Good communication and really nice place for the price..would be even better if you had access to the pool area which is probably owners only...

Unit was fairly dark but that is probably because of the way it was built. Only other concern was getting water in shower to a reasonable temperature

It was a great place to stay and relax for a few days. The property was not turned over when we checked in, but that's ok. It was fine otherwise.

Great place to stay!

Condo was clean, great location and plenty of amenities. Property mgr was very hospitable and friendly, and check-in was super convenient and easy. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others!

Great location! On the water..walked to shore to fish w kids & 2 min drive to town. Condo was plenty big for 5 of us. It was a little dated but overall a great stay!

Clean, quiet, and comfortable...and with a wonderful view, too! Perfect for our needs as we visited RMNP. We never needed to reach out to our hosts as directions and communications were clear and concise. Enjoyed our relaxing stay!

We are glad they enjoyed their stay! The views are out of this world and the location is convenient which is close to everything. We have a 24/7 guest services number that can help any guests with whatever they need. We send all information pertinent to the stay 7 days before check in so guests can plan their vacation and check in with ample time.

Nice, comfortable lodging

Property was very clean and exactly as described in the listing. Well supplied with cooking supplies and even had fishing poles to borrow. We were very happy with our stay!

Loved The Stay

We loved the stay here ! Very peaceful , we love the town of Grand Lake ! Its great to not have all the street lights so the nights get darker to see the stars

Great location!

Close to town. Wood burning fireplace was nice on cool nights. Really enjoyed views of both the mountains and lake!

Best location on Grand Lake!

Decor was a little 1980"s but everything was very clean and King bed was very comfortable The view was spectacular! Worth the amount we paid!
