2 bedroom, 2 bath, upper level, ocean front condo with stunning ocean views from a glass enclosed front deck and large back deck. Living room has extended basic cable High Definition TV/DVD and Wireless Internet. California King in Master Bedroom and Queen Bed in second bedroom. Sofa sleeper in the living room. Fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, granite countertops, amazing ocean views, and all amenities for an updated kitchen. Washer & dryer in the unit. Garage parking for 1 car. Weekly only over the 4th of July holiday. Sleeps 6.

Beautiful and beach views from all the rooms and excellent location walking distance to restaurants, stores, beach, and lots more. We will be back soon. The only negative was carpet dirty and should be replaced with hardwood floors. Thank you will be back

Better to rent nice hotel rooms for the price

Hassle to park in the garage with finicky key pad. Wasn’t told which unit we had so a little tricky figuring out which unit to try our code. Bathrooms were a huge disappointment. They need to be updated badly. Our bathroom shower was moldy. Could have been a little more accommodating with more shampoo and conditioner. There was enough for two of four people for one day only.

Beautiful views and perfect place for me to reunite with my brother who I hadn’t seen for nine years. Little did I know it is an area that he visits often for quiet time on the beach.

Excellent place to enjoy Pismo

We stayed for 3 days and enjoyed every minute. Opened up the windows to hear and smell the ocean air. The owner was responsive to questions. This is a great place to stay!

Great Stay

Everything was great about the condo. This is our third stay at this property because we love the location and the view.The only inconvenience we had was the neighbors above us on the weekend were extremely noisy late at night. Willstay here again in the future.

Amazing weekend get away!

Escaped for a quick weekend get away with my gf and our boys. The condo was clean and cozy with amazing beachfront views and conveniently located within walking distance of everything we needed. We will definitely be coming back to visit again!

Simply Amazing!

The condo was super clean and very comfy, and had everything we needed, but the headline is THE VIEW!!! Simply amazing! We sat in the sun porch every morning and every night (and every minute we were not out and about) just taking in the beauty. All the windows open - you can basque in the sound of the waves and get lost in the peaceful view up and down the coast! Could not have asked for anything better! This place is a true gem. Book it!!!

Weekend getaway

This was the perfect place to get away from everything and be with family. The location couldn’t be better and the space was very comfortable. Beautiful views in every direction, and bam, the beach and wharf is right there. Of note, we had our elderly mom and my husband with us who doesn’t walk very well and there are a couple sets of stairs to get to the second story. They were able to with assistance, but something to be aware of if you have anyone in your party with ADA limitations. Otherwise, we just loved our stay here.

What a view!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Very clean accommodations, lots of space, comfortable and that view of the ocean cannot be beat! We will be back!

Location location Location!

Sister trip with LA and SF made Pismo the perfect meeting place. The condo is clean and comfortable. If you like to cook, bring a sharp knife and a good skillet. Ither than that, you should have everything you need. Great communication. Very clean. Will be back!

Waves Galore!

Unit is perfectly located next to beach and big windows plus sun porch give awesome views of ocean all day. Secured parking is a bonus. Putting this on our Repeat List for sure!

Perfect Beachfront Getaway

This place was perfect for my family. Parking garage, right on the beach, full amenities, very detailed description of what is provided and what is not in their emails, recommended activities broken down by age ranges for the area, recommended restaurants and probably a number of things I am forgetting. Will definitely stay here again!

Perfect beach location

This property has the best location and view of any others we saw in Pismo Beach. The condo is at the beachfront end of the building and the living area and both bedrooms have large beach-facing windows. The closed in balcony is comfortable in any season for watching the sunrise and sunset and everything in between. You simply could not stay closer to the water! In addition, the open-concept of the living area was wonderful, beds were incredibly comfortable, and bathrooms were clean and modern. HIghly recommended!

Awesome Property

The view was incredible. Location fabulous. It was so perfect for our girls trip that we already booked next year and are staying an extra night! A king size bed in bedroom 2 would have been nice but definitely not a deal breaker.

Views good but lots of other problems...

1. Exceptional beach views and location; 2. Very impersonal check in/check out process; 3. Must haul your stuff up 3 flights of stairs - no elevator; 4. Wake up to loud garbage trucks between 6 - 7 a.m.; 5. Garage parking is fine if you have a Smart car; 6. On-street parking extremely hard to find; and 7. Coffee maker needs updating to use pods.

I'd Stay Again!

GREAT property - great location, easy access, (not awesome parking for more than one vehicle, though), super clean, everything was there that we needed. The only thing I would add is a set of binoculars so we could have enhanced our whale watching! Just beautiful, all around. The orcas were a once in a lifetime experience and we got to see hundreds of them in the two days we spend there. Overall great trip and made good memories : )

Wonderful stay

Enjoyed stay with my 3 sisters We spent most of our time on the porch enjoying the beautiful view. We would have liked having more chairs available to sit on the porch. All in all it was a most wonderful stay. Thank you
