This property is beautiful and there is plenty of parking. Jacuzzi room is nice but tv above jacuzzi is stuck on a kids cartoon. Very amazing location too

Very easy check in, convenient location. Bed was very comfortable and the large TV was a plus for watching sports! Great house, I highly recommend.

Nice place

Clean and tidy, just as described. Close to yummy coffee shop and to all of the Lake's attractions. Would stay here again if in the area.

Everything a couple would want for 50 day stay. We loved the Hot Tub!!

Great communications. Resolved any issues quickly. Very nice, comfortable place. It was well stocked and even had extras things. Was a quiet neighborhood. Beds were comfortable. Garage space was wonderful.

Amazing, will stay here again!

Everything was readily available & the hosts were very responsive & quick to reply to any questions we had. It was amazing having everything needed to cook! The hot tub felt amazing after a long day on the lake. We will totally be staying here again :)

Clean and comfortable

The house was clean, comfortable, and just as described. It was great to relax in the indoor hot tub. Great communication from host and they were very nice. We will definitely stay again.

Weekend At Bernie’s

This property worked for us perfectly! Flat trailer parking on side with access to garage made our stay even better. Updated living accommodations, beds comfortable, and the hot tub and outdoor living space was wonderful.

If you are coming here, it's a great spot!

To be honest, this city in early September is almost impossible to enjoy! This property gave us the retreat we needed. Cool, clean and perfect for us.

Great time and cozy

We loved our stay here. The property was clean in a quiet neighborhood. Our only regret is we didn’t stay longer. Next time we will. Would highly recommend.

Peaceful escape

The property was beautiful and very welcoming. The hosts were very quick with communication and made the check in and out process very simple, beds were comfortable and the outdoor seating and lighting was serene after a dip in the jacuzzi. We will be back. Thank you for everything!

Anniversary Getaway

The property was as presented. Very spacious and clean. The neighborhood was very quiet. We enjoyed checking out the evening stars. We don't see stars like that in the desert of Las Vegas? Communication was excellent. Would definitely stay here again!

Exceeded expectations

Communication with host was excellent. Home was clean and beds were comfortable. Very impressed on how Sarah goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need for a pleasant stay. Bathrooms/kitchen were fully stocked. One my favorite places I’ve stayed in. Will definitely come back. Thank you!

Excellent home

This was our first time visiting lake havasu city and we enjoyed our stay here! The check-in process was super easy and the home was perfect for us and another couple. The home was extremely clean and is well stocked with everything you would need. We enjoyed the outdoor space in the back and would hangout and drink our coffee there in the mornings. The neighborhood is quiet and safe located about 5 minutes up the hill from the London bridge area. Definitely recommend this home if you're looking for a place in Havasu.

Perfect for our trip!

We loved staying at this Villa! It was perfectly as advertised. After days of renting a pontoon to see the beautiful sites of the lake, renting a side by side to venture to the desert bar and even a day trip to Joshua tree National park we’d come home and relax in the hot tub or in the living room with the giant TV my husband loved! Sarah and Edward were awesome with communication and made everything so easy!!! The villa was beautiful and clean ! The bed was very comfortable and had plenty of pillows to choose from . I highly recommend staying here and thank Sarah, Edward and staff! Alisa & Chad

Hurricane Hilary

Although we never actually made it to the house due to Hurricane Hilary, I have to say that Sarah was amazing to communicate with and she was extremely understanding when I let her know the rangers turned us around. Even though it was a non refundable trip she even offered to give us a break when we rebook. Completely above and beyond. Thanks, Sarah! I’ll be in touch soon!
