Welcome to your Disney getaway!

This spacious 1,630 sq ft home features 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 2 living room, a dining room, a private pool and hot tub, and all the comforts of home. Central heating and air conditioning. Enjoy TVs throughout, a fully equipped kitchen, and parking for 4 vehicles. Located in a quiet neighborhood.

8 minute drive to Disneyland’s Mickey & Friends Parking Structure. 32 minute walk to the front gates.

Perfect for family vacations and group getaways.

Bedroom 1: King size bed - 65" TV.
Bedroom 2: Queen size bed - 65" TV.
Bedroom 3: 1 Bunk bed (double) & 1 single pull out bed. 55" tv.

Full Kitchen (pots, pans, slow cooker, Keurig).

2 Living rooms. 75" 4K QLED Mini-LED TV.

Dining room (seats 8 comfortably)

Game room: pool table, basketball, darts, cornhole, mini golf, football, Jenga.

Streaming services included: Disney+, Hulu, Netflix, HBO, AppleTV, Paramount+, Amazon Prime Video.

Pool & Hot Tub:
Pool and hot tub are not permanently heated at all times.
Pool and spa cannot be heated simultaneously.
Host can turn on pool or hot tub at anytime (can have the hot tub ready for when you get back home after a long day!). Please ask host any questions about pool and hot tub heating.

There is no charge to heat hot tub, any temperature.

Pool heating Summer rates (June-September):
Pool heating is free up to 80° degrees.
81°-85° $30 day.
85°-90° $50 day.
90°+ $70 day.

Pool heating Winter rates (October - May):
Up to 80° degrees $30 day.
81°-85° $50 day.
85°-90° $70 day.
90°+ $100 day.

No parties whatsoever.

Not allowed: recreational vehicle, bus, boat, trailer, camper, or personal water craft.

After you buy your Disneyland tickets you must also make a reservation with Disneyland to go on your desired days! (up to 120 days in advance).

Maximum 10 occupants.

In compliance with Anaheim's Loud and Unreasonable Noise Ordinance, you and your party must avoid creating "loud or unreasonable noise" between the hours of 10 p.m. and 9 a.m.

Outdoor security cameras are for security purposes only. There are no interior cameras. All security cameras are located on the outside of the house. Security camera locations: Front door, front left side of house, front right side of house, driveway, back/garage door area, rear right side of pool area, rear left side of pool area. Pool and hot tub are in view of security cameras. Host is the only one with access to cameras.

It was absolutely perfect for us ! The location is close enough to Disneyland to come back for lunch! Large kitchen… TV’s in every bedroom!! The pool and hot tub wonderful after a day at Disney… We enjoyed every minute!

Highly recommend! The location is great, definitely walkable to Disney. The house literally has everything you need which is great! Everything is labeled so there is no guessing how to use something or where things are. Checking in is super easy and the checkout list is very reasonable. We loved our stay!

This house and it’s amenities exceeded our expectations!! Gorgeous property, and so close to Disney that you can watch the fireworks from the jacuzzi. Just bring clothes and a toothbrush because everything else that you could possibly need is already there stocked for you!!!

Excellent property with an excellent host. Kitchen was very well stocked and there are plenty of extras (ie: strollers) for Disney and the pool. The house is 20 minute walk to security check in and then it's around 10-15 minutes from there to Disney gates. Great spot for anyone planning to do Disney.

A terrific stay! I’ve had mixed experiences with my last few rentals but Eric’s place reminded me how great VRBO can be. The kitchen was stocked well, communication was detailed and clear, and everything was super clean. The pool and hot tub was lovely on our day off from Disneyland. He stocks it with fun pool gear and has great laundry on site. Would stay again 100%!

We loved staying at this house!!!Lovely neighborhood, one of the best equipped, homes I've ever stayed in, with plenty of space, terrific pool and hot tub. Lots of things to do with games in the playroom! Great to have a washer and dryer to use as needed. The location was terrific, We could walk to the Disney Parks or a very short drive to parking!!! My granddaughter loved the decorated kid's room and there was even a special kids towel for her to use!!! What a great place for us and it helped us have the best time ever!! It had everything you could ask for in a vacation home!!We hope to stay there again for our next Disney trip!!! Thank you, Eric !

Everything was absolutely amazing. Very clean, well kept and inviting. The amount of amenities provided was incredible and super considerate and did nothing but make our stay even better. The only bad thing was having to check out, my family didn’t want to leave. 5 stars for sure!

This house has everything that you could ask for and more. The kitchen was well stocked with essentials including great coffee, tea, and hot cocoa options. There were fans available for every bedroom and lots of outlets and storage space. The pool and hot tub were fantastic and the garage was well stocked with items to use on the pool and take to the beach. We walked to Disney one day, it was really close. We were able to see the fireworks each night from the front of the house which was really cool. We would definitely stay here again!

This was a well-appointed, beautiful house. We appreciated the labels in the kitchen. It really made it easy to navigate. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Plenty of linens available. It felt very secure and was very clean. We loved the pool, hot tub and game room and would definitely go back again! Eric, thank you so much!

Awesome place to stay

The house was the perfect rental, had everything needed for a great week. Plenty of room to spread out and plenty of beds for a large family. Within a mile to Disneyland, we took an Uber, which cost about 6 plus tip in the morning and 10 plus tip in the evening. I would 100% rent again from Eric, he was very receptive and accommodating.

Excellent home close to Disneyland

Clean, comfortable and well equipped with toys and activities for kids of all ages. Great pool and hot tub - well used. The home is well equipped and comfortable. A great place to stay if visiting Disneyland. Highly recommended.

Wow! What a beautiful home! It was fully stocked, clean, and spacious. We stayed for Disney with 5 kids and everyone had space, their own bed, and the game room was perfect place. Us parents chilled in the Hot tub after a long day of walking at Disney that is only a7 min drive away!
