The property is in a great location. Close proximity to the town with cute stores and lots of places to eat. The river is visible to one side from the deck.The unit was clean, with plenty of towels. The pool was extremely clean, however, we struggled to unlock the gate with the key.The outside of the building is tired and could use power washing and a coat of paint.The allocated parking spot is difficult to navigate, especially when other tenants vehicles are parked in their own allocated spots.The door to the deck is warped or has dropped making it very difficult to open and close.

Nice pool, quiet neighborhood, private balcony with swing was amazing with riverfront view. There is a 10 to 15 minute stroll to Cocoa Village that was all flat and a super easy walk along the riverside We even saw a dolphin! It has restaurants and a really nice kids park and splash pad. Definitely worth going to for the ice cream at Sweet Caroline’s, get the Brownie hot fudge sundae…absolutely delish!

Loved the location! Great neighborhood too! It was not a bad drive to Kennedy Space Center either. It was a very lovely and cozy condo. We also loved sitting on the porch swing.

Host is one of the best we've dealt with in many other VRBOs. Parking is fine for a SMALL car ... not a large truck. The balcony was AWESOME, view was beautiful both morning and night! The pool was excellent. The vertical blinds could use some TCL ... be gentle. We will definitely stay again when in state for family events.Thank you, MTBeam

Katie was great to deal with, responded to our request for an earlier check-in and it was granted thankfully. The balcony was an added bonus, especially the views of the river and boats. Quaint, cozy condo.

Very cute apartment has everything you need, the host was great with response time and helping to answer any questions that I had. I definitely would use this host again! It is situated in a very cute walkable beach town with lots of food and boutique shops.

No iron or blow dryer in unit. Size was perfect. No dish detergent in unit. Balcony was great. Need to drive around a couple of blocks to get into parking lot for unit. 5 minute walk to Cocoa Village. Pool was clean

Great stay!

This was a great place to stay! Terrific location, within easy walking distance of the village shops and restaurants. A very cozy, well equipped property. It was perfect for my wife and I. We especially loved the porch and swing with a view of the river.

Great stay before a cruise

Stayed here the weekend before our cruise and it was in a great location. The downtown area of Cocoa was a great surprise. The place was very nice and loved the swing.

Great location close to the water, easy area to walk to local shops & eateries, comfortable and peaceful area.Love the porch swing.Perfect spot for traveling to local tourism.We would love to go back again!

We had a very nice day, the location is great. It’s just about two blocks from historic downtown Cocoa and right across the street from water. Although it wasn’t swim weather when we were there, the pool was beautiful. The apartment and the apartment and the apartment complex are clean and well kept.
