This classic keys home is located right on the ocean. Awesome waterfront views. One story Property boasts 3 bedrooms, two baths with an additional outdoor shower. Home was fully refurbished in 2018 including all appliances & 3 HVAC units . Swim Spa for outdoor enjoyment & Private Tiki hut. Pier access allows for kayaking, or fishing. Home is supplied with 3 kayaks as well as a few fishing poles for outdoor fun. Lot is large enough for parking a trailer with a boat. Local boat launching available a few streets away for daily use, as there is no access by motor boat to the pier.

Great Place to vacation

This place certainly exceeded my expectations. If we ever stay in the keys again it will be here. The property was gorgeous and centrally located. It was well stocked and the hosts were very responsive to any of my questions. The sunrises and sets were beautiful. The hot tub and Tiki were well used to unwind at night and watch the peacefulness of the ocean. This place was perfect.

Ocean Oasis

We stayed at Ocean Oasis as a getaway following the hustle and bustle of Christmas. It was PERFECT!!!!! The hosts were great about answering any questions we had and had great advice about things to do in the area. The house is beautiful and well stocked with everything you need to grill, cook and enjoy a lazy and relaxing week in the keys. We used everything this house/property had to offer. We lounged in the many chairs and lounge chairs on the beach, we fished off the private dock, we paddled out on the reef, we kayaked too many hours to count, we relaxed in the GIANT hot tub, we played ring toss in the amazing tiki hut EVERY SINGLE DAY (and the ladies finally won on the last day!!!!), we grilled our meals and enjoyed sunrises and sunsets every day right on the ocean at this beautiful property. We already have it booked for next year. Thanks for sharing your piece of paradise with us Cyndie.

Exceptional! Very private, yet close to everything.

This is a great property and done vey well. Every detail thought of. Great for either just a couple, families, or guys/gals getaway. Nicest hot tub I’ve been in! Private beach with tons of wildlife visiting and yet close to great restaurants and plenty of things to do. This was my first time to the keys and it did not disappoint. I was really depressed to leave.

Amazing place to stay

This was our second stay and it was just as amazing as the first. The new bathroom was a great addition to the house and the new hot tub was a huge hit with the kids. They have everything you could need for cooking and to just have a fun relaxing day at the house. They are also close to some great parks and areas for a family to go out and enjoy. We can’t wait to be able to go back again.

Great Marathon oven front oasis

Had a great stay at this property. The location was absolutely one of the best we have ever stayed at. The house was perfect for our group of four. Plenty of room and comfortable beds. The amenities were great and included a nice private beach front tiki sitting area, a dock for fishing and kayaking, a hot tub big enough for 8-10, fishing equipment, bikes, etc.our group was thrilled and we will definitely be back!

The perfect stay

First, as a frequent user of vacation rental property, I would rank this (on a scale of 1 to 10) as a solid 12! The property was meticulously clean and the view was unmatched. Overall, the stay was stellar and we certainly will return to this property. Our search for the perfect property has ended!

A Piece of Paradise

Our family stayed at The Conch House for a week, exceeding everyone’s expectations. For starters, you will not find a more pleasant host than Cyindi. She is easy to communicate with and went out of her way to ensure that our family had a great time. For example, we drink smoothies in the morning for breakfast, and the blender was not working correctly. Cyindi went on Amazon, and the next day, we had one of the nicest blenders delivered to our doorstep. I can’t say enough about Cyindi being an AMAZING host. The house's location is perfect. We biked to restaurants, shops, and a few great watering holes. You don’t have to leave Marathon because everything you can imagine is near the house. The waterfront view will take your breath away. Please do not bring your bikes, kayaks, fishing rods, etc., because they will already be waiting for you at the house. Also, I would recommend spending your nights outside under the tiki hut. Trust me, you will LOVE IT! Overall, The Conch House has everything you need and more to enjoy your time away. I would highly recommend booking this house and do it quickly because it fills up fast. Paradise!

We absolutely loved our stay at this amazing property. The location is just as described, if not even better. The house was clean and came well equipped with anything we might need during our stay. There was nothing that disappointed during our stay, everything was fantastic. We definitely enjoyed the kayaks and fishing poles, and loved sitting outside under the tiki hut during low tide watching the birds. Honestly, we loved the tiki hut at all times- it was equipped with fans and allowed us to stay cool even in the hot temps. Cyndie was awesome and responded to all questions fast. The location was great, and we were able to take a couple of day trips down to Key West, and Marathon had plenty of restaurants and grocery stores. Thanks so much for sharing your wonderful house/property with us!

Family vacation. Loved the house and grounds. The hot tub facing the water was a nightly ritual. Our 17yo got allot of use of the fishing gear and kayaks that were available. On the 4th of July we watched the marathon fireworks from the tiki hut. We dreaded leaving.

