Adorable property, clean and well maintained. Great neighborhood, the beach at the end of the street has a beautiful view. The beds were also very comfortable. The only minor complaints were that the water pressure in the shower was awful, and the sofa was extremely uncomfortable. After a long day of sightseeing, we had planned to relax and watch a movie, but the sofa was so uncomfortable we used our beach chairs.

This was the perfect stay for our family of 3 our puppy. The location is the key to a great vacation. Second beach is minutes away. We spent multiple days here and didn't want to leave. You are 10-15 minutes from Newport and all it has to offer. The host was helpful with recommendations too. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen is bright and has what you need to make breakfast daily (we were out for lunch and dinner). The cottage itself is located in a private road with other homes. We rarely saw our neighbors, but when we did, everyone was very friendly. You won't be disappointed.

Wonderful stay in Rhode Island

We had a very pleasant stay for a week. Very close to Newport , short drive to see all the attractions and then a quiet home to return to at night. Would stay again and recommend to others

Not the cleanest. Had to wash sheets. No hand towels. Poor shower. Cheap furnishings, No AC in one bedroom. No keurig.

Hello Cynthia, I wish you would have reached out about your concerns as I would have immediately sent my cleaner over to redo the clean in the cottage. We strive for cleanliness always and I am very sorry about your experience. Also, both. Bedrooms do have AC mini splits. We have a regular drip coffee maker, not a keurig.

The house was in a good location for a wedding nearby as well as access to Newport. It had everything we needed and the host was responsive and easy to deal with.

Tranquility

We enjoyed this location very much for it’s quiet location, charming, efficient, small cottage. We hope to stay there again in warmer weather so we can enjoy the outdoors more.

We had a nice time staying at the property despite the rainy fall weather. We appreciated the quick response when we contacted the owner about a small maintenance issue. Would stay here again!

Was a nice little cottage. Only upgrade could be to the bathroom towels which were pretty rough and thin, but that is a nitpick. Would stay again.

Great cozy cottage!

Clean Cozy cottage a few miles from downtown Newport. There was 3 of us, but 4 or 5 would not be a problem. The drive to downtown was so beautiful along the coast. Enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others!

Perfect spot and a darling cottage with beautiful landscaping just a little walk down to the beach. We would love to stay here again. They weren’t quite ready for us when we arrived, but the manager was very responsive and got it sorted quickly. Thank you!

Beautiful despite the rain

Did the 2 minute walk to Pebble Beach every day when the rain subsided. Beautiful waves and geographical history of its creation. House was perfect for us and the dog!

Cute cottage!

This place was so cute and well maintained. It is down a beautiful tree lined road, off the beaten path. It’s nestled in a very pretty area similar to a cul de sac of lawn but still very private. The shower is a bit finicky, but it was a lovely peaceful place, highly recommend.

Super Cozy, Immaculate Home!

Cannot say enough about our stay. The host is fantastic and so kind. Check in was so simple. We needed a home away for a number of weeks so I was hoping to be comfortable during a long stay. This rental was exactly as hoped, incredibly cozy, private and peaceful, beautifully decorated, and just immaculate. Would definitely stay again!!

Perfect quiet ocean retreat

Lisa, we had the best time! We had everything we needed! So private, our little Chihuahua loved it too. The walk to Pebble Beach was just the right distance for us since we’re in our seventies. And perfect for our dog. Thank you so much for everything!

Middletown

We usually visit the Newport area once a year since 2000. The cottage, by far, is the nicest place we stayed at. The cottage was clean and comfortable, the neighborhood quiet and the location great. If we had any questions, Lisa answered quickly. Looking forward to coming back again.
