto what looks to be a conservation area so you aren’t looking into another backyard. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. Rene and Brad the property managers were quick to respond to all our questions and were great to deal with. We would have no hesitation to rent this house again if we’re ever back in Kissimmee.

GREAT FAMILY VACAY SPOT

I was thoroughly impressed with everything related to reserving and staying in this home !!! It was ideally located to ALL the parks and we had our own pool !!!! It was WONDERFUL to come back after a long day at the park, and just change and go swimming without elevators, finding a chair, etc. Full kitchen and even a finished garage with pool table and arcade games !!! This house/rental is a GREAT find especially with the value for the cost !!!!

Family Vacation

This property is located in Indian Creek which is a very central location. The property managers Renee and Brad are very attentive to your needs and were always helpful. This house is exactly as the pictures looks very nice. We didnt do much cooking while there but it has all the amenities for you to do so. The extented back yard was very useful as they had a game of corn hole and we played quite often. I would definately rent this property again. Thank you Renee and Brad for making this holiday very memorable.

Close to the main entrance to the Magic Kingdom and other Disney parks.

First, the good. We were in town specifically to spend the week in the Universal Studios parks and Disney World parks. This villa was very convenient for all Disney parks and just a half hour drive to the Universal parks. When we checked in we found the inside of the villa was pleasant with an open floor plan, giving it a very spacious living area. It was neat and clean. The beds were clean and comfortable. The pool area very clean and spacious. Our host was very responsive whenever I had a question, comment or query. This includes the time I spent searching for a place to stay, after I reserved this villa nd put a deposit down, as well as after we were in the villa during our stay. This is a big plus in my opinion. Now, the bad. This is just a personal pet peeve of mine as I know that the majority of landlords for this type of rental property are all doing it. There was only 1 roll of paper towels total and only 1 roll of toilet paper for each bathroom. Same with the garbage bag for the kitchen. There was only 1 spare bag. If you need more than that, you are on your own for supplying it. I find this to be a dis-service to us as renters. At the end of your stay, you are asked to wash the towels. Maybe this was just an oversight but there was no laundry soap or other supplies for that. I feel that if you are asked to wash their towels for the next renter, they should supply the laundry soap at the least. We bought a small container of laundry soap and left it behind for the next customer. Directly related to doing that load of towels, check out is early, 10 AM. Doesn't give you much time to do that load, take a shower and pack all your belongings. And especially since check-in is late, 5 PM. But, overall we were satisfied with the condition and living spaces of this villa. Since we were there for the parks this was a great option and I would have no problem staying here again. I have no comment on the cooking situation as we ate almost all our meals out. We had cereal for breakfast and maybe a bowl of soup a few times. That was the extent of our cooking. At the end of all this I would give the experience a 4-star rating out of 5.

Wonderful stay!

This is a beautiful home in a great location close to all of the major attractions. The home was very clean and very comfortable for our 3-generations family vacay. Our little guy loved the game room and pool after full days at the parks. We would definitely stay here again!
