Pet Friendly house that has a fully fenced in yard.

This is a 4 bedroom, 2 bath house with an outdoor shower. We are pet friendly with a pet fee. The bedroom layout is Bedroom 1-King, Bedroom 2-1 Queen, Bedroom 3 and 4 each have one Full and one Single bed. The front porch is screened and has tables and chairs to enjoy time outside without mosquitoes! The house has a grill, washer/dryer, fully furnished kitchen and beach toys, chairs and boogie boards. There are ceiling fans and tv's in the living room and 3 bedrooms. Enjoy dinner or cocktails on the roof top deck and view spectacular sunsets! We also own the Sunset Hideaway house next door. Check it out on VRBO/487493. Great for large family reunions or get togethers. Summer rental is from Saturday to Saturday. After Labor Day and before Memorial Day there is a 3-night minimum with check in on any day.

One of my most favorite Sunset Beach Houses!

I have stayed at this one many times, and also her other property next-door, and she is one of the nicest hosts. I love this house for being friendly to dogs, and my family has come here with me before too. We all enjoy the upstairs rooftop deck.. it’s close enough to walk to the Bird Island mailbox/ jetty as well.

Rose Garden Stay

We loved the house and the location to the beach! Just perfect. House was very clean. We brought our own linens.The only negative would be the beds. The one double is in need of replacement. We had to switch beds as my wife and I kept poling to the middle! Irregardless, we'd go back here in a heatbeat. Loved the house, the area and the beach.

Sunset Beach Getaway

My husband, daughter, fur baby and I found a very clean and comfortable house. We thoroughly enjoyed the screen porch, and the fenced yard was perfect for our fur baby.

Super pleased with our stay here! The owner was very helpful and available if I needed anything. It had everything we needed for our short trip. Loved the fenced in area for my pups! Good, quiet, neighborhood as well. Will deff be back!

Perfect Spring Break Retreat!

Our first time at Sunset Beach but it won't be out last! We took the kids and grandparents for a family spring break retreat. The house is no frills but very comfortable with all the necessities. We loved the front porch and the widow's walk. Five stars!

Thanksgiving at the beach!

We had 3 of our children and their families along with two dogs at the beach over Thanksgiving. The house was perfect for a family with young kids or animals, but the fenced yard gave us a sense that kids and pets wouldn’t escape out into the road. Renee was great to work with. We’ll stay again, for sure!

Family Thanksgiving

Stay was as expected and needed. Had Thanksgiving week vacation here with 10 people & accommodated us all. Loved the perch on top of house for sunrise & sunsets. Easy access to ocean. Host was very responsive & flexible with our request. Loved the front porch relaxing and family time.

Rosegarden2020

Had a great time here in Sunset Beach at Rosegarden. We especially enjoyed the fenced in property for our dogs and very short walk to the beach. The Owners were very accessible and easy to contact when needed. Renee and Steig are great people and we look forward to renting again in the future with them.

Peaceful conveniently located

Peaceful relaxing location. Perfect for a getaway. Everyone had a great time. Something for everyone. All within short distance. The dog may have enjoyed the trip the most. House had everything we needed and more. Renee was always available to answer question, she also asked how stay was going. Couldn’t have asked for anything more.

True Vacation!

After months of shelter in place with COVID-19, this vacation spot was perfect. Small dogs allowed--but you would never know pets had been there. Beach an easy, short walk, quiet neighborhood, and Sunset Beach is a treasure for families. Renee', the owner, was so easy to reach for questions, and we had absolutely no complaints about anything.

Family beach weekend

We had a great time on our family beach weekend. The house was perfect and had all the essentials. The fenced yard was great for our kids. We took advantage of the beach toys. We also appreciated Sunset Beach for assisting in social distancing by having one way beach paths. We definitely will be back!

Our family has been vacationing at Sunset Beach since 1977. My daughters and I bought this house in 1998. Sunset Beach is our favorite beach of all the beaches we have visited and is on list as best beach anywhere. We are from Virginia but Sunset Beach is our home away from home.

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

Our house is located down toward the end of the island away from the traffic at the pier and Sunset Blvd. It's a quieter area and is safer for kids and pets. The beach is a short walk and is also less crowded than other parts of Sunset Beach. Our house is very affordable and is large enough for 2 families.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

Pet friendly. Having dogs ourselves we understand how nice it is to be able to bring your fur babies and not have to leave them home or kennel them. One of the only houses on the island with a fenced yard making it great for children and pets. If you have time and like a good walk check out the Kindred Spirit Mail Box near the jetties. If you like to gamble check out the Big M casino boat that leaves from nearby Little River, SC.
