Our unit is spacious with high ceilings, ceiling fans, fabulous sunlight, and gorgeous ocean views. This elevated third story unit affords a wonderful lanai with a view overlooking manicured golf courses, tropical flowers, natural lava formations, and lush palm trees all against a beautiful ocean blue backdrop.

The condo is five-star-resort quality throughout following a complete renovation in late 2015. It has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Kitchen and bath cabinets are cappuccino maple with elegant granite counters. New tile flooring completes downstairs rooms, lanai, and living areas. The loft has the highest quality vinyl flooring. There is a gas BBQ on the lanai, air conditioning units in all bedrooms (recently added in the loft bedroom), ceiling fans in all rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed internet with WiFi access, cable TV, DVD player, and entertainment center with additional TV in the main master bedroom. Guests should find beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella, a soft cooler, and boogie boards for a day at the beach too!

Can't beat the view!

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo is well-equipped and clean; and you just can't beat the view! Good communication with the owner. The KTA Grocery attached to a shopping center is just a 5 minute walk from the condo. Very handy! .

Retirement Relaxation Retreat!

Michael’s place did not disappoint, it was utterly exactly as pictured, and everything we could want to celebrate milestone birthdays and retirements. From booking through check-out, it was seamless, and Michael was always there to answer any questions prior and during our stay. The beds were comfortable, the lanai was perfect way to end each day watching the amazing sunsets. We BBQ’d, and used the kitchen as it was stocked with all necessities to cook (something usually lacking in VRBO’s) up our meals. The washer/dryer was huge so it was great to have in order not to have to pack so much. There are ample beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, flippers, masks and plenty of towels. All of these are in great shape, and we appreciated having them to take to the beach each day. We also enjoyed the quick walk to our parking spot, which was also adjacent to the pool and tennis courts. We loved playing pickleball in the mornings, followed by quick swim and heading to the beach. Location is perfect for getting both north and south of the island. We definitely expect a return visit with our friends as we all enjoyed our stay in Kona and at Michaels.

Beautiful Abode!

From the moment we entered the property, exquisite ocean views welcomed us. The condo was beautifully appointed and came with every accessory a group could want. Perfect location to head to the volcano, to some of the most pristine beaches, to old town or to stay in to enjoy the property itself. Lovely place, wonderful host!

Beauty on the Big Island

This is a beautiful 3 bed 3 bath condo. The owner was very helpful. The condo itself was an amazing space with a view of the ocean and a golf course. We enjoyed the lanai daily- and the location was central to all things we wanted to do. Exactly as described. I would highly recommend for a family. Can’t wait to go back!

Beautiful place with beautiful views

Our family had a wonderful experience at this condo. The description was accurate. Was well stocked and had more than expected with beach chairs, boogie boards, some snorkeling gear, plenty of swim towels and shower towels…The whole place was renovated and in great condition. The location was great being so close to a grocery store and being able to see the ocean and sunsets from the deck were such a treat! We were so pleased and would love to come back and stay here. The owner was quick to respond and always very helpful and polite. We were grateful that it all worked out so well!

Christmas vacation

Beautiful location condo was perfect had so much amenities ,spices shampoo, body wash everything you need for the perfect day at the beach. Lots and lots of neat stuff. Close to town just a short walk if that’s your style.

Must stay!

We visited friends on the island for a week. This was an absolute perfect place for our home base. Comfortable, clean and wonderful pool. Close to anything you need from grocery to manta ray adventure. Thanks for everything.

10th wedding anniversary made special

This place was so beautiful and conveniently located to everything we wanted to try. We enjoyed sunsets from the lanai every night! The kitchen was well stocked which we greatly appreciated since we had little kids to feed and didn't have to break the budget eating out every meal. The games and beach gear were amazing additions as well!

Wonderful stay - July/August 2024

We had a wonderful 7-night stay at the condo, from July 27, through August 3, 2024. The condo is comfortable and very well taken care of, and has a wonderful ocean (and sunset) view and spacious lanai. Thank you for providing a great home base for a wonderful vacation in a beautiful place!

Wow Amazing

Beautiful property that is centrally located. Not a lot more that you could ask for--centrally located, very clean, updated and everything you need for a day at the beach-- beach chairs, boogie boards, beach towels, cooler and even reusable icepacks for the cooler. We loved staying here, it was definitely home away from home. Our family of 5 stayed here for a week! The beds were comfortable and we loved waking up to the view of the ocean. We loved sitting on the lanai and listening to the birds in the morning! When we left in the morning we were usually gone until dark, so we did not get the opportunity to use the kitchen or BBQ. The ceiling fans helped to cool the condo in the evening and we loved having the air conditioners in the bedrooms to use at night to keep the bedrooms cooler. The condo basically had all of the same comforts and quality that we are used to back home in Utah. I would not hesitate to book this condo again. The owner was great at communicating and even gave us a list of recommended beaches of which we did try a few! Thank you for letting us use your condo! The Winterton's from West Point Utah

