Excellent location

One block to the river to kayak among dolphins and manatees - three block to the ocean for sand, sun, and surf. Nice private cottage tucked away on a side street - Jacki was an excellent host, so helpful, and had all the little extras that make for a great stay.

Quick weekend getaway

Really cute property and great location! Jackie is an excellent host and offered lots of fun food and bar options. Weather was too cold for kayaking or biking.

Great location and host!

We loved our stay at the Dolphin Den! It was very close to walk to the beach and into town and had everything we needed. Jacki was super helpful and guided us on how to experience all the fantastic things to see and do in town during our stay. Highly recommend and will def stay again on a future trip to Cocoa Beach!

Perfect spot for a little getaway

We stayed here for a few days before hopping on a cruise. The bikes were an awesome plus as we didn’t have a car. Loved the coffee!

Great, simple place that would have been ideal for my stay if weather preceding Hurricane Milton hadnt precluded some kayaking/walking trails. Hostess was very helpful as I dealt with change in plans in response to weather warnings.

Owner and Agent went above and beyond

I had some complications with the booking process due to a mistake on my end, spelled my email wrong, and the property owner as well as the booking agent were very helpful helping me iron out the situation. The unit was cozy and had everything I needed for a last minute stay at the beach. I will definitely be back!

Perfect Beachside stay!

I loved my stay at the Dolphin Den. The place was clean and cozy. I enjoyed the short walks to the beach with the light weight beach chair provided. Also loved the water pressure in the shower it was great. 10/10 Would stay again

Relaxing and comfortable

Just as described but with a few extras. Easy access to Cocoa Beach, restaurants, and Banana River. The later checkout at 11 allowed us to take our time. Bed was comfortable!

Our stay was very nice. This property supplied us with everything we needed for the beach and river. We had a wonderful time and plan to come back! The owners were very responsive and made sure we were comfortable.

Great weekend stay

The host, Janel, was great. So kind and informative. She told us about a rocket launch going on that we would have missed, and replied almost instantly any time I had a question. It was a short walk to the beach, and they provided very nice quality boogie boards which we used every single day. I have seriously no complaints with this place!

Nice Getaway

This property had everything you needed to stay with every thought of everything you need to enjoy a beach stay. The host of this property was hands down spot on. We used the kayaks provided and really everything is there for you. You will not be disappointed.

Dolphin Den

There was very little or no communication with our host, I had to call Vrbo to get the address. It was hard to gain entrance to our place. A learning process...The bed was horrible! The mattress needed to thrown out!. My wife forgot her med in the refridge and the host brought them to the cruise port after we were already on the ship, We were so relieved and appreciated the drop! Thanks so MUCH! Beside the bed and the coffee machine not working it was just OK!

Nice, perfect for my daughter and I for one night

Everything was as advertised. We enjoyed biking to the beach. Only thing I would change would be that we could have really used a full length mirror.

Awesome location and host

We loved our stay! Jackie, our host was wonderful with lots of information to share and help make our stay the best. We enjoyed kayaking on the river, biking around town, and the short walk to the beach to enjoy some sunshine and relaxation. We would definitely come back.

Cute & convenient!

Had a great time at this place! It was cute and clean and had the necessities for a beach getaway! Love that they have chairs,umbrella and even a cooler to take to the beach and a dolly to use to take it all! Made our beach days sooo much easier and saved us a ton of money not having to rent/buy stuff! The owner returned messages promptly also! Only thing I would recommend to get would be to get a full length mirror somewhere in the room/back of one of the doors because the only other one was in the bathroom and it was smaller/high up and hard to see out of when you’re short. Overall had an excellent time and would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay. Host was great with communication. They had a binder inside with all the info on the property and even things to do in the area. If I'm ever in the area again I will definitely be staying here

Dolphin den cozy and clean

Cozy room with nice amenities. It’s Carothers street from a school playground so the outdoor seating area could be noisy during school hours. Lots of nice amenities including bikes, paddle boards, microwave, coffee etc. we’d stay here again.

Love it!

Clean, organized, cute! Loved that this little place came with all the needs to spend the day at the beach! The short walk with the cart provided was perfect. Also the beach is a lot less crowded near this place. We hope to visit again!

Small and quaint

Quiet neighborhood. Small, clean studio for 1 or 2 persons. River and beach within walking distance. Kayaks and bikes available for use. Private patio just for the Dolphin Den. Would definitely stay again.
