Anchors UP is one of a handful of remaining structures from the 1940's-50's motel BOOM days on the island. Everything on the island is within walking distance, including world class restaurants, beach shops, wine bars, beach bars and cigar bars! If needed, take advantage of Florida Free rides, the Jolley Trolley or Pinellas County Bus system.

We enjoyed our stay. The property was comfortable and clean and plenty of towels and shower toiletries were provided. We enjoyed mornings and evenings on the deck. Convenient location, short walk to the beach and shopping.

Great location to beach, dining, and shopping. Went here for a quick mom’s trip and we loved sitting out on the dock in the mornings. We do wish there were more comfy chairs in the living room, but that’s about it. When our door code wouldn’t work, the owner was quick to help.

Hidden Gem, walking distance to everywhere!

Great location, great place, beautiful views, walk anywhere on the island in 10-15 minutes. Loved staying here, will definitely look into returning in the future!

Gret stay at this place. Location is very nice, near to the beach, markets, stores, Liquor Store, bars and restaurants. Cozzy place, super clean and organized. I definitely would stay again!

Beach retreat

Stayed for 3 nights and a quick walk to the beach. Kids liked the bunk beds. The dock was a nice feature and very chill at night.

Perfect location!

If you want the beach but also love to boat....this is the place! Beach, restaurants and shops are all walking distance! Very quiet neighborhood as well.

We had a great holiday weekend in Clearwater at Anchors Up. The beach is just a short walk away and so are the restaurants. We didn't have a car and we loved being able to walk everywhere. The house was very clean and very comfortable for our family of 5 with 2 adults and 3 older teens.

I grew up in Oklahoma(BOOMER SOONER!) and Li grew up in mainland China. We met as coworkers in Tampa in 2008 and the rest is history. We both got in to real estate in 2016 and then discovered the vacation rental industry. And we love it!

Our home base is about an hour from the beach. We enjoy our dogs, RV travel, and playing poker(Li is a semi-pro).