Family Vacation

We booked the condo for our family vacation 02-08 July 2024. We are a family of five to include my wife and 3 daughters. Not only were we having a family vacation, but also celebrating my youngest daughter graduating from high school. The condo was very clean. Michael thought of everything. The kitchen was fully stocked with all dishes, seasoning and even some refreshments we enjoyed after our long trip. There were also beach chairs, a cooler, and snorkel equipment for our trips out to the beaches and hikes. There was plenty of linen and beach towels. The check in process was simple and seamless. We received the required access codes well before our travels and was able to enter the condo with no issues. Directions were provided and very easy to understand. The location was excellent. We were within minutes of restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, beaches, and shave ice, a family favorite! On the property was a pool, tennis courts and a pickle ball court that we enjoyed as a family. Michael was an outstanding host. All the correspondence was professional and fast. He immediately answered all our questions and concerns. Our family was very comfortable, we enjoyed the beauty of the Big Island. The views from the condo were amazing!! Perfect!

Our host was awesome! He answered all of our questions promptly and the condo was perfect for our little group! We are two families with each of us having 11 year old boys. Country Club Villas = Best Kept Secret

Best location in South Kona, within short walking to a great shopping center with restaurants, grocery and pharmacy. The condo itself was just as described. Super clean, large, had all amenities anyone could ever ask for. Highlight for the kids were the pickleball paddles and balls. Having all the beach gear available to use was wonderful! The Lanai was our favorite spot in the mornings, afternoons for tests and evenings to watch the sun set. We definitely will be back. Michael was fantastic to communicate with and made the whole process easy.

Kona April 5-12

We really enjoyed our stay. The hosts provided amenities above and beyond the standard starter kit of paper products, toiletries, kitchen, and cleaning products. We loved the AC in the bedrooms and the fully equipped kitchen. And while there was no AC in the living room, we opened the patio doors and the front door and enjoyed the trade winds. Thank you to our hosts for helping us feel “at home” in their home.

Amazing view, amazing property

My family of four had a great time at this condo. It was fully stocked with board games, books, snorkeling gear, and all the beach stuff you would need. We even bought some pickleball paddles and left them at the condo for future renters. Michael was attentive and amazing to work with. You can’t beat the view and can’t beat the closeness to the shopping center. In fact, my wife and I would walk over to the local coffee shop (highly recommend them) each morning. It was a quick 5 minute walk.

Family Kona Trip

Conveniently located

My family and I recently stayed for 10 days at Michael's condo. From the time of booking to the end of our stay, Michael maintained great communication. Whenever I had any questions and messaged him, he would respond promptly. The property was clean and quite roomy for our family of 4. The view from the lanai/balcony was great. We even saw a whale breeching from the lanai early on during our stay, albeit at a distance. The condo is also conveniently located right off Alii Hwy and just 10~15 minutes from Kailua-Kona, etc. Given the proximity to the road, you will hear some traffic noise during peak hours from one of the bedrooms and the kitchen. The property is on the 3rd level, which provides a great view of the ocean side, but do note that there is no elevator. My family and I enjoyed our stay at the condo while visiting Big Island.

Amazing sunsets!

The owner - Michael had been very responsive since we booked this condo. The location was close to stores, restaurants, Kona, the main roads to get to other areas of the island and the ocean. The condo was well stocked with many of the necessities that was needed for the stay. It was well decorated and the views...wonderful! Specifically at sunset! We had three adult couples and were all comfortable and had plenty of room. We loved our stay here! Thank you Michael for being such a great host!

Keauhou area

Well appointed condo with ocean view we saw whales! Great beach gear to take to the beach. Close to shopping KTA store for fresh local produce and products! Delicious restaurants nearby as well. Quick access to main roads downtown and all the sightseeing areas.

Beautiful....

The property was actually as described. Our view from the balcony was breathtaking. We would have our coffee on the balcony and watch the whale's breach. The unit was very clean and spacious. The kitchen was so complete with every kind of cooking and serving items you would ever need. The unit had beach towels and beach chairs for use that we used every day. The beds were comfortable. We would definitely rent this unit again.

My wife Maureen and I have twin 17 year olds, Aiden and Adela. My parents, Al & Linde, have their primary residence on the Big Island of Hawaii about 850 ft. above the city of Kailua Kona. We have been visiting my parents for years and they were the ones who turned us on to purchasing our investment property in Country Club Villas when this third story unit became available for purchase in the fourth quarter of 2014.

We did a full remodel in 2015, which took 6 months to complete. My mother use to own an interior design center in Portland, Oregon and she supervised the entire remodel. Our condo is now of the highest quality, and since we usually stay with my parents when we visit, we wanted to open up our beautiful unit to wonderful people who have their own high standards when it comes to vacation rentals.
