Condo was ok. Location was great. Upon arrival bathtub had a wet footprint in it. Bathroom sink did not drain well at all. Refrigerator/freezer is in need of an upgrade. Both had several areas of rust. Mattress was not the best.

We loved our stay at this condo! We travel to Orange Beach often and this was a great place to stay. It was the perfect amount of space for our family of 3. The only issue we had was the balcony door was difficult to shut and lock. Other than that it was perfect! We also LOVED the great Beachside Brew coffee shop located next door in the Phoenix 1 condos.

The Condo was the perfect place to enjoy the beach for a week! We enjoyed eating meals on the balcony and also just sitting out there at night watching and listening to the ocean waves.

Great Beach Stay

We really enjoyed our stay. We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the unit and complex, as well as the beach. The balcony was roomy and a perfect furniture set up. Fully equipped kitchen mer all our needs.

Nice place and close to the beach. The room was perfect for the 3 of us, our son (12) slept on the pull away bed. View and amenities were nice and we used all the resources at all the resorts. We would stay again.

pool was amazing. I could never find the indoor pool though. whirlpool was fun!AC was loud, but I finally left the fan on and that helped.

Great Getaway!

We loved this condo. It felt like a resort with alot of amenities. It was super easy to check in and out. The condo was clean and decorated beautifully.We really enjoyed the balcony. It was nice there were a couple good restaurants across the street and mini golf.If we ever return to Orange beach we would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Spot for your family with ease and convenience!

We brought our two kiddos (4&6) and this was the perfect sized condo for us with a beautiful view, easy elevator access, hot tub, arcade, pools, and little splash area! We enjoyed our vacay so much! Quick beach access as well! Whole property was clean and nice!

What was suppose to be a girls fun getaway in our usual Orange Beach destination turned into disappointment right when we enter the condo. There was a bad odor, not sure what it was, but we found an old glade deodorizer that we opened. Right away we noticed the living room furniture was very dated and stained. We covered them with the sheets/blanket that was intended for the pullout sofa. We couldn’t imagine sleeping on it, and it was very hard to even get up from.We ended up sleeping in the same bed bc the couch was so gross! Thankfully the bed was comfortable; however, any movement caused noise.The few towels in the unit were small and felt like burlap; we are very exfoliated now. The shower head pressure was horrible. We used a cloth to wipe it down, that helped some, but it was still minimal, took forever to rinse our hair. The LR ceiling fan didn’t work. The hairdryer didn’t work, but a new one was delivered the next day. The bathroom sink was clogged, but maintenance fixed it right away. The shades/blinds across the balcony door are broken. The stove has rust on it. The refrigerator is scratched up. The kitchen cabinet doors by the sink are peeling apart. The bedroom closet door handle is broken. And the laundry set is dated and LOUD! This unit needs major TLC! The balcony furniture was great, and we enjoyed a lot of time there. The host company was great and took care of the couple of issues we reported. The beach view was amazing. 0/10 do not recommend.

Spontaneous Getaway
