The first night we checked in my kids stepped in dog poo that was in the backyard which was pretty gross. The a/c was broken for the first 2 nights so we had to sleep in 80 degrees and no one could sleep because it was so hot. We found some fans in the home but they were incredibly dusty/dirty so we didn’t want to use them. The pictures of the house were probably when it was first built 15-20 years ago. The pool and hot tub worked but looked nothing like the listing pictures anymore. It was much older and dirty looking so we felt a bit deceived. The beds are terrible. Probably the most uncomfortable beds and pillows we’ve ever slept in on a vacation. They did respond to texts quickly and did end up sending someone out to fix the a/c after 2 days and brought new fans we could use. I wouldn’t book this house again.

Conference Stay

Just what we needed

Perfect for our Disneyland trip with 6 kids and two adults. It was spacious, clean, and close to Disneyland, in a quiet neighborhood. The pool was beautiful and clean and lots of fun! We loved our stay so much!

Overall house was in a great location. Property manager was very responsive. House has everything stated in the description. Loved our stay here, would stay again.

Great for families amazing location

The listing is accurate. Everything you ne and so close to disney. Pool was great the host communicated great. Very pleased.

Family Disney trip

This house was perfectly suited for our family of 9. We ranged in age from infant to 70 years. The kitchen was stocked well with plenty of dishes for all of us. The kids loved the pool and the game room.

Family vacation

Great location for Disneyland and Angel Stadium. Quiet neighborhood and ample parking driveway. Even though sleeps 8, the room set up was off for our group. Couch in big living space uncomfortable so sleeping there was bad option. Overall it was a great place to stay for time spent there.

Great stay for Disneyland

A great property with pool, hot tub and fire pit. It was a tight squeeze with 9 of us (4 adults, 5 kids), but the trundles in the media room was perfect for piling in kiddos. The dishwasher was a bit wonky and the neighbors had a loud barking dog sometimes at bedtime, but otherwise everything was in great working order. Would recommend this to a large group on a relative budget who wants to be close to Disney, but also wants to have a space away from the crowds for meals and unwinding time by the pool.

Disneyland visit

Overall good experience with family of 6. House was still being cleaned when we showed up. Main bedroom has no dressers.

Trenton Property - Anaheim

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Absolutely incredible accommodations. There was more than enough room for 6 travelers, and the proximity to Disney was great. Quiet neighborhood. The traffic on the streets around the neighborhood was light most of our visit. We will definitely stay at this location again.

Loved the heated pool!

We loved the home! The neighborhood was nice and quiet. The heated pool and hot tub were wonderful and the children had a great time! The home is roomy and comfortable. We loved the updated kitchen, bathrooms, and air conditioning! The location is close enough to walk to Disney, about 20 minutes to Downtown Disney. The only downside we found is that some of the beds could be more comfortable. But overall we loved the home and would definitely recommend it!

Reasonable accommodations

The property is very convenient to Disneyland. Can walk there in 10-15 min. The property is clean and some furniture is looking a bit worn. Backyard is cozy and fairly private. Neighborhood is very ordinary. The rental company has additional reservation processes that are a bit cumbersome than other rentals and their rules feel fairly restrictive at times. Overall descent experience

Location is key!

Overall, we were pleased with our stay at this property. The location and proximity to Disney was amazing - especially given our past experiences staying off property in Orlando. The house itself was suitable for the time we were there, but definitely needs a little TLC - fresh paint, a few odds and ends fixed, etc - but nothing that prohibited us from enjoying our stay. Communication with management was very easy via text - a quick text on day 2 and we had more towels delivered by the time we returned home that evening. All in all, would recommend if looking for a super close location for your Disney adventure!

Perfect spot for family

This house was perfect for our family trip to Disney. Honestly, we wish we would have been able to spend more time hanging at the house than we were able to. The walk to Disney is about 30-45 minutes (and this included two young kids). The pool was perfect for us. Communication with the management team from Funtierland was great. The couch broke right before we arrived and they communicated that before we got there AND got a new one within our first day of arriving. The kids loved the game room! The neighborhood was quiet, and it felt very secluded since the backyard is surrounded by trees and bushes. We would definitely stay again!

Disney Vacation

Overall the house was nice and had everything you need to enjoy some family time in the game room, the pool and spa. Overall, the house made it easy for hanging out when not out and about enjoying the local beaches, and theme parks. The sleeping arrangements were a little misleading and not every room has a closet. Not a big deal. House was a little warm and some minor issues with garage door not locking.

Close to Disneyland

Nice older home. Lots of updates but still needs a few things done. Pool and hot tub were fantastic after a long day at Disney. Tried to text about a few issues but for some reason my texts wouldn't go through........not due to anything from my end. (My phone works perfectly) Our group was 4 adults, 2 children and 1 infant. The home was plenty big for us. Had a good time overall.

Dead animal smell

Everything was fine just a foul smell coming from the man hole on the side of the house by the pool and the smell was in the master bed room closet . The jacuzzi water was going out the jacuzzi on our second day of our stay the pool light did not work jacuzzi only got hot one time the three nights we were there other then that everything was fine!
