This truly Incredible, Top Floor, Fully Remodeled, Corner unit is a LOVED condo by so many guests.
Enjoy beautiful cathedral vaulted ceilings, a wrap-around tiled lanai, lush tropical garden views, spectacular finishes.
Unit has AC split systems in living room and bedrooms. This amenity is an additional $25.00 per night. This charge is automatically added to your bill upon booking. If you would prefer to not have AC please inform a written request to have this amenity and charge removed from your bill.

This unique property has beautiful finishes. From the granite countertops to the gorgeous wood floors in the Living Room, this unit has been thoughtfully decorated and remodeled with many features one could yearn for.

Keauhou Kona Surf & Racquet Club is a gated special Oceanfront Development. Enjoy 3 lighted tennis courts, a remodeled pool, volleyball court, BBQ'S for use, & a clubhouse on site.
One of the most interesting features of the Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club are the numerous archaeological sites. These preserved areas provide a glimpse of Hawaiian life years ago. Each site has a posted description of the activities that took place years and years ago.

You can walk off the property at the other end of complex and find a BLACK SAND BEACH that is directly adjacent to Keauhou Kona Surf & Racquet Club!

Spacious, airy, and filled with sunlight, this tropical vacation getaway is one of the rare corner units with a 20 foot cathedral ceiling. It has a wraparound tiled lanai that offers a view of a lush tropical garden that leads to the oceanfront. Your daily sunset show will be silhouettes of palm trees in the backdrop of a purple sky.

The master bedroom offers a peekaboo ocean view and beautiful mountain views to wake up to, and receives intoxicating morning breezes. It has a gel foam king bed for the ultimate comfort. The second bedroom with a plush queen bed can be closed off by shoji doors for privacy into a suite with bath. A spiral staircase leads to a very private, cozy third (converted loft) bedroom with a King Sized Bed and its own closet.

A super-spacious kitchen is equipped with a new fridge, a microwave, and a quiet dishwasher. Your breakfast can be served at the sprawling granite breakfast counter or on the lanai with a serene morning view.

Just wonderful! We had multiple generations celebrating our 10 year old's birthday. The condo was spacious and had a great location. Beautiful sunset viewing from the ocean side! The corner porch was vast and a great place to relax. We also utilized the beach chairs, coolers, and umbrellas in the condo which made our excursions even better. The pool, courts, and grounds were lovely. The condo supplied pickle ball paddles as well as a ping pong set up for us to use down by the pool. We had an issue with the door lock (our fault) and the host responded within minutes so we could get back inside the condo. We had a lovely time and would recommend

Would not recommend for families with young children

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I really wanted to like staying here but it was just a very uncomfortable experience for my family and I. I paid extra for air conditioning and came into a very hot rental. Also, we believe there was a roach infestation. Saw bugs in kitchen drawers. Luckily management was nice.

While the air conditioning was operational, it can take some time to cool the home after guests arrive, particularly during Hawaiʻi's warmer summer months when exterior temperatures are exceptionally high. We allow guests to turn on AC after they arrive. Regarding your concerns about insects, our property is on a regularly scheduled professional pest control program, which is common for homes in Hawaiʻi's tropical climate. While the occasional insect can unfortunately make its way indoors despite ongoing treatments, reports of an infestation are not consistent with our inspections or those of our licensed pest control provider. We nevertheless take every report seriously and inspected the home after your departure. We're glad to hear our management team was able to assist you during your stay, and we appreciate your feedback as we continually work to provide the best possible experience for our guests.

We immensely enjoyed our stay in this fabulous condo. It had amazing views, good size bedrooms with AC in every room, fabulous balcony, and the condo was equipped with everything that we needed. Would stay here again in the future!

perfect location and amenities

So pleased to have all the beach stuff to use on our trips to the beach. It felt next level to not have to concern ourselves about that stuff. The location is perfect and was easy to get to all the place we wanted to see on that side of the island.

Great Stay

Very comfortable accommodations. Well maintained property. Nice complex. Our party of two grandparents and three grandchildren thoroughly enjoyed the property and location. Beautifully maintained grounds. Would definitely recommend.

Great place for a vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This third floor condo is conveniently located, clean and welcoming. Kitchen has everything you need and even a few extras. Patio is a great place to sit and relax and is an oasis in its self. Well stocked bin with beach acc if needed. Rooms are big and beds are comfortable. Lots of hooks for towels etc. grounds are beautiful and very well maintains. Pool and area are also well maintained and very clean. Lots of ample parking. Would defiantly recommend this property to any groups that want to come explore the island.

Pleasant Stay

The property agency was easy to get ahold of and we were really appreciative. The unit itself is decent and had a lot of amenities. The washer broker but it was handle.

Family Trip to the Big Island

We stayed here as a pit stop to our adventures on the big island. The property was perfectly located for us, slightly south of town but convenient to grocery stores, drug stores, etc. Just a short car ride to downtown and the restaurants. This is the perfect property to watch the sun set over the pacific. While not ideal for swimming, the shoreline and small beach were just steps away. A private paradise with only a handful of other guests in sight.

