Sister weekend

Came here with my sisters for a girl Birthday weekend. It was very clean, the hosts had set out some treats and had everything you would need. It was quiet and beautiful relaxing environment

Exactky what we were looking for

We loved our stay here! It was perfect for after spending our days hiking in RMNP to come back to the pool & hot tub to relax. It was very clean. The owners were incrediy responsive and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

Perfect oasis

I cant say enough about how pleased we were with the property. The owners are very responsive if you have any questions or concerns. If we ever get back to CO I will for sure be staying here again.

nice, off-the-beaten-path

This is a great place to stay if you don’t want to be in the city and wish to be within about an hour of an abundance of activities. The town is nice, and the property feels spacious for four people.

Gateway to Mountains

Bob and Carolyn were fantastic host. The pride they take in their home is obvious. Everything we needed was there. After a long day of sight seeing and visiting with family coming back and sitting on the pool deck enjoying the beautiful view of the mountains and God’s painted skyline was so relaxing. Will stay again when we come back.

Perfect property

This property is clean, spacious and just as described. We appreciated the little extras like snacks, water in the fridge, kit for smores when using the fire pit. Sadly we didnt get time to use it! I loved how it was nice and cool. Owners were very nice and hospitable. Perfect property and beautiful.

Super amenities

Nicely appointed furnishings, well equipped kitchen including snack and light breakfast fixings which was very helpful. The theatre area was an unexpected surprise. Only downside perhaps was one small bath. Lighted pathway to the front door was a necessary ingredient.

Relaxing and Peaceful

We wanted a quiet place to recharge after several weeks on the road. The house was perfect with a lovely patio to sit out and enjoy the evening sun. The home theatre was a fun treat. As newbie VRBOers our hosts were super responsive and answered all my questions quickly. Definitely recommend this location.

Book this place! You won’t regret it

The minute we open the gate we are greeted by a babbling brook that leads down to a private Koi pond. We were already impressed at that point. When entering, the living room and kitchen area was huge! So much space, and nicely furnished. The kitchen was nice, and they even left snack items and plenty of coffee and creamer for our stay. For entertainment, there was a home theater with stadium seating. Very nice! The bedrooms were very nice also I definitely appreciated the automatic lighting. That guides you to the bathroom at night. Overall, our stay here was absolutely perfect. We couldn’t ask for anything better.

Beautiful

Property is clean and spacious. Pictures don’t do it justice. There’s a theater room, pool and hot tub. Most views are beautiful out the hot tub. We would go back. Host and hostess were very easy to work with. Walls are thin. Worried some that our movie was too loud. Host and hostess live upstairs.

Property was beautiful with such a spectacular view of the mountains especially at first light of the day! Everything was thought of. Truly felt like home away from home for three adults and three kids. Will being staying again soon!

Excellent choice

Bob’s place is located smack in the middle of CO’s most beautiful farm land. Perfect time for pumpkin patches and apple harvesting. There’s some noise from upstairs, where owners live, but not too bad. Overall, clean and comfortable.

Great place but could use better clarity in listing description

Overall, we had a good experience but we also felt a little disappointed. The good: place is clean, pictures of inside are accurate, sunset is seriously pretty. Hot tub for sunset over the mountains and an outdoor gas grill for cooking were nice to have. What could improve: I think the property description is missing key details. For instance, it wasn’t mentioned that the pool was going to be closed for the stay and it was 90+ degrees every day of our trip while “a fenced pool” was still listed as a current amenity on the app. Strict outdoor rules where you need “lights out” by 10pm as it’s in a tightly compacted residential neighborhood with neighbors who have small children. Last, owners live upstairs and are able to hear them if they have people over. Conclusion: The place itself was great but ultimate the wrong place for my group of 21+ Year old males and what we were looking to get out of the trip. If you’re a family or a couple, you cannot miss this place as it is super nice and quiet. Hosts are very nice and welcome you with snacks, fresh towels on the bed and everything you need for the stay. Nice place overall but won’t be returning.

A great space to pace ourselves

Just 30 minutes away from Ft. Collins, this was a relaxing retreat for our family of 5, with clear sunset views, where we could recharge from the congestion and busyness of getting our student settled in at CSU. Lots of space, clean and well-appointed and the movie theater was a fun treat for our older teens. We appreciated the communication before our visit and conversation while we were there. Thank you so much!

Beautiful yard, peaceful.

Plenty of space. The pool was down so that was disappointing, but was able to use the very nice hot tub. Besides,.probably would not have had much time to use the pool anyway. Lovely place.

Clean, comfortable, spacious, with amenities and a view

The hosts were easily accessible if we needed anything. The space was clean and comfortable with lots of room! The outdoor area was our favorite place to start the day and also catch the sunset. We recommend this property!

Wonderful getaway

My family loved this VRBO, we were able to use the hottub and watch a movie together in the theater. My parents are kind of the relaxing type when it comes to vacation and this VRBO was exactly what they needed!

Very nice, beautiful setting

The property was very clean and attractively decorated. The owners live upstairs and are very responsive but it was like they were barely there. There was coffee and creamer available for the coffee maker on the first morning which was a definite bonus for me!! The yard is beautiful with a beautiful pond and view. We enjoyed drinking our coffeee out there in the morning. We didn't use the pool or hot tub, but they were there for our use. Highly recommend if you are in the area.
