The Pot Farm House is a 3 bedroom 2.5 bathrooms. Sleeps 6 to 8 Guests. This unique style home is located on the road to Hacienda Pinilla & Playa Avellanas. Only 10 min from Tamarindo. Great location close to beautiful beaches and close to town and amenities. Property is 3 stories, 2 bedrooms on the first floor, common areas kitchen and living room with large balcony on the second floor and on the top floor is a very spacious master bedroom. House has great outdoors spaces and pool with jacuzzi.

Great large family space

Fun property, teens loved the pool & we like quick easy drive to beach/town. Little musty & drive up to house was rough but otherwise

Beautiful Quiet House

Very beautiful home. Location was close to all the attractions in the area. I do recommend having an SUV as the road to the house is rutted and steep. The pictures shown on the VRBO are from when the home was new. There is a bit of wear and tear now. The property is also advertised For Sale so beware if you’re booking way off into the future.

Hidden gem

This was our first trip to Costa Rica and this house was amazing. Perfect set up for families with older and younger children. My kids spent hours in the pool and the monkeys moving through the trees in the morning, was a must see. All the beds were comfortable, thekids loved the couch

Disappointed

Costa Rica is an amazing country. The people were lovely. Our family had a fantastic time. We rented this house based on reviews. Unfortunately it has not been well kept. The house needs some loving. It was minimally stocked. Had no basics such as salt for cooking. The lay never mentioned that you could not access the three levels from inside. You have to go outside to get to each level and different keys for each level. Not a suitable home for families or older people. Olga was great helping us with all our excursions. We will definitely be going back to Costa Rica but not this rental.

Great private house away from it all!

We absolutely absolutely loved our stay at pot Farm! The pool and outdoor space was so nice! My kids especially loved playing ping-pong. I would say my only complaint was that there is a fairly busy road with traffic noise nearby. Other than this, we felt completely safe, loved the accommodations and everything was in good working order! Would definitely stay here again!

A very good experience

Overall, the stay was very enjoyable. The pool and space were more than ample. Short drive to Tamarindo but away from the congestion in town. The kitchen was well equipped however, the dishwasher wasn't working and it took several days to have it looked at and it could not be fixed. The kitchen plumbing was leaking under the sink and water pressure was poor in the kitchen but it was attended to promptly. The concierge and the operations individual were very helpful.

Great time

We had a great time staying at the pot farm. We made fantastic memories and meals! There were some minor things that should be expected with a place that gets rented out. Stove was great, dishwasher not so great kind of thing. We had an offer for someone to come out which we declined. Everything we needed was there, worked great or well enough, and staff was very attentive. Very grateful for our stay here over a busy time. Beds were very comfortable! One thing to note, driveway is rough, so be sure to have a vehicle that can handle a bumpy uphill dirt road. Comes with the territory! Thank you to everyone who partook in a memorable family holiday!

Family vacation

Property was as advertised. Upper floor master with middle floor common area and lower floor with 2 bedrooms. Pool was fabulous and monkeys come to the back windows. Concierge service was fantastic. Highlights: Beaches, Sea Turtles, Fishing Surfing, Adventure Park

Birthday Success!

Could not have asked for a better country and place to celebrate a milestone birthday! The space is just as it appears online! Not too far from the main area (7-10 min) drive! Our host was so responsive, and even let us stay a couple hours past our checkout time to enjoy the pool a little longer before we headed to the airport. Booking excursions/ drivers was sooo easy with Olga! A million thanks yous for the amazing memories

Centrally located

Response time from the concierge was great! We were happy to have chosen this location. Right between avallanas, tamarindo and playa grande. The floor plan worked out well and the home was clean and simple. The pool was large and deep enough to have a good time. We would stay here again!

Pics don’t do justice

Fantastic house for a group of adults or a family with teens. The pool was ice cold though. Such a neat house though and right down the road from Tamarindo!

away from it all but close enough

it was as advertised, in the area close to Tamarindo but away enough to relax and enjoy the quite. great pool all the supplies needed. few minor issues but not big enough to worry about . they were solved to our satisfaction and we really enjoyed our stay !

Spacious Home & Close to the Action

The Pot Farm is a unique property and home. There is a large workshop shed with a half-pipe for skateboarding, basketball net and court, volleyball / badminton net and court, pool, spa, etc. Lots to of activities on this property. The house is spacious and bright with many windows, sliding glass doors that open across the width of the home with two balconies on the 2nd and 3rd floor where you can enjoy the view. It's a great place for a family or a group of friends to stay. The area is quiet and not far from all the action including the nearby beaches and bustling tourist town of Tamarindo.
