Fun & Beautiful place to get away. Nothing like having a gorgeous redwood tree in the backyard. Loved the hot tub and hanging out on the decks. No grass for the dogs but worked out okay. Everything was clean and nice. Fans and light fixtures were dirty and could use some TLC. Other than that it was perfect.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our stay here for a long weekend. Great private location in the redwoods.

Enjoyed our stay. House was clean, well stocked and close to wineries, the golf course and quick drive to the coast. Loved relaxing in the hot tub. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Relaxing Redwood Retreat

Great family spot!

This house was absolutely perfect for our young family. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub and the layout of the home worked really well. It is a short drive into town which was really fun to explore. Bookmarking this home for future getaways!

Exceptional House in the Trees

A beautiful, well-appointed property nestled in the redwoods with ample living space and a lovely deck with a hot tub. Would absolutely return for another stay, and the management was easy to reach and communicative.

Great spot!

This is a wonderful spot in Russian river. Beautiful and calm backyard with a nice hot tub and grill. Would be great for a workcation too.

Perfect River Getaway!

We absolutely loved our stay at Lazy Bear. The house was gorgeous and the backyard patio was a dream! Communication with the host was seamless and they went above and beyond to give us the best stay imaginable. It was the perfect weekend celebrating my husbands birthday, and we would love to book this property again!

Excellent Cozy Home in the Redwoods

Comfortable, well-appointed home in a quiet neighborhood just outside of Guernville. We enjoyed the cozy living room (with a fireplace) and the excellent outdoor porch right in the redwoods with a hottub and a grill. Great stay and very kind, responsive customer care, thank you!

Great spot

Positive experience. Some spaces felt a little cramped, but this is a nice place overall. Great decor, and kitchen is well stocked.

Lovely return visit!

Clean, comfortable and well stocked home . The yard is gorgeous and you feel like you are in your own private forest ! The location worked well for our wine country activities and dining . This was our second stay at this house and we look forward to returning in the future .

Great stay in Guerneville

This house was clean and well appointed. The beds could use a refresh (mattresses not the most supportive and bed frame was noisy) but overall this was a great choice for our group of 4. The setting is beautiful, in a quiet neighborhood of other well-kept homes, but it is a bit of a walk on a busy road to get into town. Would stay here again if i needed something in the area.

Cozy Woodland Retreat

This home was perfect for our small corporate leadership retreat. We enjoyed being tucked away in the woods to clear our minds from the day to day grind. The property was clean and well kept, and we were just a short drive away from restaurants. Would love to go back with my family some day!
