Pet Friendly house that has a fully fenced in yard.

This is a 4 bedroom, 2 bath house with an outdoor shower. We are pet friendly with a pet fee. The bedroom layout is Bedroom 1-King, Bedroom 2-1 Queen, Bedroom 3 and 4 each have one Full and one Single bed. The front porch is screened and has tables and chairs to enjoy time outside without mosquitoes! The house has a grill, washer/dryer, fully furnished kitchen and beach toys, chairs and boogie boards. There are ceiling fans and tv's in the living room and 3 bedrooms. Enjoy dinner or cocktails on the roof top deck and view spectacular sunsets! We also own the Sunset Hideaway house next door. Check it out on VRBO/487493. Great for large family reunions or get togethers. Summer rental is from Saturday to Saturday. After Labor Day and before Memorial Day there is a 3-night minimum with check in on any day.

Place was perfect. .. nothing else to say. We have been vacationing to Sunset Beach for over 15 years. Having stayed at several properties VRBO and other properties. This by far is now our forever spot.

The host was super welcoming and helpful. The house was well equipped, a short walk to a very beautiful beach. November was certainly quiet, but we really enjoyed the quiet and the beauty of sunset beach.

Overall the property is very nice, short walk down to the water awesome space outdoors to sit and relax after a day on the beach nice fenced yards for our furry four legged family members. Owners were super responsive when we had any questions or concerns will definitely consider staying again in the future.

Perfect place families with pets and small children.

This house was perfect. The dogs and our toddler could play outside and we didn't have to worry about them leaving the yard. I had the pleasure of meeting the owner and she is a very nice lady.

One of my most favorite Sunset Beach Houses!

I have stayed at this one many times, and also her other property next-door, and she is one of the nicest hosts. I love this house for being friendly to dogs, and my family has come here with me before too. We all enjoy the upstairs rooftop deck.. it’s close enough to walk to the Bird Island mailbox/ jetty as well.

Perfect Spring Break Retreat!

Our first time at Sunset Beach but it won't be out last! We took the kids and grandparents for a family spring break retreat. The house is no frills but very comfortable with all the necessities. We loved the front porch and the widow's walk. Five stars!

Our family has been vacationing at Sunset Beach since 1977. My daughters and I bought this house in 1998. Sunset Beach is our favorite beach of all the beaches we have visited and is on list as best beach anywhere. We are from Virginia but Sunset Beach is our home away from home.

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

Our house is located down toward the end of the island away from the traffic at the pier and Sunset Blvd. It's a quieter area and is safer for kids and pets. The beach is a short walk and is also less crowded than other parts of Sunset Beach. Our house is very affordable and is large enough for 2 families.


Qué distingue a esta propiedad

Pet friendly. Having dogs ourselves we understand how nice it is to be able to bring your fur babies and not have to leave them home or kennel them. One of the only houses on the island with a fenced yard making it great for children and pets. If you have time and like a good walk check out the Kindred Spirit Mail Box near the jetties. If you like to gamble check out the Big M casino boat that leaves from nearby Little River, SC.
