Kamaole Sands is a mini-paradise with 15 acres of lush landscaped ponds, fountains and foliage. Our 3 bedroom 2 bath unit on the ground floor of building 10 is arguably THE MOST DESIRABLE LOCATION in the resort with GORGEOUS OCEAN VIEWS and just steps from Kamaole III Beach. Amenities include a large swimming pool, a wading pool for children, two hot tubs, four tennis courts, an exercise room, ping pong tables, activities desk, and multiple barbecue areas throughout the property. BBQ grills are located at the end of our building.



We want you to feel the comforts of home, yet the luxury of a resort. ALL FOUR MATTRESSES WERE REPLACED IN MAY 2022. Enjoy your favorite shows on one of our

First time to Hawaii for our family and this place was perfect. Family of five with three teens fit so well. The hosts were great communicators throughout. It couldn’t be any closer to the beach in a wonderful spot. Easy access to the parking lot and so nice being on the first floor for morning coffee or evening sunsets. Would definitely stay here again! Mahalo!

Beautiful property with a lot to do near by! We had 6 adults comfortably living for 11 nights with no issues. We were next to some lovely beaches. we came during a humid time but the AC worked to cool it down and keep out the humidity. They were well stocked for pots, pans and other items we needed. They also provided coolers, beach chairs, umbrellas, and a beach cart to lug everything. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were good. The twin beds pushed together to be a king also stayed together. The unit came with 2 dedicated parking spots that are a little tight but we were able to park a 3 row jeep wagonieer with little trouble. Highly recommend this place! It was an easy experience beginning to end. The road is a little busy nearby but you couldnt hear the traffic in the unit. The views to the sunset from the patio everynight were well worth the stay! Would stay here again.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay in this lovely condo and would stay here again!Pros:-CLEAN-COMFORTABLE -SAFE-PRIME KĪHEI LOCATION -BEACH VIEW FROM THE LANAI-5 MINUTE WALK TO THE BEACHCONS:-A/C in the loft bedroom not effective (would be better if they vented it out the window, current set up creates more heat).-Master bedroom bed is firm (I found it uncomfortable but husband didn’t mind), and would have preferred curtains (even sheer) over the blinds for more privacyThere was a mix up at check-in, the host responded quickly, and the staff member was very helpful!

Excellent location with great amenities.! Unit was exactly as advertised. Hosts were accommodating & helpful. Grandkids thoroughly enjoyed easy access to beach/pool along with ability to play bocce right outside door.

Amazing location! My family enjoyed our stay in this gorgeous condo. Well stocked kitchen and lots of chairs and umbrellas to take to nearby beach. We would recommend staying here to our friends and would love to visit again! Thank you for hosting us!

Perfect location! Loved the chickens and their babies, but the roosters were a bit loud every am. Certainly expected in Hawaii. Ac in front bedroom is loud/ratchety and we never needed to use the living room AC. Just be overhead fan. The WiFi works sporadically. Kids also loved the pool and the bbq’s were of great use. It was so convenient to have all the beach and pool toys. I would suggest getting some new non stick pans. The place was very clean. Great communication with host. Overall a great time was had by all! I highly recommend booking this home.

My family of 4 and grandparents enjoyed every day we spent here. The condo was stocked with everything we needed to enjoy the beach and prepare meals. The view was outstanding and we took in many sunsets from the grass outside the lanai. We will be back!

We were 5 and a baby. Floor was filthy. Ran out of toilet paper, dish washing pods and Kleenex. Other than that we had a great time. Beach was so close. Beds were comfortable but third bedroom (twin beds) sheets and comfort were not cotton so slippery . Would stay there again!

Our family of 6 had a wonderful time in Tad and Kathy's condo. You can see the ocean right from the patios and just walk across the street to be on the beach. We saw sea turtles swimming right near the shore, and several whales from shore also. The condo had everything we needed and when we needed to change our reservation, Tad worked with us to make it all work out. I highly recommend Tad and Kathy's condo. It was very clean and had everything we needed, plus beach toys to use. They were wonderful hosts! Thank you Tad and Kathy.

The stay was wonderful. The place was great. We were especially gratefull for the trunk full of beach toys - the boggie boards were a hit with my boys! The only slight issue was the presence of spiders (daddy long legs) and small geckos in the back bedroom. My youngest son had a tough time sleeping and i cleaned out the spiders each night, so he would feel better - but it's all good. Comes with the territory as far as i'm concerened. Thought it would be good to share with you though, so you know. Thanks for the great vacation spot!

Maui Beach

This unit at Kamole Sands is fully stocked, clean and super convenient to the beach! We had blast staying here. The pool was a hit with the kids and the sunsets across the street were a hit with the adults!

You will love staying at Kamaole Sands. It is the nicest and best run complex in Kihei. The gardens are immaculate, the pool/hot tubs are resort-like, and being right across the from Kamaole III gives you easy access to the sand, waves, and sunsets.
