This is cute & clean little bungalow with a 3 minute walk to the beach. It has a kitchenette if you want to cook, or close to restaurants if you dont. John and Shana are great, and care about your stay! I will stay here again in a heartbeat!

We enjoyed our stay overall. Access to beach was very close. Only had countertop chairs, not comfortable for us. Could not control A/C. Was cold inside. We would stay here again in different room.

So sorry about the temperature being too cool for you guys. We have tried to alleviate that problem with the mini split and space heater. We will consult again with a heating and air company to see if there are other options. And i will look into finding more comfortable seating! We are thankful that all in all you enjoyed your stay and want to come back🙌

I would give 10 stars if that option was available! Clean & cozy!!Out back the Tiki Bar was pretty cool, a lot of seating to just hang out or games to play.Very short walk to the beach.The hostess was great! Zero problems with communication & very friendly. I highly recommend this property!!

We had a very relaxing stay. We met some new friends that were staying there also. Lizabeth was a great plus for us. She took great care of us each day. She is a gem.

Perfect space for a romantic get away or for a mom and two kids like me! If your planning to go to Disney while staying the drive was quick and essentially a straight shot. I loved how quick and easy it was to get to beach access and not having to worry about packing beach towells, chairs, and a wagon to get it all to the beach was definitly a perk i took advantage of! The price point was a great bonus too! Would definitly stay again!

We had such a great stay! Shana was incredibly responsive the entire time and went above and beyond with helpful recommendations, which made our trip so much easier and more enjoyable. The Flamingo Room was absolutely adorable so well decorated and cozy, it really added to the whole experience. The property itself felt like a little oasis peaceful, beautiful, and the perfect place to relax. You can tell a lot of care went into everything. We will definitely stay here again!

Communication with Shana was great. Stayed a couple nights before leaving for a cruise, perfect location close to port, very short walk to the beach. Unit was very clean with a nice patio to hangout on outside. If you rent a car from Avis at MCO, the return center with free port shuttle is only three minutes from the rental.

We really loved this place! Such charm. Maybe not perfect but that’s what we loved about it. I was very relaxed there and they thought of everything. I didn’t realize it was a whole house. I might bring my family down and rent it. We would have so much fun! Really easy to get to the beach, the pier, the main drag, Cape Canaveral. Really easy to drive anything along the coast.

Very cool place, well decorated, comfortable bed, great outdoor area - a hidden oasis! The other3 units were vacant during our pre-cruise one night stay so we had the common area to ourselves, might have been a little more fun to socialize with others in the evening out back but clearly not under control by the host. Shana was easy to deal with, we had an early flight Orlando and she graciously allowed us to access the unit in the morning. Cocoa Beach is really nice, the Pier was an easy walk. We had drinks and lunch at the Tiki bar at the end of the Pier, highly recommended, both the Flamingo and the lunch spot!!

The host was very nice and accommodating. I could not get prior messages to load to see the checkout instructions that she sent the day ireserved the place so she gave them to me over the phone. We had two adults and a child. The place was a little small for what we needed, but it was OK for a night. This would be the perfect location for a single traveler or a couple. Not far from the beach, the beach access is down the street and around the corner, but not a far walk at all. there was a trundle bed in the bedroom. We had to completely move the bed and a dresser to get the trundle bed out for my child to sleep on. There was some pieces of food left in the sink and there were some ants in the sink because of it. the kitchen was a screened in porch so if it rained could be an issue, but overall was not a bad place to stay.

We did not expect the place to have outdoor kitchen, but once we got used to it, it was awesome!This is a great location and very well kept. Easy to work with and we enjoyed our stay immensely.