Feels like home --- Keauhou, KONA

Very nice homely feel. Spacious apartment. Gated community. All the amenities you would expect, good A/C, well-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms on main floor and a 2nd floor loft bedroom. Lots of TV channels. Very clean. Good location...easy drive to airport and tourists spots along the way. Supermarket around the corner.

Many restaurants in the area and just a short drive (10 min) to the pier area where you can find all the shopping, food, entertainment, and excursions, and beaches you would need for a great vacation. The house is perfect for a group of friends or family. It has lots of indoor and outdoor space for gathering or relaxing. The hosts were attentive and responsive. We will definitely be back.

Central to everything we wanted to do on the west side of the island. Lovely views, nice pool, walkable to several beach areas for just hanging out as well as swimming/snorkeling. Loved the inclusion of the stack of literature for local points of interest — we checked out the Kanaloa Octopus Farm and it was truly an amazing, likely otherwise impossible visit. A great place to stay in a wonderful part of the world!

Such an amazing stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The space is great, all the amenities make it feel like staying at home, but you're in Kona! Just a short walk to a great surf/snorkel beach. Having the 3rd sleeping area made it possible for us to have our own space when needed. The lanai was the kids' favorite place other than the pool! Also, do glad to have the A/C in the afternoon. Blake (our rental agent) was very responsive to any inquiries and overall, the stay was excellent.

Our home away from home

Quiet, clean and roomy.

Unit is roomy with plenty of towels and beach necessities like chairs, snorkel equipment, coolers, umbrella, nice bonus which was unexpected. Kitchen has everything needed for cooking although the cookware could be updated, nonstick pans need replacement. The location is perfect, we walked to three beaches, shopping center and restaurants. We all loved the big island the condo, planning to return soon.

Perfect!

All sorts of extras were there for our use - a cooler, umbrella, beach chairs, beach towels, boogie boards, kitchen supplies (blender, mixing bowls, etc). Internet worked well. Unit would get a little warm during the hot days, but cooled off nicely for sleeping. Beautiful balcony with ocean and sunset views. Walking access to tide pools on the beach where we saw sea turtles! Overall excellent! Would stay here again for sure!

It was super clean and super comfortable and we recommend it to others, and would also love to stay there again when we go back to Kona. We had two minor issues over the weekend and on Monday they were quick to resolve. The dishwasher latch broke, and they had someone there by 10:30am to repair it. And the dryer needed a reset so they walked us through where the breaker board was and once we reset the breaker, all was well. Mervilyn was very friendly on the phone, and Blake was super helpful and kind over texting.I wish we were still there!!Thanks for such an awesome stay.

A real Gem, home away from home!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved this condo! My husband, two teenagers, and my elderly parents stayed in this unit. It was very comfortable with plenty of room for all of us. The kitchen was very well stocked. The beds were super comfortable. We loved the homey feel! We enjoyed sitting out on the lanai for all of our meals, and just to relax and visit. There’s a grocery store just blocks away. Ten minute walk to excellent snorkeling. The pool was nice. No beach access here. Nice golf course right beside the resort. There were several bar-b-ques available to use. We had some trouble getting into our unit and the rental staff was readily available to help us gain entry. We highly recommend staying here!! The nighttime Manta Ray snorkel excursion is a must see!

Great property for a group

We were staying at the property to attend a major outrigger paddling competition. The location is outside the hustle and bustle of Kona and we appreciated the quiet. The site amenities such as pool and BBQs were great for us. The lanai was pleasant and provided us with a range of seating arrangements for the group in addition to indoor living room. The rooms were fairly spacious and the beds comfortable. AC is an optional extra charge but definitely needed in summer. The kitchen was well set up with all the pots, pans and dishes we needed. A few spices and dried herbs were also available. The washer was in the process of being replaced but we were fairly compensated and also offered an option to move should we have preferred that option. Because we were paddling and competing laundry was important to us. The management company responded very quickly to this and another small maintenance issue. Things happen but they were quickly remediated. It is a very good option for a group or larger family and we would definitely stay here again.

KKSR 8301

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was adjacent to the Kona Country Club and was very quiet and lovely views. The unit is on the 3rd floor with no elevator and I would not recommend it for the elderly. The unit was very big and open and had ample space to accommodate 6 guests even though we only had 3. The complex had a nice pool, tennis courts, ping pong tables, gas grills and a private beach. The tidepools left fish, urchins and occasional sea turtles. A pod of dolphins can be seen beyond the reefs. The only issue we had was the internet. Although the wifi was present, it would often say the router had to be reset. So after so many resets, we abandoned the internet and relied on the cell signal. Overall the place and complex were great. If we are fortunate enough to travel back to the Islands, we would not hesitate to stay here.
