Perfect location beautiful house we had a great time and the pool was amazing I would definitely recommend to everyone don't hesitate rent this home

House is in a great location, For the most part clean except for outside area around pool and grille area. Grille is not usable opened it up full of leaves not clean rusted parts also had 3 large live rats inside of the cooling area of grille. Next morning one of rats was dead in pool. Door locks on two of bedroom doors that lead outside locks did not work had to put things in front of doors to possibly keep someone from coming in but mainly keeping our small children from wandering outside. Nice house but for the amount of of the stay needs improvements.

We wish we had been notified during your visit about the grill and the bedroom door locks, as we would have sent our maintenance team to inspect and address those items right away. The grill is cleaned and inspected regularly, but outdoor equipment can sometimes be affected by weather and wildlife between inspections. We have shared your comments with our maintenance team so they can give the area additional attention. We also appreciate your comments regarding the outdoor space around the pool. Maintaining a clean and enjoyable environment is important to us, and your feedback has been shared with our housekeeping and maintenance teams for follow-up. Thank you again for your review. House was not cleaned (beds unmade, used towels in all 3 bathrooms, dirty floor, etc) when when we arrived. The housekeeper came pretty fast once I notified them but it was very frustrating given the price we paid. The pool area was dirty as well. The following day I received a phone call within 2 minutes of opening the garage door requesting that we keep it closed due to flooding issues during heavy rain. We only opened it to allow my daughter in law to park inside the garage once she returned from the store. It felt like we were being watched or under surveillance. This could have been a coincidence but it made me uncomfortable. I also did not like the fact that we received a text on the second day of our stay requesting that we leave on time on our departure day to give housekeeping enough time to clean since new guests were scheduled to arrive the same day. If only we had been given the same courtesy. Not sure I will stay at another property managed by this company.
