Amazing condo

Great condo! Beyond expectations! Everything you need from dishes, towels, cooler, beach chairs, elevator, comfortable and very clean! Amazing view! Great communication! Very close to so many Restraunts, shops etc… Would Highly recommend!

Peace and Quiet

If you are looking to get away and rest while having access to all the Keys and tourist amenities, this is the place to go! The owners have very thoughtfully provided everything from beach towels and bag and cooler to laundry detergent. You can spend time at your own pool and beach or walk up Coco Plum beach to get a different view. Local Sombrero beach was fabulous! Be prepared to pay for parking. Highly suggest bringing a beach umbrella, it’s the only thing not in the magical closet and most beaches have little shade. An hour to Key Largo or Key West to check those out, or stay local and join some of the abundant local tours. Start your mornings and end your evenings on the balcony. Or just spend the day there reading and watch the waves rolling in and get lulled to sleep by the sound of them hitting the shore. On our last day we saw a couple manatees playing off shore, a wonderful surprise! We had some great unique lunches and dinners in the area recommend Burdine’s but bought groceries locally and ate most meals at “home”. Overall, highly recommend!

Amazing views

We have stayed at many condos in the keys. The views from the balcony are unbeatable!! Very beautiful condo with everything you need! We will definitely be staying here again. Clean, comfortable, quiet and the pool was superb!! Great location to see all the Keys have to offer!!

Julie was a dream to communicate with. Condo was exceptional .Home from home , spotlessly clean ,great views to wake up to. Nice safe area to walk in with lots of restaurants & bars in the area. Recommend

Wonderful!

We had a wonderful week at Julie and Brian’s condo! It was the perfect size for our family of 5 (2 adults 3 kids). Everyone loved it. The kitchen is the best stocked I’ve seen in any short term rental (Keurig and regular coffee pot, toaster, crockpot, Tupperware, etc ). They have all the things you could possibly need in a kitchen. Also, the closet full of beach items was an unexpected delight (towels, chairs, umbrella, sand toys, beach bags, cooler etc). And that view! SPECTACULAR. To top it off, after we were 700 miles toward home, my youngest informs me that she left her glasses at the condo. I sent Julie a quick message and she got right back to me and let me know that the glasses were found and she would mail them to me. Top notch in every way!

Great place. Very clean. Well stocked kitchen and plenty of linens.

Great place. Pool was very clean and enjoyable. Condo was super clean with plenty of amnesties. Small cooler, plenty of beach chairs, fishing poles, snorkeling gear. Kitchen had plenty of appliances and utensils. Host worked with us to make our stay the best. Would definitely come back again.

Great quiet beachfront condo

We had a great stay at Julie and Brian's 4th floor condo in Marathon. Our kids loved the pool! We loved the location in the middle keys. This condo building is quiet and peaceful.

Great condo! Amazing location!

This was our first time in Marathon. This place is wonderful! Everything you need is available in the unit. The view from the balcony is spectacular, about 50 feet to the ocean. Brian and Julie are great hosts. Plenty of things to do. Don’t miss the Dolphin Research Center and the Turtle Hospital. Lots of very good restaurants as well. We definitely recommend this rental. You won’t be disappointed.

Nice place to stay.

The place was nice. Nice pool. The room overlooked the ocean. The screened in back porch was a great place to sit and relax. The accomodations were great. If you wanted to stay in Marathon Key, this is a great place to stay.

Experience in the Keys

Great property and as listing states well equipped I might say one of the best for kitchen implements. Centally located with easy drive to Key West , great State Parks and abundance of good restaurants. Grounds were well maintained.

Beautiful condo with gorgeous oceanfront view!

Perfect location in Marathon to explore the Keys! Oceanfront means the water is within mere steps! We enjoyed Marathon and also explored Islamorada and Key West. Highlights include sunset dinner at Latitudes on Sunset Key just offshore at Key West and lunch at Louie’s Backyard the next day in Key West! Havana Jack’s near the condo was great and had the fun, chilled island vibe. Also enjoyed Lorelei’s in Islamorada. Highly recommend the Pigeon Key tour early in your stay; the history you learn on the tour enhances your appreciation for the 7-Mile Bridge immensely. Definitely leave time for sunset at Bahia Honda State Park. Breathtakingly gorgeous! Dolphin Research Center is another must do! Looking forward to a return trip to see and experience more of the sheer beauty of all of the Florida Keys! 🐠🦎🌴🌅

Great place to stay!

Had a great time in Marathon! Our condo was in a great location and in wonderful condition! Bill and Mary mad ensure our stay was enjoyable! I would highly recommend renting this unit and would do so again myself!

Relaxing!

This was our 5th trip to the keys and the first time staying at this property. We liked that it was small (only 16units) and the pool was NEVER crowded. The condo was furnished with starter packs of toilet paper and paper towels which is amazing. The bed in the master bedroom was sssoooo comfortable! It was just my husband and I, but we felt there was plenty of room even if there had been more people with us. The screened porch was so nice to sit outside and not have to worry about bugs and since there were binoculars we were able to watch some ocean life. We finally got to see manatees! There were two directly out from the building feeding in the grass. The beach is so nice, you could choose to walk one way and be totally alone or the other way in front of the developed properties. Yes, there was seaweed, which we know is typical for this time of year and did not hamper our enjoyment of the property. This was an amazing vacation and a wonderful place to stay!

Excellent communication from owner. The view was spectacular, rooms were spectacular. This was an awesome vacation spot. We fished, snorkeled, and of course enjoyed the pool. 5 stars out of 5. Thanks!!!!!!!

Great Post-Covid Getaway

THINGS WE LIKED: -This property was the last on the beach before you entered Coco Plum Park. Very few people on this beach. One day, ours were the only footprints in the sand. The sand was groomed several times during our stay. -Watching two giant sea cows (manatees) that spent several hours within a few yards of the shore at our beach. They must have weighed over 1000 pounds each. Gentle giants. -The peace and quiet of the room and the area. -The view from the balcony. We were on the fourth floor and the view of the Atlantic was wonderful. -The pool, tiki hut, and tennis courts. Never saw a single person on the tennis courts. The pool was heated and very nice. -All the restaurants in Marathon. We're from New Orleans and the bar is set fairly high. Great place to eat! -The convenience of catching a public bus into Key West and leaving the car at the condo. If you're over 65, you can buy a weekly pass for only $15. Parking at Key West is tough. -Bahia Hondo Park which was nearby on the south end of the Seven Mile Bridge. Crowded on the weekend...not so much during the week. -The Sea Turtle Hospital and the Dolphin Training Center. Thought these were going to be tourist traps, but they were both weekly highlights. A little pricey, but worth it. -The fishing. My wife and I know nothing about fishing. Went tarpon fishing with Captain Nick and it was quite an experience. Book early! -The weather. High was 81. Low was 81. And it was early summer. THINGS WE DIDN'T LIKE SO MUCH: -Lot of seaweed blowing in during early June. A little smelly, but it would not keep me from staying here again.

Great condo and views

My family and I had a great time at the condo. It was as described and pictured. It had some great extras too...beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, beach towels and pool noodles. We enjoyed the ocean views from the balcony.

Very nice place with your own ocean view

Loved waking up and sitting on the balcony to watch the ocean. Nice pool but goes into the shadow of the building in the late afternoon. The sea grass was stinky but made up for that with the view.

We had stayed at the property previously and enjoyed having beach access and a pool right on the beach which is something you don’t have a lot of in the Keys. The area is quiet with a lot of restaurants and other activities within a short drive.
