This fabulous apartment in Cocoa Beach is located on our Winslow property and is a welcoming retreat for guests. "The Seahorse" is 1 of 4 units. This cozy bedroom features a queen bed, a full bathroom and kitchenette. This beautiful space has everything you need for a relaxing stay. Whether you're enjoying the fresh linens, the refreshing AC, or the Florida sun in the shared backyard space or sandy beach (thats a short walk away), you'll feel right at home here. The shared backyard boast several dining sets, conversation sets, a fire pit, Tiki bar, grill, corn hole, and a giant connect four game. You will be 3 miles from Port Canaveral if you're a cruiser and if your game is Golf, there are many courses nearby to choose from!!! Hope to see you soon at our Winslow property!

We arrived early and they allowed us to check in early. Very close to beach. Amenities are plenty.

This was a beautiful place to stay. We did have to walk down the road a short way to get to the path out to the beach but we really enjoyed our stay. There were snacks in the refrigerator and a gas grill outside that we would have used if we had stayed longer. Thank you for the nice place to stay.

Great location. Stayed to watch the air show and had a nice view with close beach access! Parking was easy. Communication with Shana was easy. There was a booklet with recommendations and we ended up trying Florida’s Seafood Bar & Grill and loved it, so appreciate the recommendation. Super cute room with the theming and the back yard was really nice for a late night chill spot. Comfy bed and they also provided beach towels, carts, etc. would stay again!

We had a very short stay but enjoyed the beachy decor and tiki bar area in the back where we chatted with another guest and the owner. Comfortable bed, lots of extras including kitchen supplies, water and snacks. Lots of cute decor to look at. Easy to get around. Good parking. Thanks again, Shana and John!

Our stay in the Seahorse Room was truly wonderful. The space was spotless, thoughtfully prepared, and filled with little touches that showed how much care our hosts put into making guests feel at home.Every detail—from the cozy atmosphere to the comfortable bed—made our trip relaxing and memorable. It was the kind of place where you can instantly unwind, breathe a little deeper, and just enjoy being there.We also had the pleasure of personally meeting the property manager, Shana (absolutely the cutest). She was warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in making sure our stay was perfect. That personal connection made the experience feel even more special.We left with full hearts and happy memories, and we’re already looking forward to the chance to return. This stay was exactly what we hoped for and more.

The bad was smaller then expected. It was not clear if the kitchen was shared or not. One of the guests in the other apartment told us that it was, but we did not see anything indicating this.Otherwise it was very enjoyable.

Thanks for.your feedback Monika! Sorry there was confusion over the screened in kitchen. That is part of our Flamingo unit which is seperate from the Seahorse unit that you rented. Each unit has its own sign over each entrance but maybe we need to do more to clarify. The seahorse is only advertised as having a kitchenette which is basic appliances (Refrig-microwave-hot plate-toaster oven- keurig-dishes) And sorry the bed felt smaller than expected. Its a standard Queen which is stated in the listing. Im glad all in all you had a good stay with us!!

I loved my Seahorse room! The decor in all 4 rooms are fantastic and the outdoor community spaces including Tiki Bar follow suit! My queen bed was soooo comfortable and my pillow too! Elizabeth does a great job cleaning and making sure everything looks just right for the guests! It is a short walk to the beautiful Cocoa Beach ! I got to watch 3 cruise ships leave Port Canaveral and sail into the sunset on The Atlantic Ocean! I went to dinner at Brano’s Italian restaurant downtown- the food was delicious and service excellent. I will definitely be back! Can’t wait ! Thank you Shana and John! Hopefully I can meet you in person next time! And thank you Elizabeth! You are amazing !
