Newly constructed architectural wonder! This 3 bed 3 bath towers 3 stories tall with a luxurious rooftop patio complete with full bar, mini fridge, and a 75 inch flat screen. The interior design is nothing short of artistic. Each bed and bath carries its own style staying true to its earth tone base and vibrant red accents. This space was made to entertain. There were no limits designing and decorating this masterpiece which was specifically created for short term rentals with a focus on rooftop events!

Best Rental Home ever stayed in

My stay was outstanding this home was beautiful designed and the rooftop was a plus. The host was also very cooperative and communicated very well making this stay 10/10. I would recommend this home for small events also.

Perfect for FSU events

Great location , very clean and updated. Roof top is bonus. Comfortable for 6 adults and easy to communicate to owner.

Great set-up

Awesome location and set up. Three bedrooms, three baths so everyone has their own bathroom. Very quiet and great rooftop entertainment area with 75” TV. Ideal for up to six people.

Property was awesome

The home was awesome for a fun graduation. Weekend celebration. Had plenty of room for family friends and kids. Rooftop deck was super fun place to hang out and enjoy outside. The property manager was easily contacted and was super prompt with responses. Start to finish great time and property.

Worst experience ever with the bnb host they where not responsive and very demanding and expensive

I did not stay however the bnb host did try to take my money and demanded more money after i payed for the bnb refused to give me the code and my refund i ended up booking somewhere else and had an amazing i would definitely not book with these people tho and i will get around the city as much as i can not to book these rude individuals

This guest is a fraud and a wannabe gangster. He booked my unit last year for an unapproved birthday party, police came and his guests were arrested, and guns were found. This year he changed his profile and booked another one of my units for his birthday again. I told VRBO this is the same guy that scammed me last year with an unapproved party. VRBO told me I could cancel but it would reflect negatively on me. Him and his friends had another unapproved party on Friday but this time they were shooting a rap video. Over 50 people with pit bull puppies and it ended with a drive by shooting. This wannabe gangster then tried to get his money back saying I didn't give him his checkin info in time. This guy is a young fraud heading the wrong way in life. He needs help!

I learned a lot about choosing a VRBO on this trip. First lesson: when you get an email saying “Here are your keys,” make sure the host has also provided actual access to the property. We spent far too long trying to get in, and the owner’s phone number listed was incorrect, which added a fun escape-room vibe to the start of our stay.The exterior is lovely, but don’t be fooled by the listing claiming the driveway fits 20 cars. Guests get about 1/3 of it, roughly 3 cars comfortably.The rooftop patio was heavily advertised, but there’s no warning that the door has both a deadbolt and a button lock. We unlocked the deadbolt, stepped outside, and promptly locked ourselves on the roof until one of our children could returned to rescue us. Humbling experience.The house itself is a strange contradiction: updated finishes paired with terrible furnishings. There are no lamps anywhere, only harsh overhead lighting. The beds pillows and sheets were old and low quality. The master had a queen frame with a full mattress. 1 bedside table per room, no lamps, no chargersEvery 30–45 minutes through the night, the lights randomly came back on. If you want the ceiling fans running, prepare for disco dreams. You must turn the switches all off-dark but stuffyAlso, the rooftop furniture was piled under a tarp and the TV pictured was missing entirely.Tallahassee lodging is tough during events, but this property is not close to campus and I’d strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

Guest attempted to force entry into our other properties entering incorrect codes, belligerent and seemed to be inebriated. Guest could not understand that using the wrong fan remotes in different bedrooms would activate lights and fans in the correct room. Guest unlocks patio door, and locks it before she walks out and blames the door. After all of these false claims, the guest tried to get refunded her one night for free. Please see the next guests (Deirdre) 10/10 Review, and comment that checked in the same day Joye left staying 3 nights. 1 bad apple guest that did not belong.

FSU Graduation

Very clean, updated townhouse. Close to FSU(@ 14 minutes). No problems in neighborhood. Really only 3 cars can park out front in driveway. The kitchen supplies were not up to par, that’s why it’s not 5 stars. There were only a set of 4 dishes for a house that sleeps 6. Also, no pot to cook noodles, big frying pan, or hot pads. We made due with the towels but not ideal. Thankfully we did bring paper products/utensils which helped. It would be good to have a table on both sides of bed, but that is just a preference. Fan remote missing in master bedroom. Otherwise it was very nice, we enjoyed the rooftop area. It definitely was nice to be together as a family to celebrate graduation! Definitely recommend this place.
