Private Oceanfront 3 bedroom 2 Bath conch house with new 2024 Swim Spa

Unlike the others, This classic keys conch home is located on a private lot right on the ocean. The Awesome waterfront views while sitting under the tiki or in the 2024 swim spa are our guests favorite spots. The one story private property boasts 3 bedrooms, two baths and an additional outdoor shower. The home is beautifully decorated (not a typical rental) well maintained and adequately supplied. The private pier allows access for kayaking, or fishing. Home is supplied with 3 kayaks, a peddle boat, 2 paddle boards , 5 bicycles a few fishing poles and even snorkeling equipment for outdoor fun. The lot is large enough for parking a trailer with a boat. Local boat launching is available a few streets away for daily use, as there is no access by motor boat to the pier. Perfect Oasis!

Our family of 5 had a great time - the tiki hut and swim spa were a huge hit! We loved the view and location. The house had everything we needed - thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great Place to vacation

This place certainly exceeded my expectations. If we ever stay in the keys again it will be here. The property was gorgeous and centrally located. It was well stocked and the hosts were very responsive to any of my questions. The sunrises and sets were beautiful. The hot tub and Tiki were well used to unwind at night and watch the peacefulness of the ocean. This place was perfect.

Amazing place to stay

This was our second stay and it was just as amazing as the first. The new bathroom was a great addition to the house and the new hot tub was a huge hit with the kids. They have everything you could need for cooking and to just have a fun relaxing day at the house. They are also close to some great parks and areas for a family to go out and enjoy. We can’t wait to be able to go back again.

Great Marathon oven front oasis

Had a great stay at this property. The location was absolutely one of the best we have ever stayed at. The house was perfect for our group of four. Plenty of room and comfortable beds. The amenities were great and included a nice private beach front tiki sitting area, a dock for fishing and kayaking, a hot tub big enough for 8-10, fishing equipment, bikes, etc.our group was thrilled and we will definitely be back!

Exceptional! Very private, yet close to everything.

This is a great property and done vey well. Every detail thought of. Great for either just a couple, families, or guys/gals getaway. Nicest hot tub I’ve been in! Private beach with tons of wildlife visiting and yet close to great restaurants and plenty of things to do. This was my first time to the keys and it did not disappoint. I was really depressed to leave.

Return visit better than ever!

This was our third visit to this property and it won't be the last. We love everything about this place. One day we only left for dinner because everything we wanted was right there. We brought some heavy duty fishing gear with us and spent many hours fishing from the dock. We caught tarpon, barracuda, sharks, snappers, grunts and others. Bugs were bad at night so be sure to bring a good repellent.After fishing we would relax in the great new spa. As usual, everything was clean and very well provisioned. Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for us to spread out. If you are looking for a private fishing charter, we really like Infinite Blue. Close by and we caught lots of fish. Otherwise the Marathon Lady party boat is a good choice. Three recommendations for cook your catch are Castaways, Lazy Days and The Island Fish Co. If you want to cook your own, there is a grill and well equipped kitchen.We can't wait for our return visit next year.

Amazing Keys Vacation

My family and I had a wonderful vacation at this amazing property! The hosts are super nice and quick to respond with any questions. Right near Sombrero beach and Bahia Honda State Park which we frequented and did some snorkeling. We loved sitting out at the tiki hut at night :) It was such a dream and we would love to come again!

Perfect vacation spot

We loved everything about our stay. The property was clean and comfortable, and the location is ideal! The tiki hut was our favorite spot. We almost hated to leave each day, but the location was perfectly situated for all our activities - boating, fishing, diving and exploring Key West. We loved it so much, we're coming back next year.

The perfect oasis getaway

This was the perfect place to spend our 25th anniversary! Check in process was smooth, the owners are very informative about the home as well as recommended restaurants nearby. The beds were super comfortable and the hot tub allowed for stargazing every night. I Highly recommend!

Family vacation. Loved the house and grounds. The hot tub facing the water was a nightly ritual. Our 17yo got allot of use of the fishing gear and kayaks that were available. On the 4th of July we watched the marathon fireworks from the tiki hut. We dreaded leaving.
