Cozy and quaint updated one bedroom duplex cabin in the sought-after historic Lemmon Lodge area of Grand Lake! This property has many updates throughout that will make you feel at home. Freshly painted and refinished walls give the cabin a restored feeling. Arrive with the ease of two parking spots and snuggle up to the cozy gas fireplace and enjoy your mornings and evenings on the large and well appointed porch and feel the warmth under your feet from the radiant heat in the bathroom.

This cabin comfortably sleeps three. The bedroom has a queen bed and the living room has a Room & Board king sofa sleeper.

You cannot beat this prime location that is bordered by Grand Lake and the Tonahuto River where you can fish from or enjoy the private sandy beach to swim, canoe, kayak or paddle board from. This property also offers a volleyball court, a horse shoe pit, and a fire pit.

Historic downtown Grand Lake is steps away to restaurants, shopping, historic landmarks, museums and the public marina where you can rent boats, kayaks, canoes and paddle boards.

There are so many activities for the entire family to enjoy year-round. Summer visitors can enjoy lake life activities or hike into the Rocky Mountain National Park, golf, horseback ride, or enjoy a show at The Rocky Mountain Repertory Theater. Winter visitors can enjoy ice fishing, ice skating, sledding, cross country skiing, snowshoeing and snowmobiling with over 100 miles of trails!

Amazing location and very cozy cabin

The cabin is very well cared for and super cozy. It was perfect for our family to spend a few winter days relaxing in Grand lake. I would definitely recommend this cabin for the proximity to town.

Great little place

Great experience! Just what we needed for the weekend. Quiet area with easy access to lake and town. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect cabin for our stay at Grand Lake!!

We could not have been happier with this cabin and its accommodations!! Nicely decorated, everything we needed in the kitchen, gas fireplace, fast reliable internet, heated floors in the bathroom, probably the MOST comfortable large sized hide a bed. The bed in the bed room was comfortable also! Comfortable seating outside on the porch. The kitchen eating area is small for more than two people but we just ate in the living room or outside on the porch. The cabin is walking distance to Grand Lake stores and restaurants plus it is just a little walk to the lake. We had a wonderful stay!!!

Wonderfully clean and great location

The property was as advertised. The owner provided us with timely information and the check-in process was flawless. The location was great, within walking distance of downtown Grand Lake.

Cozy Cabin for Winter Break

What a wonderful get-a-way in this cozy little cabin. We had a great time enjoying Grand Lake, Granby Ranch and relaxing between the holiday hustle. This rustic cabin has modern updates and smells wonderful! Can’t wait for our next trip!

Best location in town!

This place was so amazing purely because you could walk to basically all the attractions nearby within 5 minutes. And there's an awesome coffee shop right around the corner!
