Premium ocean front condo with the best location (2nd unit from the ocean end of building), on the best beach, and the best part of Maui - the Mana Kai. Located at the north end of Keawakapu Beach, you've got a mile long beach and some of the safest swimming and best snorkeling Maui has to offer.

The Space:
Premium ocean front condo with the best location (2nd unit from the ocean end of building), on the best beach, and the best part of Maui -- at the Mana Kai. Located at the north end of Keawakapu Beach, you've got a mile long beach and some of the safest swimming and best snorkeling to enjoy.

The trade winds keep you cool and comfortable, but every room has a ceiling fan and air conditioning. The building has free Wi-Fi for guests and is smoke free. There is reserved parking and laundry facilities. Gas BBQ grills are available on the lawn and the kitchen is fully equip. The only thing between the unit and the ocean is the pool and grassy lawn for lounging. Being second from the ocean end of the building the unit is very quiet, the waves tranquilize you to sleep every evening in our king size beds. Both bedrooms have unobstructed views of the ocean so that you can always enjoy the view. The building is small enough to have a warm friendly feel but large enough to offer some great amenities such as a 808 General Store, Surf Shack rentals, Maui Yoga Path, business center, gym, and an activities center to help with any bookings you may need. Located just blocks north of Wailea, you also have easy access to many golf courses, the Shops at Wailea, and all that south Maui has to offer.

Wonderful Maui Vacation

This is the place to stay on Maui. The most beautiful beach extends from your doorstep. The apartment is cozy and comfortable, kitchen well stocked with everything we needed to cook - we made several yummy dinners - and it was easy to go into the town of Kihei for groceries, dinners out, shopping, etc. We enjoyed heading a little south past the resorts to Big Beach where it was less windy in the afternoons. Great snorkeling right out front. Everything was easy and comfortable. Highly recommend.

Great Location and View

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. The location was great for us. It was easy to snorkel right outside on the beach (don't forget your reef safe sunscreen). We also enjoyed the pool on property. The condo was well appointed. We had one issue with a door, but the owner was easy to reach, and got it taken care of right away. The views from the balcony were amazing. We would have evening cocktails to watch the sunset and watch for whales. I would recommend this unit.

Most Amazing Place

This unit was everything that was advertised and more. The best location in the building, the best and most comfortable condo, amazing views, close to everything and the kindest and most helpful host. Excellent vacation and will definitely come back!

We are PICKY people and this property met all of our needs. Wonderful hosts, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, sand toys and snorkel gear, perfect perfect location! Kids loved it. We fell asleep to the sound of the surf each night. Very accommodating hosts and responded to everything we needed. We will be back, thank you!

Beautiful views from the unit both day and night and great location on a beautiful beach with gorgeous sunsets from the property. Great location near Wailea and Kihei shopping and restaurants and central location for exploring spectacular Maui!

Fabulous Place to Stay!

This condo was fabulous! The appliances are top-of-the-line. The sheets are super soft. The view is absolutely gorgeous! The amenities were awesome. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone.

We were so excited to celebrate my daughter's graduation from college with an "once in a lifetime" trip! This property was EXACTLY what was promised and showed in the pictures! The owners were SO responsive prior to, during, and after our stay! Would recommend this property and owner to anyone!

Perfect Location!

This was the perfect place to stay with our grandson. The sandy beach is right there out the door, but you are up five stories, so there is no noise from the restaurant or beach crowd. The views from the balcony and the back bedroom could not be more perfect! A wonderful restaurant right in the building. The gym has every possible piece of equipment and yoga studio next to the beach. .

Third time here, loved every minute!

We love coming back to familiar surroundings, Unit 502 is our home away from home in Maui. Because the location is at the end of the building we hear the shoreline 24/7 and don’t hear people going by. Patty, the owner, is very easy to work with and takes care of issues if they arise. We like renting from a private party verses through the ‘hotel’ so rooms don’t have maid service everyday, less to worry about with no one coming in daily. We’ll be back 🌸🌴🌼

Best Vacation we have ever had as a family...and we travel a lot!

We have been staying at the Mana Kai for many years. It is no doubt the best building in the best location on Maui. If you have kids, do not stay anywhere else! Two spacious bedrooms, bathrooms and a full kitchen! We caught our own fish steps out the door and cooked them. The boys were in heaven. Hundreds of tide pools carved into ancient lava flows filled with tropical fish, sea turtles and shells adorn the right beach front. Walk to the left and you are on the best beach of the world. The soft, clean sand is perfect for sunbathing and sand castles.... from there you can enter the clear, turquoise water unobstructed to swim, body surf the gentle waves or snorkel the most beautiful reef full of fish and turtles.... Literally feet from your room. Room 502 is the best Location in my opinion. It's high enough to see down the entire beach, into the water and see the whales from our room. The room was clean, colorful, and extremely well equipped. It literally had all of the supplies we would need. Kind previous tenants had left sand toys, boogie boards, snorkeling gear, even fishing poles. I could go on forever. There is simply no place better. The condo owner was truly a pleasure to work with. Thank you so much. It was a privilege to stay here.

A friend told our parents about the Mana Kai back in 1987 when I was just an toddler. They had always stayed on the north end of the island for many years prior and when they heard of the dryer weather, less traffic, and the friendlier more convenient environment, they had to try the Mana Kai. After one stay, they were sold! We rented units for many years until the time came that they could purchase their own little piece of paradise. We have been very fortunate to spend our spring breaks on the beach every year and our family memories of the MKM are the best! Now my brother and I have been blessed to take over ownership. Coming from Montana we keep our unit tropical in color and design. We want to feel like we are in paradise when we walk in the door.

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

The Mana Kai is so easy & convenient, especially if h traveling with your family. You can sit on the lawn, watch one in the ocean and one in the pool at the same time. Whenever you need something, the condo can be reached quickly as well as the deli/general store. This is one of the few places my father truly relaxes. He loves being right on the ocean, listening to the waves and reading under a palm tree. A feel of being totally away, but right in the US so the office is a phone call away.
