Had a great time!! What a great spot; a good option for our group trip. Only downside was the wall AC was a little underpowered for the space, but we made it work.

Our family of four (2 adults, 2 children) had a lovely stay at this property! We really appreciated the proximity to the beach as well as all of the beach equipment (chairs, umbrellas, sand toys and boogie boards). Host was very communicative and provided plenty of information. View from balcony is outstanding! Thank you for hosting us.

This property worked perfectly for our group of 6, in Kihei for a family member's wedding on nearby Charley Young Beach. Kamaole Beach is directly across Kihei Road, less than 5 min walk from the condo building front door. Views from the 5th floor lanai are directly to the Pacific and are simply spectacular at sunset. All the beds were comfortable and several fans are available to help circulate the window-type AC to the whole interior if needed. The kitchen was very well-appointed and had everything we needed, though we did purchase our own bagged ice with such a large group. Communication with the owner was very helpful and we did not need to contact anyone during our stay for any reason. No one in our party would hesitate to book this property again in the future if we wanted a beach-front experience with high-rise views!

Wonderful condo! The owner was great to work with, very responsive and accommodating. It's in a great location and the views were unbeatable. It was very comfortable for 3 couples and well furnished with many amenities. I would stay here again and highly recommend it!

Absolutely amazing time. What a special place and time we had! The location is incredible with amazing views and very close to the very nice beach! Lots of great restaurants and shops within walking distance. We rented a car but with this location you honestly don’t need one be cheaper to just uber takes you want to explore other parts of the island. Fabulous host with great communication! Like others have said we really appreciated the care and effort to have so many basic necessities in the unit that many other places you have to buy. You won’t be disappointed staying here!

Great location and comfortable place to hunker down during the March Kona low weather system. Owners were very responsive as we dealt with weather issues outside their control. Kids enjoyed the bonus sand toys when we had the chance to sneak to the beach. Would definitely stay again.

This is a fantastic property for families with kids. The layout was perfect, and the view was spectacular. We saw whales while eating breakfast on the lanai one of our days there! The beach directly across the street was great for kids, and the little coffee shop and bakery right across the side street were great, too!

The location was even better than I imagined with a nice view from the balcony. The property is very clean and the use of beach chairs and umbrellas was a huge plus. I would highly recommend and I would definitely stay here again.

Property was exactly as described. Host provided impeccable service and communication while there were ample sundries available for guest use. Memorable week for a family wedding. Location was within walking distance to most anything you need including the beach across the street. Rooftop barbecue area was a beautiful way to watch the sunset and grill some burgers. Ample parking for one vehicle. Thanks again.

Perfect week in Maui

We spent a week here and this condo was perfect for our family. Easy walk to the beach and great access to the rest of the island. We’ll stay here next time we’re in Maui for sure!

We loved this condo! The proximity to the beach was perfect, and all the little touches provided inside made our stay really comfortable. We had a small issue during our visit, but Connie responded quickly and worked hard to get it resolved. Overall, a great stay and we’d happily come back.

The condo has a gorgeous view and is a perfect location across from the beach. We spent a lot of time on the double lanai!

Truly a fantastic location with an ocean view from the balconies and a 2 minute walk to Kamaole Beach 1, as well as an ABC store / gas station 1/2 block away, and many food options within a few blocks. All the beach gear available to use was so convenient and we made good use of the chairs, a body board, and a snorkel set all week. On our last night we went up to the rooftop to watch the sunset and had a great view of a 30 minute show of 3-4 whales (including a baby) very active and playing / splashing!Would definitely recommend especially if you need a 3BR!
