We absolutely loved this home, it was everything and more as described. The host was amazing, offering all sorts of amenities to go along with the property. Highly recommend by myself and family!

The house was beautiful and one of the cleanest houses I have ever stayed in. The host, Donna, was helpful and always available for questions. I would highly recommend this house to anyone coming to the area. It is in a great location and the host recommended restaurants and things to do in the area. We had a wonderful time!

The house is very comfortable and clean. So clean! The linens and beds were so nice. Everything we needed. My kids loved the pool. I wish we had not spent the money on the golf cart. It was expensive. And you can really only drive it to the beach because of all of the main roads.

We truly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. We’re sorry you may not have been able to enjoy the golf cart to its fullest. Buster can be driven on all roads with speed limits of 35 mph or less, which covers most of the island, including the routes to downtown, the grocery stores, cafés, shops, all of the beaches, and most of the island’s restaurants. There are only a few higher-speed roads that need to be avoided. We know the golf cart isn’t for everyone, which is why we keep it as an optional add-on, and we try to offer it at a very reasonable rate—typically less than half the cost of local rental companies. Thank you again for staying with us. We hope to welcome you back for another island getaway!

There is so much to say…wonderful home, clean, beautiful pool and hot tub, great location, quiet and tremendous hosts who care. Donna and Tom and their home could not have been better. If you’re going to Amelia Island, stay here!

great pool

Everything was great.The blue lights in the pool at night make for a beautiful evening every night. We needed a table outside, and found one in the garage. All the wonderful restaurants are within 10 minutes!!

The perfect place

I loved that this house was close to everything that my family wanted to do. The pool and hot tub was a big hit for mornings that we just wanted to lounge around. That is where we spent most of our day. The host was awesome! She responded pretty quickly. Would definitely stay again.

We had a fantastic girls weekend at this beautiful Island Paradise! Donna and Tom’s house is decorated with so much thought inside and out. It is welcoming and comfortable. Very clean. The pool was where we spent a lot of our time. They have all of the fun eats mapped out for you. We had no idea what fun was in store for us here. Donna is an excellent communicator. We experienced zero issues the entire time. Outstanding property and experience. I would not hesitate to return to Island Paradise! Thank you both so much.

Perfect Family Getaway

This listing was absolutely perfect, clean and the perfect family house! The location was great! It was close to the beach, restaurants, shopping and many more things! The pool/hot tub was awesome the kids and adults loved it, it was clean and easy to use with the heater for when it was a little bit chilly! The little pool bar was great for the guys to be able to watch the football games and still interact with family! The hosts were so responsive, fast, and helpful with all of our questions! We would most definitely stay here again!

We had a fantastic stay at this property! The house was spotless, well-stocked, and exactly as described in the listing. The layout was perfect for our group — plenty of space to relax, comfortable beds, and a fully equipped kitchen that made meals easy.The location was excellent — close to everything we wanted to do, yet peaceful and quiet for downtime. The pool and outdoor space were highlights of the trip, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches like beach chairs, towels, and clear check-in/check-out instructions.Communication with the host was seamless — they were responsive, helpful, and made the entire process smooth from start to finish. We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

Came here for an anniversary getaway with my husband. Our stay was absolutely wonderful. This place literally feels like a home away from home. Donna has seriously thought of everything to make the house feel like home. Everything you could possibly need is included in the stay. We spent most of our time in the pool and spa but absolutely loved being able to take “Buster” the golf cart out to get around the island along with using the bikes to take on trails. This property is definitely a must stay and the listing doesn’t even do it enough justice. It’s beautiful, clean, and very well maintained and thought out. And Donna was very responsive with anything we needed. We will definitely be back!

Little bit of a rough start, but we absolutely enjoyed our stay. Donna was great, and went above and beyond making us feel at home. If I had to be nitpicky, the instructions for unlocking the front door would be a little better. Also, there was a lag in getting in touch with the host as the app didn’t provide a 1-800 number that didn’t connect me to anything. Check out time was a 10, which is a little early considering most hotel check outs are at 11. Other than that, the house was clean, the beds were comfy, the neighbors were friendly, and check out instructions were simple. It was great location, close to everything that you need. We would definitely stay here again. Hospitality was A
