Great place, location and weather for our stay

Owner was very responsive and addressed everything for us with fast and easy communication. This location is easy access for anything you want to do in the Keys.

Great place to stay!

Had a great time in Marathon! Our condo was in a great location and in wonderful condition! Bill and Mary mad ensure our stay was enjoyable! I would highly recommend renting this unit and would do so again myself!

Amazing condo

Great condo! Beyond expectations! Everything you need from dishes, towels, cooler, beach chairs, elevator, comfortable and very clean! Amazing view! Great communication! Very close to so many Restraunts, shops etc… Would Highly recommend!

Amazing Location!

This was the perfect vacation condo for our family of 4! With amazing views of the ocean, a lovely beach side pool, and lots of sandy to beach to walk on we highly enjoyed the location. The condo itself was also perfect. We look forward to visiting again in the future!

Great quiet beachfront condo

We had a great stay at Julie and Brian's 4th floor condo in Marathon. Our kids loved the pool! We loved the location in the middle keys. This condo building is quiet and peaceful.

Experience in the Keys

Great property and as listing states well equipped I might say one of the best for kitchen implements. Centally located with easy drive to Key West , great State Parks and abundance of good restaurants. Grounds were well maintained.

Great place. Very clean. Well stocked kitchen and plenty of linens.

Great place. Pool was very clean and enjoyable. Condo was super clean with plenty of amnesties. Small cooler, plenty of beach chairs, fishing poles, snorkeling gear. Kitchen had plenty of appliances and utensils. Host worked with us to make our stay the best. Would definitely come back again.

Just Perfect

This was the perfect location for our get away. Super clean with the need for nothing. Perfect view and sound of the ocean. This was a very quite place with very little traffic but just a few minutes from anything local, Key West is about 1.25 hour drive. This was place exceeded my expectations and we are planning on visit again.

Beautiful condo

Julie was a dream to communicate with. Condo was exceptional .Home from home , spotlessly clean ,great views to wake up to. Nice safe area to walk in with lots of restaurants & bars in the area. Recommend

Very clean well set up condo. The view is amazing.

We felt like we were in a balcony room on a ship looking out over the ocean only without the rocking. It was nice to have a small condo complex with all the amenities of a large complex. The pool was great, the beach was nice and the view from the balcony was spectacular! Being centrally located made it easy to explore. Thank you for the use of your beautiful condo!

Paradise!!!

Of the 30 plus years of my marriage, this condo was the best choice ever! It was the cleanest place, the decorations definitely made you feel like you were on a cruise. The balcony over looks the ocean and the sunrises were phenomenal. The pool is right as you walk out and so is the beach. We took advantage of the grill and ate dinner under the tiki hut. I definitely would stay here again.

Wonderful!

We really enjoyed our trip to Marathon and when we opened the doors to the condo the views were amazing! The condo was perfect for our family and we loved our stay. The Owners were absolutely wonderful to work with and would stay there again. The pool was great and we enjoyed talking with the residents. My son didn't want to leave and neither did I. Looking forward to our next visit. Thank you Bruce, Chris, Linda and Zach

Great condo! Amazing location!

This was our first time in Marathon. This place is wonderful! Everything you need is available in the unit. The view from the balcony is spectacular, about 50 feet to the ocean. Brian and Julie are great hosts. Plenty of things to do. Don’t miss the Dolphin Research Center and the Turtle Hospital. Lots of very good restaurants as well. We definitely recommend this rental. You won’t be disappointed.

Perfect stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the condo. The best part was waking up to the sound of waves lapping at the beach. Coming from Montana, that is a real treat. We worried that our kids might bother the folks beneath us, being on the top floor. But the floors and walls seemed very solid and we did not hear anyone nor did anyone seem bothered by us. In fact we made friends with the couple just below us and they were not bothered by our kids jumping around. The condo was spotless. The pool was heated, which I very much appreciated. We had fun finding shells and other treasures on the beach. I would absolutely return to this condo. Lastly, the owner was very communicative and friendly.

Everything you would want in a vacation rental. Very private.