Private Paradise

This was our first time visiting the Keys and boy did we pick a winner! This property is beyond stunning...the pictures don't do it justice. The view and the tiki hut were our absolute favorite. We spend our mornings, evenings, dinners and nights under the tiki hut just soaking up the view. The house itself is beautifully decorated and clean. The location was perfect because we did several things in Marathon itself but spent a day in Key Largo (only 1hr drive) and a day in Key West (only 1hr drive). We truly felt like we were in our own private resort (we even spent the day at a resort in Key Largo that was beautiful and all agreed that we would rather be staying at the house!). We enjoyed the hot tub under the stars and fishing from the dock (only caught a couple of small fish though but it was still fun). Communication with owners was great. IMO must do's in Marathon: SaltnSun Fishing Charter, Turtle Hospital, Bike on Old 7 mile bridge to Pigeon Key, Lazy Days (will prepare your own catch), Sweet Savannahs, TJs Tiki Bar (at Tranquility Bay Resort but open to public) Must Do's Nearby: Robbie's Marina (Islamorada) Resort Day Pass Bakers Cay (Key Largo) Sandbar Tour (Key West) We truly hope to be back soon and won't even chance trying to stay somewhere else...this place was too good <3

Tiki hut!

The tiki hut was the hit of each day! One/two adults were up at 5:30 each day to enjoy the early morning view. We sat under it each and every day till bedtime. The hot tub was used multiple times and enjoyed very much. We all enjoyed our stay.

Very pleasant and relaxing stay. Would definitely stay there again.

The home is just like the pictures. It’s a beautiful location on the Melbourne flats - a great place to kayak. Cyndie was very responsive before and during the trip. We had a small issue when we arrived which she resolved quickly. The unit is very well and thoughtfully furnished. You will likely overpack. We did. But there are plenty of kayaks, bikes, towels, and fishing gear. There’s a reason this place is always booked. We had to wait a year to get in and it was worth it. Enjoy!

Week in Paradise

Everything about this rental was perfect. Home was clean and exactly as described in the listing. Perfect location right on the water. We enjoyed sitting underneath the tiki Hut for our meals and going out to the dock to look for wildlife which we saw horseshoe crab, small sharks, tarpon, and multiple birds. The owner is quick to respond to any concerns. We would absolutely rent this house again in the future if we choose to come back again.

Wonderful stay

We really enjoyed our stay here. Being on the water’s edge was fantastic. We spent a lot of time under the tiki, enjoying all of the pelicans, herons, and egrets, and also watching an osprey do its hunting. Kayaking in the morning was quite peaceful as the sun rose. Cyndie was very responsive whenever we had a question. We loved our week here.

Amazing Keys Vacation

My family and I had a wonderful vacation at this amazing property! The hosts are super nice and quick to respond with any questions. Right near Sombrero beach and Bahia Honda State Park which we frequented and did some snorkeling. We loved sitting out at the tiki hut at night :) It was such a dream and we would love to come again!

Everything you could want, and more!

This was our second visit and we loved it just as much as the first time. Clean and well stocked, they provide everything you need, and much more. We didn't end up using the hot tub on our first visit, but found out what we were missing. It was perfect for relaxing after a hard day of diving or fishing. Speaking of fishing, we caught a ton of fish right from the property after we got some tips from a local bait store. The location is ideal, close to everything we enjoy doing. We've already booked again for next year and can't wait!

Beautiful views!

We enjoyed our stay very much. Our favorite spot to hang out was at the end of the dock where we could see the fish, hermit crabs, and even small nurse sharks go by. You can hear the road noise from the house, but it's easy to block out. One of the bedrooms does not have a door to it, but rather a "screen" that you slide to provide privacy. This worked well for our youngest. The house was very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. The kayaks were a great bonus that we all enjoyed paddling out it.

Panoramic view with great privacy !!

The home was very nicely decorated. Beds were comfortable. Showers provided hot water. Roomy enough to spread out for the 3 of us if we wanted some personal space. Yard was large and had a Tiki hut , sun , fans , picnic table , dock and privacy. An unexpected "visitor" walked onto the property thinking it was a park. When informed it was private property - the person motioned around and said "all of this"? It IS a very nice property. The owners were very quick to respond to questions. We used the gas grill several times and it was nice they had a picnic table close by to enjoy the outdoors. Tidal changes are very noticeable and provide a change of scenery if you stay for a while . We stayed 12 delightful days . It isn't very far from Highway 1 but there is no traffic noise from it. Thanks for use of your beautiful home ! Would rent again if it were available.

An outstanding and charming house in an outstanding location. The ocean view and access clearly defines this place. We are seasoned travelers of the Keys and this place tops them all. It is private, picturesque and so wonderfully thought through. It had all the essentials and all the wonderful little amenities. A plus!
