My brain tells me to not give a great rating and review so that the property might not be rented the next time I visit - but that just isn’t right! The place was fantastic and Wendy was very nice - and it was nice to meet you Wendy. Good luck with your other properties as well.Wonderful area to spend time at with family. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay. The owners were very helpful and friendly. We loved the location so close to shopping and not far from the lake. The beds were comfortable and the stairs up to them were a little tight as others have mentioned.
We hoped to see a Moose and we saw a mother and her calf! ❤️

We had a wonderful time staying in the cabin with our family. Wendy was amazing and helpful with any question we had. The private community beach was a favorite spot for us. The cabin is walkable to anywhere in town. We will definitely be booking this cabin again!

Great getaway!

Our family of five had a wonderful stay at this cabin-just a few hundred feet from both the beach and Main Street. The location was perfect for enjoying all that Grand Lake has to offer!

We had an absolutely wonderful time and it was such a great set up for a family. Really cool kitchen space. Really cool game room and areas to hang out and amazing view. Probably one of the best places we’ve stayed at in a while!

Cozy rustic cabin in amazing location

We loved our stay here. It is in an amazing location with a private beach. We loved the fireplace and played the board games at the cabin when we weren't out hiking or exploring. The king size bed is super comfortable!

Wonderful cabin close to everything!

We loved our stay! The location is unbeatable- close to the lake and all the restaurants/shops. Cabin was well stocked with everything you need! It’s small but cozy! My kiddos enjoyed hiking, playing on the beach, going on boat rides and fishing!

This was a very cozy cabin, It was not directly on the water but at the entrance to Lemon Lodge Resort and a very short walk to the beach and water, The location is excellent with quiet spots within the resort and walkable to shops and restaurants. The kitchen was very well stocked which made it easy for cooking meals at the cabin. We had an issue with the fireplace remote connection - the host was very responsive. The stairs going to the second floor are narrow and can be a little tricky .

Wonderful cabin

We had such a great time. The cabin is so well cared for and has everything you need. We especially loved hanging out on the front porch and playing games as a family. The location in Lemmon Lodge is our favorite of all the places we have stayed in Grand Lake. Wendy was a pleasure to work with and we will be back for sure!

Sissy & Hubbies Get-A-Way

We loved staying at this cabin! Perfectly appointed kitchen with just the right utensils for making simple meals. Lovely bathroom, bedroom and linens (cotton!) Appreciated extra beverage refrigerator and picture window. Hoping my Colorado sister will bring us back - as it is my dream to see a bear in “real life.”

Summer get away

This property is located in our favorite place in Grand Lake. The property was clean, well stocked and comfortable. The location cannot be better as it is walking distance to everything. We love the private beach at Lemmon Lodge and return yearly each summer. The only thing that I would change is to be able to open windows downstairs for ventilation-it gets a little toasty without AC.

Lemmon Lodge Cabins

Super clean. Updated and cozy. Just a minutes walk to the entire main street. No car needed, just walk to all the restaurants, stores, bars and coffee shops. The locals are very welcoming! Gorgeous location on a lake and beautiful with the snowfall. A Hallmark movie-type setting.

Mother’s Day Getaway

Booked this for a quick Mother’s Day weekend getaway for myself, my wife and (2) kids and it was perfect for us. Location is walking distance to both downtown and the water. We even saw a couple moose right on the lodge property! The cabin was cozy and clean and had everything needed for our 2 night stay. One disappointing thing (especially for the kids) was that the map location in the listing has property showing right near the water so we were expecting the cabin to be lakeside and that is not the case. Short walk (2 min) and you are there. May just need to update pin to accurate location of cabin. Overall, we had a good weekend in Grand Lake and a pleasant experience staying here. We would definitely stay again…thank you!

Hi Tyler - thank you for your review! I looked into shifting our pin location and unfortunately, it’s not set by or able to be adjusted by the owner. I do try to make it clear in our description that we are walking distance to the lake and that our neighborhood has exclusive and private beachfront, but I can always expand on that with another sentence or two to avoid any confusion for future guests. Better than expected

This cottage was perfect for our family of 4 (me, my husband and our two boys, aged 5 and 9). It’s larger than it appears in the photos and has a super “comfy” feel. The cottage is within a minute walk of both the town beach, private Lemmon Lodge beach, and a short walk to lots of restaurants, coffee shops, etc. The cottage had plenty of water toys (and towels!) and we were excited to try paddle boarding for the first time in the small inlet off the community’s property. If you are planning a trip to Grand Lake, I’d highly recommend staying in the Lemmon Lodge community, and this cottage is perfect for a small family. It completely exceeded our expectations. We hope to go back next summer.
