Recently renovated kitchen and living area!
Tropical Ocean views directly from your private screened balcony! Enjoy your morning coffee watching the sunrise or have a happy hour cocktail on the balcony.

Steps to a 200-foot private beach and heated pool right on the Atlantic! Adjacent to mile long and very secluded Coco Plum Beach. Great for walks along the ocean.

This very quiet, well maintained condo complex is the perfect place to chill! Located on a peaceful strip of Coco Plum Beach in Marathon, Florida Keys, Mile Marker 54.
From this location, it is convenient to Key West and all the Key's activities, water-sports, fishing, restaurants, and sightseeing. Just bring yourselves - everything else is here!

There are 4 marinas within 1/2 a mile of the condo. Marina list available upon request.

We prefer to rent Saturday-to-Saturday, 7 night minimum.

The location and condo were perfect! It was so clean and easy to find! The added small details like towels and pool toys were such a nice surprise for the kids. Would love to stay here again !

Great Keys Getaway

This property is the perfect place for a Keys getaway. The condo has everything you need, its clean, has a great beach and pool and is central to all the attractions of the Keys. We are definitely going to be coming back!

This condo was perfect!!! Right on the beach just steps from your door, and steps away to the pool!!! Very convenient to everything! Will definitely stay here again!

Great property and location!

Our family enjoyed a fantastic week at this condo. It was exactly as pictured and met all our needs. Lots to explore nearby in Marathon, Islamorada, Key West, etc. It was always nice to enjoy the pool after a day exploring the area. Would definitely recommend.

Great location..Room was great..Beach good too..but the pool area needs some love. Bathroom was gross and pool was never cleaned while we were there.

Great trip!

Loved the laid back atmosphere of Marathon and this complex. Pool was very nice. Not much of a beach here, but a really nice beach is a short drive away. Condo was just as described, everything we needed.

Quiet area

We very much enjoyed our stay here. We were 2 couples and had plenty of room. Beach area was quiet and peaceful. Lots of extras like beach chairs and towels were not expected. Drove to bahia honda and sombrero beach. Drove to key west which was way too busy. Tons of really great restaurants.

Paradise

We love Coco Plum! Communication with the property manager was smooth, the condo was very clean, fully stocked, comfortable, and has a great view of the pool and ocean. The screened lanai was great for evenings outside without the bugs. We hope to go back next year.

Great view for the price!

This was about the easiest rental I've ever had. The property manager responded within 5 minutes anytime we had a question and any issues that arose were taken care of almost immediately. Overall experience was amazing!
