totally, not long walks and you can go back and forth home from beach anytime you want

Enjoyed the easy access to the beach and we loved that outside shower and the closet, full of Beach chairs, and boogie boards and toys! There was a washer dryer on our level, which was very convenient… The gentleman who we called to fix things was very responsive.

This house was amazing! Location was 10/10, right next to the pier and the walk to the beach was a breeze. The house was spacious and had everything you needed! Even had all the beach necessities. 15/10 would stay again

Great location on Sunset Beach. House worked well for our family, and we loved the breeze while sitting on the porch. Everything was as shown in the photos. Bill was very nice and made sure everything was in good order. Would happily stay here again.

We had a great, relaxing family stay with easy access to the house and beach. The kitchen was well equipped for preparing and serving family meals. The accommodations were clean and comfortable.

Nice house and convenient to beach. Downstairs bedroom didn’t have adequate heat and was uncomfortable. Check-in was easy and we were able to contact owners with questions. Probably a better rental for summer. Great location.

An older property that has the charm and traditional layout that has been validated by the test of time but with updates such as new kitchen, pocket bathroom off living room not related to bedrooms, washer and dryer conveniently off kitchen, not on ground level, excellent AC, very comfortable rockers on expansive front porch where we spent a ton of time. Beach access incredibly easy and island market a couple of blocks walk - kids can get their own ice cream. Pier close and vIsIble above dunes. Ocean view mostly blocked by dunes when sitting down on porch but much natural beauty - trees and flowers in dune conservation area and many birds and wildlife. Path to beach short and adjacent to property so you never have to even go out to the street. Easy for someone to go fishing etc on pier and though at crowded end of beach it was not too crowded. Having been to Sunset Beach many times we knew we could walk a couple of blocks down for an emptier beach but It was not necessary despite being in the middle of a very hot July. It helped that we used a beach umbrella service so our spot was set up every day early in the morning. We were a group of 3 generations ranging from ages 81 down to 14. The downstairs extra room is comfortable but it is a ground floor room better for younger adults but a bit small for the elderly. Lots of beach chairs and other beach items available and stored and marked clearly.

Great beach location

We have stayed here many times and will continue to go back. The house has a convenient set up for families with older children and a perfect location on the beach and a short walk to the "town."

When we booked, we were concerned about the size of the house and rooms, but we were very pleased that there was plenty of room and many beds for our large group. The oceanfront location and oceanfront decks are spectacular. I would give a five, but there were several items in need of repair, but they didn't signicantly affect our stay. We would definitely stay here again and again.

Loved this beautiful home!

Couldn’t have had any better service, communication and the owners were so thoughtful in providing a few necessities that were so needed! Very clean place with comfy beds! Will stay here again!!!!

Great beachfront location

We have been regular guests at this house. It has a great beachfront location and lots of stuff on hand so we don't need to pack as much.

Cozy beach house located as close to the beach as you can get

Property was perfect for 8 adults and 4 children. Located just outside the beach sand dunes with beach access boardwalk running along side property. Host was very accommodating with any concerns or issues we had (only one minor issue that was remedied a.s.a.p.) and is a place I would definately stay again for that group size. I could not have been any happier with the property.