Had a great family vacation. The property was everything we had hoped for. The property is sufficiently supplied with everything you should need. I appreciated the cold AC. The property is the last prior to a secluded beach. Most of the time we felt we had the building to ourselves. The pool felt like bath water. We rented Kayak for the week and could take off from the beach The only set back was the seaweed that washed ashore every night and left a rancid smell. This is hit or miss and is solely responsible for the wind direction. Rest assured the property will provide a lasting memorable vacation. Thanks to the property owners for allowing us to stay. We will return..

Wonderful!!!

We could not believe how great the condo was the pictures do not show the true beauty. We had 2 adults and 2 teenagers, we all want to go back, the views were amazing. We saw boats, ships, dolphins, sting rays and jet skis all from our room. Mary was so good at keeping in contact and I did forget the door code and she was able to get it to me right away. We have traveled many places and cannot believe the amount of great things to do in the Keys, yes you could tell some areas where the hurricane hit but for the most part it was still beautiful. We really needed some time away from the daily grind of sports, school and work and we all got exactly that, back to work today feeling like I can tackle anything. Thank you!

Relax and Get Away!

When we opened the door to our condo after a long drive from Ft. Lauderdale we immediately felt relaxed and made ourselves at home. The view of the Atlantic is amazingly beautiful from the balcony and the variety of bird life flying in the vicinity was so much fun and interesting to watch. We ate most meals on the balcony, which we made in the well stocked kitchen. Comfortable furnishings and easy to live with decor. We snorkeled on the Starfish, which is just down the road a few miles and went to Sombrero Reef. Great spot to see lots of interesting sea life. Also, took the boat trip and tour on Pidgeon Key to learn more about Flagler's Overseas Railroad. It was so interesting and worth the $12 fee. Our favorite restaurant is Burdine's and favorite fish market is Fish Tales. Drove to Key West twice during our two week stay and enjoyed a Cuban lunch at El Sobonney's that was delicious!

Wonderful!

We had a wonderful week at Julie and Brian’s condo! It was the perfect size for our family of 5 (2 adults 3 kids). Everyone loved it. The kitchen is the best stocked I’ve seen in any short term rental (Keurig and regular coffee pot, toaster, crockpot, Tupperware, etc ). They have all the things you could possibly need in a kitchen. Also, the closet full of beach items was an unexpected delight (towels, chairs, umbrella, sand toys, beach bags, cooler etc). And that view! SPECTACULAR. To top it off, after we were 700 miles toward home, my youngest informs me that she left her glasses at the condo. I sent Julie a quick message and she got right back to me and let me know that the glasses were found and she would mail them to me. Top notch in every way!

Peace and Quiet

If you are looking to get away and rest while having access to all the Keys and tourist amenities, this is the place to go! The owners have very thoughtfully provided everything from beach towels and bag and cooler to laundry detergent. You can spend time at your own pool and beach or walk up Coco Plum beach to get a different view. Local Sombrero beach was fabulous! Be prepared to pay for parking. Highly suggest bringing a beach umbrella, it’s the only thing not in the magical closet and most beaches have little shade. An hour to Key Largo or Key West to check those out, or stay local and join some of the abundant local tours. Start your mornings and end your evenings on the balcony. Or just spend the day there reading and watch the waves rolling in and get lulled to sleep by the sound of them hitting the shore. On our last day we saw a couple manatees playing off shore, a wonderful surprise! We had some great unique lunches and dinners in the area recommend Burdine’s but bought groceries locally and ate most meals at “home”. Overall, highly recommend!

Relaxing!

This was our 5th trip to the keys and the first time staying at this property. We liked that it was small (only 16units) and the pool was NEVER crowded. The condo was furnished with starter packs of toilet paper and paper towels which is amazing. The bed in the master bedroom was sssoooo comfortable! It was just my husband and I, but we felt there was plenty of room even if there had been more people with us. The screened porch was so nice to sit outside and not have to worry about bugs and since there were binoculars we were able to watch some ocean life. We finally got to see manatees! There were two directly out from the building feeding in the grass. The beach is so nice, you could choose to walk one way and be totally alone or the other way in front of the developed properties. Yes, there was seaweed, which we know is typical for this time of year and did not hamper our enjoyment of the property. This was an amazing vacation and a wonderful place to stay!

We had stayed at the property previously and enjoyed having beach access and a pool right on the beach which is something you don’t have a lot of in the Keys. The area is quiet with a lot of restaurants and other activities within a short drive.
