Paradise: Riverfront 3-Bedroom with Wi-Fi, Hot Tub. Our seasonal Dock, Kayaks, and SUP Boards are available now!

Grab your essentials and head over to the Russian River! Paradise is a recently updated, solar-powered riverfront home featuring its own private dock and flotilla. The house offers three spacious bedrooms, two full baths, a queen-size sleeper sofa, and a large, fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances.

Enjoy swimming, kayaking, and vibrant river activity during the spring and summer. In the fall and winter, relax by the propane fireplace or soak in the hot tub after cooking with friends and family.

The property is located just 3/4 miles from Guerneville, offering local eateries, wine tasting, shopping, and recreation at Johnson's Beach and Armstrong Woods State Reserve. We are situated in a small neighborhood; please note 2 car maximum at any and all times; public street parking available on River Road.

Paradise is an all-inclusive gathering spot that has hosted travelers for over two decades. We invite you to come and make new memories.

Paradise is a very nice, fresh and clean, modernized river rental. Our family loved it and was very comfortable for our 5 night stay. Well appointed with everything you could need!

This place was perfect for our family vacation! We played games and did puzzles, BBQed and relaxed in the hot tub, swam and kyaked in the river, and hiked in Armstrong Woods and went out to the bars in Rio Nio and downtown Guerneville. It was all so fun and being together as a family!

I love the image of the little girl admiring the root structure in Armstrong Woods state reserve, I have photos of my girls doing the exact same thing. Nice location on the river. We enjoyed the host provided kayaks and paddle boards on the river with dock access right behind the house. Also a nice view of the river from the spa. Overall a nice relaxing stay.

Being situated above the summer dam allows for slower moving and deeper water levels than those below us in high season (late June - late August). The property owner enjoys a long week each July at Paradise with much of that time spent either on the water or in the hot tub, thus extending her enthusiasm in both of the aspects. We hope you will return again.

Open space plan makes for effortless gatherings with family & friends. The three bedrooms are spacious with large TV's in each. The two bathrooms are also ample and well stocked with towels. The laundry room has good size equipment that makes it easy if required. The kitchen is well stocked with equipment. with several seating counter areas and a large dining table (which is great for playing games and dining.Plus have a sitting room area with a view of the river and another seating area for the tv makes it easy for everyone to have choices for joint activitiesRiven access easy down steps with a private dock. Three deck levels to enjoy the river views any time day or night. Plus a hot tub that is a perfect way to relax at the end of the day.This is wonderful place for a relaxing getaway. I am looking forward to the next getaway.

A beautiful property in a beautiful location. Our family loved exploring up and down the river and preparing meals in the well-appointed kitchen, then hopping into the hot tub at the end of the day. The beds were very comfortable. Highly recommend!

The Paradise house was a wonderful place to spend the week with my family. Beautiful views from every window, lovely inside and wonderful patios and a riverside deck outside, with paddle boards and kayaks to boot! The host was very helpful and communicative. We would definitely stay here again. My only comment is to be aware that the bathroom in the master bedroom is "open concept." I have seen this in hotels and some other houses and I'm not sure I fully understand the thinking behind it. But overall, I highly recommend Paradise.

The just was super responsive when I somehow lost my email with the details of check in. The house was so beautiful and exceptionally clean. Beds were really comfortable as well. We went for a girls trip and already are planning to go back. I would stay at this place over and over again.

We had a wonderful Mother’s Day trip at the house. It was clean and beautiful view of the river and the rooms were absolutely clean and enjoyed the kitchen. The only thing that needs to improvement are the stairs going to the river. My sister fell and hurt her legs on the sharp steps going to the river.. .A rail would help.

Our stay at this riverfront home was wonderful. We were there on a rainy weekend in February, but the house was warm and sitting at the picture window watching the river roll by was what we were looking for. Sitting in the hot tub watching the river roll by was also very nice.

Beautiful, open space. I loved all of the natural light coming through the house. I will have to come back in the summer months when we can take advantage of the dock and the river.

As a lifelong resident of the Russian River area, I truly enjoy hosting visitors and sharing this region with them. My goal is for every guest to leave with a smile and the desire to return for another stay.
