Family and fun awaits you at our Tee Time Sunset Beach house!!

Upgraded home with indoor and outdoor living space for your beach time fun! We try and ensure all amenities to help your stay be full of family fun and memories! Great location and loads of extra’s!!! We have always strived to help a vacation be a vacation.

We are trying out having a fur family member be allowed to visit. You must select pet option during booking process. We love this area and we have a large family, so we needed a few locations to house us all! We try and make sure we provide a location for your family and friends to enjoy! Our home is stocked like a home not a rental with many amenities. Great location to pier and less than 5 min to being on the beach!

Wonderful experience

This was a beautiful home that made our time together that much more enjoyable. We especially like the lower level outdoor space for morning coffee. Would definitely stay again. Thank you so much for sharing your home!

Annual beach vacation with daughter, son-in-law, grandkids and their dog! Sunset beach is terrific for families! And this house was perfect for our family. Clean, well stocked, easy walk to beach….just perfect! Owners very responsive and kind!

Perfect vacation home for our family

Special family time

Tee Time provided our family a wonderful place to celebrate the memory of our uncle at one of his favorite places. There are plenty of outdoor places to gather or spread out. The owners make it very welcoming and provide a very well equipped kitchen. The walk to the beach was an easy stroll. When we were there, it was very quiet which we enjoyed. We will rent from them again.

Tee Time was so nice; beautifully decorated, well stocked of kitchen items, and clean. My siblings and I had an awesome week staying there. Did not want to leave! Thanks so much to the owners.

Memorial Day week

Great location. Property has everything you’d ever need for a family beach trip. Owner very responsive and helpful. The beach house was very comfy and family friendly. Really nice to be able to bring our pups!! Fun week!!

Absolutely loved this place, would definitely stay again! Loved how the house is laid out. Was worried with the square footage it would be small, but the house flows perfectly. Ton of room downstairs too, outdoor area is fully furnished.

Family Get Away

Wonderful long weekend with adult kids. Tee time has an open living/dining/kitchen area for the group, three patios (two screened) for smaller gatherings, and a large area below. Easy walk to beach and convenient to shopping. Updates and decor are nicely done and functional. Owners are responsive and easy to work with. We look forward to visiting again!

Family vacation

We really enjoyed our stay Tee time. CC was very responsive, the house was beautiful and comfortable and the location is perfect. We were disappointed to find there was not a coffee maker beyond a Keurig, but were otherwise very pleased with the house, the island, and the vacation. We look forward to coming back next year.

Family Trip to Sunset Beach!

We had a wonderful family visit at Tee Time! The home is extremely clean, comfortable, very well-stocked and a perfect location for easy beach access; a very, very short walk to the beach and beautiful sunsets! The owners are a pleasure to work with, responding quickly to any questions. Thank you for sharing your beach home! We really appreciated having a lovely place to stay with our family, including our dog!

Family and Pet Friendly

The house was beautiful and has EVERYTHING that you’ll need for a family vacation. The host contacted me as soon as we were confirmed to let me know everything that they had to avoid us overpacking. They were quick to respond to any questions and very helpful. I would highly advise any families with or without pets to book them asap. It’s a beautiful location and within walking distance to the beach.

Amazing getaway week

First time at Sunset. Loved the beach. Loved the house. Weather was outrageously hot so it was nice to have a great place to kick back and relax. Everything was just as promised. Communication was outstanding. Home was very well appointed. Loved it!

Great outdoor space

The property was very well appointed and clean. Perfect for our pups. We are used to being oceanfront so I thought the walk was too far with dogs and stuff. That was my only disappointment. Great great property.

Comfort, ease of layout, outdoor space and all around easy vibe for family and friends to relax and have fun making new memories. We are one of the few that let the furry family member join in on the fun.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

Ease to beach (direct access street), lots of outdoor living spaces for family fun and we ensure we try and provide amenities that make the stay fun. There is also on 3rd street a ramp access for those with special needs. Beach allows dogs most of the time on leash, but during peak season it must be before 8am and after 6pm.
